I was thinking of Tilly when I was writing my last post, and I think she'd definitely fit and become a lawyer as well, which could be how she meets her husband later on. She doesn't really mind Micah all too well, in this AU at least. Surprisingly, despite being a troll and not really caring about anyone other than Arthur, Micah can be respectful and polite if he wants to.

And I personally like how Micah looks with his usual mustache, but I can definitely see him growing out his side-whiskers. And I absolutely love if he gets fatter.

I think the next video he does with Arthur would be a mukbang, only because he likes to mock mukbangers and also because they're both foodies (and Micah's purposeful descent into getting fatter starts with this.) While I do think Arthur's a little awkward, he slowly gets comfortable around Micah in his videos, and becomes amused by Micah's exaggerated persona. I also think it'd be cute if there's some moments in the video where Micah's persona slips a little, so viewers get small glimpses of his genuine personality.

Anyways, Arthur doesn't really pop up in his videos, and Micah's good at ignoring things so he skirts around any topics of his sweetheart. Like I've mentioned several times, Micah cares about Arthur, and while he's fully aware that both are in positions of power (or at least connected to people with power), he's also well aware that people are crazy to refrains from sharing too much information.

On the topic of sharing too much info, Micah doesn't mention his family. Or maybe he does, but only a handful of times and never by name, so it goes undetected. Still, considering Amos and Micah keep low contact with each other, Amos every so often checks up on his brother's online presence and gets overwhelmed by everything. Daddy Bell doesn't talk to his name holder, so everything he learns about Micah is from Amos, and it's never good.

Oh shit, Homestuck 2 is back! Looks like the art team problems are getting worse, but maybe the writing’s good? Quick, recap of the story so far, since there was a hiatus

Yay, we’re finally seeing Davebot, Aradia, and Calliope. Fun fact: In a comic with like ten billion retcons and timeline splits, this Aradia is still the definitive “real” Aradia in a way no other character can claim to be (except Sollux), which is a fun endgame for a character who was introduced has having hundreds of thousands of duplicates.  I can not wait to see how the HS2 writers ruin her. (Also, where did they get a rocket ship?)

Also it it me, or is there something a little off about this art?

This is the first indication in the entire series that any of these kids’ names are short for anything, something Hussie explicitly said wasn’t the case but which was never actually addressed in the comic proper so I guess it’s not a plot hole. Still, it feels a little....wrong? 

ARADIA: well we are both an infinite number of years old living countless lifetimes at once but thats no reason to waste any of our...

Wait, what?! Aradia is Ultimate, too? When did that happen?! Why does she not need a robot body?

There’s a fine line between “callback” and straight up recycling a joke.

I do like the implication here that Aradia flat forgot about Sollux. Poor dude can’t catch a break. .

Ooh, an [S]. An extremely basic one, but still. Also, from this scene in the epilogues:

The distant sounds of war travel above the canopy of a forest. The artillery fire fades to a series of muted knocks and thuds as the sound waves cross beyond a thinning patch of the forest and arrive in a clearing of grass and shrubbery. Above, the sky is dramatic, colorful, menacing. The way it looks when a storm is coming. The clouds are wild, whipped into a sort of spatial frenzy, as if they know what’s imminent is no earthly phenomena. Aradia stands in the field, her mouth gaping wide. But not at the sky.

Probably the starkest example of how the epilogues presented Earth C has falling about and doomed and stormy and scary like the system crash in Reboot and Homestuck 2 has it all sunny and bright. I kind of wish HS2 kept the semi-apocalyptic feel of the epilogues, even if it made Aradia’s spurious decision to leave Sollux behind way more dickish.

Also, the one thing I heard about this upd8 was all the discussion of jorts, and then Dave references jorts, but no one is actually wearing them, unless Aradia’s got a pair on under her cultist robes? (Also, is Calliope’s Jade body healed from the shard of reality that killed it originally, or is there just a huge hole under her shirt)?

JADE: As a point of curiosity- ARADIA: oh shit!!!!

The dead Cherub possessing the body of an equally deceased Goddess of Space pauses at the interruption. Were she to voice her opinion, it would be that --actually-- it is not unusual for those whose primary concern is The Grander Scheme to have a passing curiosity about the insignificant. So when one really thinks about it, any annoyance with the attendant’s small mindedness is both understandable and warranted.

