I still stuck with my cardio and weights routine despite the lack of sleep the last 3 days, when do I get to unlock unlimited energy and runners high 😐

#im fucking dying #im so dumb #when do i get a gold star for torturing myself #im going to become an incorporeal mist instead im done having a body #these ppl are out here lying ive been on this for like 6 months and i still dont feel like whatever joy ppl said i would #like yeah im making progress with strength and endurance but at what cost i wanted the omg i love doing this feeling everyone around me has #i didnt actually need to change my physicality where are the brain gains 😐#GIVE ME THE BRAIN GAINS
