#mushroom and caramelized onion pastries#i have all of the disparate ingredients here including puff pastry sheets in the freezer#and i have some ideas for enhancing it a little bit from last time too#i now have fresh herbs growing in the house for one#also bought some really amazing balsamic vinegar that i may add to the onions#and have some better cheese to grate over the top#i wish i had someone to cook for because these will be bomb as hell and i want to share them#faye's most excellent baking projects