ARADIA: :(

Given how much time was spent on how Terezi can sense Dirk’s narration, I like how Calliope’s narration is literally just her talking out loud and everyone can clearly hear it and just assumes it’s like a troll quirk.

ARADIA: in this form our bodies stop aging once we reach maturity i think ARADIA: the god tier keeps our physical form locked in a state of undying ARADIA: even in death the bodies do not decay ARADIA: only lay dormant DAVEBOT: no thats boring DAVEBOT: like how long have you been alive JADE: yes, that one.

One of the things I don’t fully get about Calliope is why there’s stuff like this she doesn’t know. Another thing I don’t get: How come John and Jake are visibly middle-aged? They’re gods, too.

Episode 7 brought the tears, apologies, gay bars, busy gifs and paint.

Like, a lot of paint. Really, it was insane.

But in between we got trolled pretty fucking hard. Let’s go back to it, shall we?

 1)     The reaction video that made us go: “WAS AXEL CRYING??”

(The answer is: yes)

The fandom was pretty excited when we got the reaction video from the cast.

But some of us were like: “We know you’re trying to distract us from the horrible ending of episode 6 but … thank you for this…. I guess.”

And others, a bit uncomfortable with it were like: “Don’t want this.”

So, the video gave us a bit of this:

But also: “Thank you for reminding us of how much that ending hurt Skam France. It’s not like we’ve been in Hell for the past two weeks…”

Yeah, if you forgot, the fandom was pretty pissed at Mika from the moment he kicked Lucas out of his own room.

We didn’t quite know what to expect coming into that week. We hoped for a Yann apology (and for some in the fandom, for him to choke) but we also had no idea how Lucas coming out to Arthur and Basile would go.

We were all thinking about how in OG, that scene had become famous for its “bisexual/pansexual” discussion, but here, we had no clue.

So, when Monday came around, we were all a bit like this:

Because “IT’S BEEN 3 DAYS YANN! What are you waiting for???”

And the fandom was waiting for this clip like: “This better be worth the pain from the end of episode 6, David, or we’re going to SUE.”

Expectations were very high.

And the clip didn’t disappoint.

Because Yann apologized:

Yep, this again.

I remember the fans slowly but surely losing their minds with the lack of Eliott on our screen.

And it all started precisely after Yann’s apology.

Because with the boy squad being back together and Yann pulling his head out of his ass, Lucas’ life was back on track.

Except for one thing: Eliott.

Who apparently was:

OUCH.

Back to “he’s no one, heh?”

And at this point, we hadn’t seen them interact in almost a week.

We had Eliott withdrawal and we were all brought back to missing Eliott like crazy.

And it HURT.

 So finally, on Tuesday, a new clip dropped, and people were hoping for Eliott to show up.

Instead, we got a sign, because Lucas found this in his notebook:

And the fandom went: “HOW? We saw every second of your interaction at the cafeteria and your hand never touched him.”

(I’m pretty sure this is what sparked the stilts debate and Maxence being only 2,7 cm tall.)

Now.

Remember when I mentioned Lucas throwing the first drawing away in clip 1?

Well the fandom was freaking out about it, because, in OG, Isak did text Even after receiving that drawing.

But Lucas threw it away instead.

And never texted Eliott.

So, Lucas giving Eliott the cold shoulder was literally Hell.

“Pas peur? Maybe a little peur…”

And things weren’t looking up:

But the clowning began again at the end of the clip:

Now, the screenshots can’t show it, but there were sounds of someone texting at the end of that clip.

And we knew what it meant, right? We just “KNEW”!

“Lucas is FINALLY going to text Eliott!!!”

 Well nope, it was her:

Lmao.

And Lucas reminded us AGAIN, that Eliott and he were not together:

“Lucas, please, I beg of you, TALK TO ELIOTT!!!”

 Special mention to that switch in POV that warned us of what was to come… But we didn’t get it:

“Oh, she looks so pretty!!”

 5)     The night we all freaked out, or “THIS IS NOT A DRILL!! ELIOTT FOLLOWED LUCAS!!!”

Eliott’s IG killed us many times during season 3.

Starting from the discovery of enter-polaris to solving the puzzle with Cesar, it kept the fandom very excited and wondering how Lucas would find out about it.

People thought Eliott was going to tag him in a picture.

