Wow "has a hard time waking up and sometimes forgets about reality and brain gets stuck in dream world" does not pair very well with "PTSD nightmare"
#sorenhoots#my ptsd has been flaring up a lot lately ๐ i sat up in bed which helped a little but my brain kept falling back asleep so i went to pet my#kitty for a while and have a snack. it...helped.#i didnt wake up my wife though ๐ i can if i really need to. but its sleeping very soundly and i dont want to bother it. listening to it#breath softly in its sleep is pretty comforting.