Or that Lucas was going to solve the puzzle himself.

But instead we got that:

Because Eliott was TIRED of waiting for Lucas to give him a reply to his drawings.

And guys…

The fandom LOST IT.

Before this week, Eliott wasn’t following anyone. And suddenly he did.

And it was LUCAS.

Then he also did a story with that:

Because clearly, we were not freaking out enough.

 And we were ALL expecting Lucas to see it and do something about it.

We hoped, we prayed, we YELLED, we clowned ourselves so very hard.

But Lucas was like: “Meh”

And the fandom freaked out the entire night: “LUCAS, LOOK AT YOUR INSTA” and “HOW COME HE HASN’T SEEN IT BY NOW???”

That night was INSANE.

 6)     The lead up to the reunion scene: An epic trolling.

Remember when I said only good things could come after the Intervention clip?

I lied.

Because, the trolling part began.

Remember that?

(David: “You thought that the end of the weekend was too calm?”)

 “WHAT DO YOU MEAN ‘we won’t like the scene?’? OMG, I can’t handle another HELL WEEK! PLEASE, DAVID, NO MORE.”

 Yep.

And that was on Sunday. Almost a full week before the highly anticipated reunion.

The reunion that David had promised us we were not ready for.

But we knew that David had trolled us hard before.

(*cough* episode 6)

So, to put it simply: the fandom was having a melt-down.

 Special mention to us not fully knowing how much of a TROLL Axel was. We knew he was one, but we were still unsure if that was him being a troll or not.

Yeah.

We learned that lesson the hard way lmao.

 And then of course, this resurfaced in the middle of the week:

And the fandom was like: “It’s not Christmas! Why would there be a service at a church? WHAT IS HAPPENING?” and “Is this for this week?”

The good thing was, because it was titled “Vendredi, 20:27” a lot of fans predicted the O Helga Natt scene was going to happen at La Petite Ceinture.

But to be fair, Maxence had already spilled the beans at the screening so we knew another scene was happening over there.

 Anyways.

Needless to say, the fandom was a MESS and new theories were brought up every other day:

-        “Eliott will make a grand gesture and will have painted a raccoon and a hedgehog before the boy squad shows up in the common room!”

 -        “THE REUNION ISN’T BEFORE EPISODE 9! NOOOO!”

 -        “What if Lucas confronts Eliott and throws the drawings in his face???”

 -        “What if they fight?”

 -        “WHAT IF THE REUNION IS ACTUALLY DURING THE WEEKEND?”

 -        “Maybe they’ll just talk and nothing else happens?”

 And some fans were saying that they were going to have a paint fight and have sex in the common room… But most people were like “You can’t be serious! Like this could happen. Stop clowning yourself!”

Yep, clowns telling other clowns (who were RIGHT) to stop being clowns.

Or, clowning 101.

 And, because apparently, we weren’t freaking out about the reunion enough, Jeremy added fuel to the fire on the day of the “maybe/maybe not reunion”:

 7)     The clip that got us yelling “IN FRONT OF THE WINDOW???”

To say that the stress was intense was …

Well it was very true.

But before that, let’s go back to the clip where Yann and Lucas talked on Monday.

Lucas reminded us all about the mural:

��WHAT IS UP WITH THAT MURAL????”

 Yann offered to paint it with him and the other guys. We just didn’t know exactly when they were supposed to do it.

But we all assumed it was going to be on Friday.

It was what was going to happen then that was making us all very scared.

Fast forward to Friday, we’re all anxiously waiting for the episode to drop.

(“HOW MANY MINUTES ARE LEFT? 7?”)

And boy, we weren’t ready.

At all.

 I remember that the fandom couldn’t WAIT for Eliott to finally come back from war.

But also, we wanted them to TALK and Lucas not to give in too easily.

 Yeah…

 It started like this:

So, Yann suggested a “stop fucking around” text which Lucas promptly sent:

(Yeah… The fandom was more alarmed than pleasantly surprised. We wanted the Tuturo explanation and instead we got Arthur, the Motherfucker.)

Oh well.

Then Lucas got very impatient when Eliott didn’t reply within 10 seconds:

Also the fandom: “WHY ARE THEY RUSHING THIS SCENE?” “WHERE IS MY ‘WHO’S THE GIRL and WHO’S THE BOY’ question???”

Basile tried to cheer him up:

Then, for some reason, we had another clip, 20 minutes later.

 Basically, it was because of this:

A.k.a: telling us the school was empty.

(But most of us didn’t really pay attention to that in the moment)

So they stood just like that for 20mins:

Lucas was like, ‘Pollock who?’:

And Eliott offered to show him:

And then made fun of him because Lucas didn’t do it properly:

And he had the audacity to laugh:

And Lucas couldn’t stop himself:

But Lucas was like “nah, mec, how’s your girlfriend by the way?”:

But then Eliott was like ‘you can’t say this’:

“What? Of course, he can say this! You went back to her Eliott! Lucas thinks you played him! How dare you say he can’t say that!”

And Lucas was having none of Eliott’s bullshit:

And Lucas was shook:

The fandom was torn about it.

I remember people being like “RESIST LUCAS! Don’t give in!!!” and “OMG MY HEART!!”

Then they stared at each other for a while:

And suddenly, Lucas had paint on his nose:

And Eliott thought it was very funny:

But then he was attacked:

 (Just an advice, don’t bother reading my comments for the rest of the scene lmao, it’s just me saying dumb stuff).

And the fandom truly lost it. From then on we all stood there, screaming at laptops, mouth wide open.

 The fandom… Was SHOOK.

We were amazed by the beautiful scene we had just witnessed and at the same time totally freaking out for so many reasons:

“They’re going to get sick because of the paint!!!”

“Eliott didn’t lock the door!!”

Needless to say, the “Is this where the bullying storyline starts?” came back in full force. Fans thought that since we didn’t see Eliott locking the door, someone might have seen them and filmed the entire thing.

“AT SCHOOL?”

“In front of the WINDOW?”

I remember fans trying to see if that big ass window was two-way or just one and thank God for us, people couldn’t see anything from outside. So, at least this was a relief.

And most importantly: “BUT WHERE ARE THEY GOING TO SLEEP AFTER THAT???”

But little did we know, Lucas and Eliott were not done killing us that night.

Because we got this:

Followed by this : “OMG, LUCAS FOLLOWED ELIOTT BACK!!!”

And Lucas posted this:

“Lucas, you little SHIT! Don’t you have any decency?”

And the Superior-Auriant herself decided to troll us:

Season 7 Characters

I am a good bit of the way through season 7 now, so I thought I’d share my thoughts on the characters. Overall, there’s no character I outwardly dislike (except Gothel but I’m meant to dislike her), but I only really like two characters, Drizella and Robin. As in, these are the only two characters who engage me on an emotional level. Everyone else is just sort of..... there. I am leaving out Rumple, Regina and Zelena because I’m lazy as fuck I have made my opinions known about them already and nothing as really changed. I am also not doing Naveen/Drew or Anastasia because as much as I like them.... they barely qualify for characters.

Anyway, if that didn’t put you of, then let’s-a go!

Drizella Tremaine/Ivy Belfrey- Oh my precious, crazy Drizella, you stole my heart in episode 6 (Wake Up Call) and have kept it. I think the main reason she is so sympathetic is because she has a relatable backstory-I’m sure a good number of people in the audience can relate to the frustration of being the second favourite child and living in the shadow of an older sibling. And Adelaide plays her so amazingly, small upset, dejected looks at her mother’s indifference to her in Hyperion Heights so that you can’t help but be on her side, even when I learn she is evil I still sort of rooted for her to make her mother regret what she did. Even after she drugs Ana, her tearful “I don’t want to die” made my heart ache for her. Wrong decision, completely wrong decision, but I can so, so get where she is coming from with it. I like how her arc centered on family and making amends with her sister. And then her redemption came and sent such a compelling character to hell with “well you ended up not hurting your sister for your own gain so good for you, don’t worry about us,your victims,  just go live your life.” Oh Drizzy, I wish I could have given you the redemption you so richly deserved. I also would have liked less focus on Henry, because their relationship felt sort of random. And more exploration of her relationship with Ella.

Robin Hood-Mills/Margot- I’m so happy with how they used Robin. I find her such an interesting blend of the LWM and the Enchanted Forest, like watching her use the word “jerkwad” to a troll hunting mob in the Enchanted Forest. And I find her to be the most realistic character; her struggle with finding herself and her identity, the contrast between the “popular girl” she was in high school which just gave her a superficial happiness, and then finding her true calling as Robin Hood, doing something worthwhile, was so nice to watch. I cheered when she picked up that bow! And same in Hyperion Heights, Margot’s conflict with her mother is something very realistic, they never communicated enough. I also like her sense of humour a lot. And how she stands up for her beliefs and fights for the little guy-or girl, Alice, in her case-like a real Robin Hood. However, I don’t like how most of her main development took place in flashbacks, an issue I have with most characters. And I do find her present day character to be a bit... two dimensional. But hey, I have more episodes to go, so I could be wrong. I’d like to see more of her as a character, but from what I have seen I feel like she mainly exists as Alice’s love interest.

After this I think my reviews/analysis/whatever we’re calling this post are going to be less in-depth because Drizzy and Robin are the only two I really care for.

Rapunzel Tremaine/Victoria Belfrey- Well damn if season 7 did one thing, it was make a sympathetic villain with Victoria. I did find her a bit “knock off Evil Queen” until her backstory was revealed in 7x09. The whole theme of that episode was Punzy’s love for her family and even as a villain she is still doing everything because she loves Ana. My favourite kind of villains always have a sort of code or justification that makes them think they’re in the right. In a way, she reminds me of s1 Rumple, who kept his love for his son, but was still corrupted and evil with it. A moment for her that sticks out a lot is when Gothel has kidnapped and bound her and yet her concern is still for Ana, the first thing she does when she sees her is ask her if she is okay. That right there is some complex characterisation; she’s evil but with a tiny nugget of goodness left inside her. Now her redemption is where she falls down; she starts to realise that she should have focussed more on Drizella and less on the deceased Ana, which was good, and she saved Drizzy at the cost of her own life, but like I said before, Drizella was one out of many victims who never got any closure, most importantly Ella.

Lucy Mills- I do think Lucy is a lot like her father and that’s why I like her so much; her belief, her drive, and her sass. She isn’t really the most complex character there is, btu she’s just so loveable. She sees the best in everyone, even Tremaine (even if I sideeyed that part because come on bb). I don’t know what else to say about her; I can’t really say I love her development because imo, there is not much development to love, but who doesn’t love a funny, heart of gold munchkin running around believing in people all the time?

Tiana/Sabine-Well she’s... a good person. I like her development in becoming “her own knight in shining armour”. But like..... That’s sort of all their is to her. I do like her, she’s cute, her relationship with Naveen is adorable. She’ confident and strong but.... there isn’t a whole load of depth to her. Or maybe there is and I just forgot. I would say “I can’t believe ouat messed up the Princess and the Frog” but... it’s OUAT. She seems to fulfil the role of “supportive best friend” more than she does her own character arc.

Ella Mills/Jacinda-Okay for one thing-Dania does not deserve the hate she gets. She is a fine actress. Leave her alone demons. That said, she’s kind of like Tiana for me. Yeah she’s a good person but there’s not much depth to her. I feel like her lack of a backstory is bad for her because it makes it hard to sympathise with her. Sure we know she had a hard life but we don’t see it. I like her more in HH funnily enough, despite overall preferring the EF flashbacks. Watching her fight for Lucy is pretty cool to watch. The narrative fucks her over a lot, especially when t comes to Tremaine and how she did not once factor into her redemption arc despite being hurt severely by her.

Wish Hook/Detective Rogers- Sigh. Like Ella and Tiana, he’s a good person who deserves a happy ending, but that’s really all there is. He gets a little bit of complexity in 7x13 and 7x16 (I think), which is nice. They did skip over his redemption arc, which works for story purposes, but part of what I loved about Killian was his redemption arc. My favourite moments of his were him showing how much he had changed so WHook doesn’t fit that for me. I sort of see him as fundamentally the original character but less-less flawed, less self loathing, less redemption arc (that’s not grammatically correct but let’s move on). They also seem to have taken away the cheeky and sarcastic humour, which may make him more appealing to some people but I miss it. Objectively he’s pretty unproblematic, which I think in a way makes him boring, but undeserving of all the hate the CS fandom throws his way. He also gets manipulated and used a lot, which does make me feel sympathy for him. His scenes with Alice, young Alice in particular, are cute. And I do like that he stopped drinking. He’s a good man who deserves happiness probably more than anyone else, but kind of a watered down version of OG Killian. Don’t get me wrong, I tried really hard to love him but... I guess it wasn’t meant to be. Who knows, maybe at the end of the day, I did jsut see Killian as a prop for Emma, which is why I feel little attachment to a version that isn’t with her.

Henry Mills Swan- Henry is one of my favourite original show characters, so what drew me to this season was a grown up Henry. I am glad that despite being an adult, we still have that cute nerdy wide eyed dreamer of a kid. He does some things and I just think “that is so freaking Henry” like his fist pumping and Star Wars references and using his lunchbox as a weapon. And a lot of his child personality is still there, still an optimist who believes in people, but I feel like he’s matured a bit now. At the same time, he wants to be like the kind of heroes he read about and grew up with. He wants to give Ella a special ring like his grandparents had. I’ll admit there re bits where I don’t feel that he is Henry, but I think that’s because there is such a big jump between Gilmore!Henry and West!Henry.

Alice Jones/Tilly- I went in expecting Tilly to become my favourite, which is weird now because I am fairly neutral on her. I find it interesting the way she sometimes acts like an overgrown child because I think it is a way of showing how emotionally stunted she is, which is pretty neat. She is definitely very cute and makes an eccentric, bouncy kind of Alice, which is what I do think of when I think “Alice In Wonderland” (although my Alice knowledge is limited to the animated film and the Tim Burton one so I may not be very knowledgeable in that respect). I like her dynamic with Robin a lot. She isn’t really that well developed but she is fun to watch. I also wonder sometimes if her eccentricity and “strangeness” for a lack of better word is just her hiding how upset she is. I don’t really have anything else to say about her.

Gothel-To be honest, Gothel seems fairly one dimensional. There is very little to her. She wants to kill everyone because people killed her family. I feel like the writers have kept trying to make villains “bigger and badder” since s5 and then Gothel was just overkill. She has pretty much 0 redeeming qualities, which is cool, she’s the bad guy, but I don’t know, I think it just comes off as pretty shallow. Maybe a “she was always evil” story a la Cruella de Vil would have worked better? I will give it to them that she is very very creepy sometimes. 

Dr Facilier/Samdi-I love how on the one hand, he is so, so like his animated counterpart but with enough uniqueness to stand apart. Daniel plays him so amazingly, his movements are so fluid, he’s charming but there’s a danger to him. He is a slimy little bastard (kinda like a... frog. See what I did there?). He intrigues me but I don’t see much to him. But he does remind me of s1 Rumple with his deals and general tomfoolery. I’ll come back to this section ocne I have watched more of s7, but for now my general perception is that he is fun to watch but I don’t see much below the surface.

- ernie macmillian is forcing everyone around him to tell him how long they study each day and its ANNOYING AS HELL. he seems like the kid who reminds the teacher about homework

Meanwhile Draco Malfoy had found a different way to induce panic. “Of course, it’s not what you know,” he was heard to tell Crabbe and Goyle loudly outside Potions a few days before the exams were to start, “It’s who you know.”

Harry, Ron, and Hermione glanced at one another, but didn’t know what to say. It was the first time that Neville had acknowledged that they had met at the Wizarding hospital.

- OH HELL NO UMBRIDGE AND HER CRONIES ARE STUNNING HAGRID I WILL NOT STAND FOR THIS

Harry could see the tiny outline of Fang, attempting to defend Hagrid, leaping at the wizards surrounding him until a Stunning Spell caught him and he fell to the ground. Hagrid gave a howl of fury, lifted the culprit bodily from the ground, and threw him: The man flew what looked like ten feet and did not get up again.

OH MY GOD HOW DO I NOT REMEMBER THIS PART?!?!?! GUYS 

“Leave him alone! Alone, I say!” said Professor McGonagall’s voice through the darkness. “On what grounds are you attacking him? He has done nothing, nothing to warrant such-” Hermione, Parvati, and Lavender all screamed. No fewer than four Stunners had shot from the figures around the cabin toward Professor McGongall.

AWW tysm! Tbh though I get the struggle. I hated all paints for the longest time because I also had no idea how to use brushes and control the amount of water I used and ended up with shapeless blobs or super runny pics (also I’ve never actually learned how to paint or draw…a couple of short lessons when I was really little, a month(?) of lessons around last year or the year before, that’s pretty much it. So idk how to do things really lol). But I sorta-recently got obsessed with watercolor paintings (SO PRETTY) and that’s why I started ‘practicing’ (AKA watching/reading a bunch of tutorials and trying my best to remember the few things I actually learned XD). I still can’t draw stuff just with watercolors though, I need to do a light pencil sketch and then color with paint.

OK that sounds so cool but problem: My phone is a super old flip phone that I’ve had since I was eight(?), so mobile games are a no XD and my parents probably wouldn’t buy me anything that costs money (they let me play simple free RP games and dating games on the internet since those are usually fairly innocent (I mean, it’s plot/character-based stuff, almost like a manga) but not anything too 'big’ you know? If I was old enough to buy games like that with my own money I don’t think they’d care tho, as long as I didn’t get obsessed with games or anything.)

Also just realized that I’m stupid and apparently forgot that I don’t have Steam. I was going to install it but can I ask you exactly what it is/how it works, first? I’m just kinda worried about randomly installing this since I don’t quite get it yet ^^;; (sorry I can be really, really stupid when it comes to stuff like this)

THAT’S SO CUTE. Let me recommend you a game too- a free RPG/Dating game called Ascension by ImpQueen! No download, you just go to ImpQueen and play it. There are three(?) chapters. The first chapter might not be that interesting compared to other games, but the game and the story keep getting more complex as you go on :D you also get new dateable characters every chapter and the MC, Aida, is AWESOME. Also, in chapter two and three you can actually customize the main cast’s appearances, like you’d do in a dress-up game! Another cool thing is that you get different 'personality points' depending on the things you say/do, and the amount of points you have for a certain personality can change the outcomes of certain situations.

It’s also really fun because other than the romance, the plot and Aida’s journey is super interesting too.

Funny thing is I thought I liked physical contact (like cuddling, hugging, hand-holding) but turns out that’s not the case XD I get super awkward when anyone who’s not my mom, dad, or my little sister/younger cousin touches me. Tbh the only person I feel comfortable with cuddling anytime, anywhere is my little sister because she’s still smol LOL

It’s definitely weird when people who aren’t that close with you try to hug you though. The only thing that can make it worse is if they gush about what a good, sweet child you are while doing it XD

Dabbing Saiko, best Saiko. I assumed it was her because of the hair, but wasn’t 100% sure. Isn’t that Urie’s default face, tho. I mean, when is that man impressed? He does show emotion when he’s  trying to comfort someone, but that doesn’t happen very often.  *stares at that paragraph* *dabs aggressively* 

Ah, that’s what makes it even more impressive! I mean, we had art in elementary school, but it was mostly the ‘learn stuff yourself’ kind of art. Needles to say, I didn’t learn a lot. But watercolours really are a nice way of painting, since they can have really vibrant colours, yet be serene at the same time. Most people I know who draw, watercolour or not, use sketches and references, so I don’t see anything wrong with that ^^ Just take your time to learn what you want ^^

Oh, I see! So, free, computer games for you… Well, right now, CP is the only one I can think of, but I’ll discover more in the future and share them with you when I do ^^ The only paid games I play are on my phone, since I’m too shy to ask my parents to but me otome games… I have 0 problems playing them on my own, but not a lot of people know that I play them. 

Right, steam.  It’s a gaming platform. Technically, it’s an app for the computer on which you can download games that are available in the steam store. Some are free, some are paid. 

This is how the page looks. The little green button in the upper left corner is to download the app itself, and you’ll also need to create an account.  You’ll need to give an email, but it’s only for account verification and to send you bills if you decide to buy anything. However, if you don’t buy anything, the email will mostly be useless after the verification. I mean, I don’t remember getting a spam email from them at all.  After that, just go to the search bar, type Cinderella Phenomenon. And press play the game! It should automatically download the game to the steam app and you’re good to play ^^  No worries about asking questions! It’s actually admirable how you’re so careful around the internet ^^

Oh, I’ve actually played that before! I could never finish chapter 3, though… For some reason, it keeps glitching at one scene making me unable to continue further =3= It was quite fun to play! I just don’t remember most of it anymore, since it’s been a while since i’ve played ^^;;;

I think it’s more of the ‘I like physical contact if I know the person and am close enough to them’ thingy.
