vulnerable moment here but 2022 was basically one long depressive episode for me, so the fact that I've consistently written more in the last few days than I did over a few months is SUCH a good feeling

#anyway take your meds. turns out they help sometimes! i was just too depressed to see the point of them #and then a couple weeks ago i decided to try them again and wouldn't you know it. some of my symptoms were relieved.#i have literally no excuse lmao ive been dealing w depression for over a decade. i knew what was happening #it just took me a whole year to claw my way out of it this time #but i did!#meds dont fix everything. but for me they lift the fog enough for me to actually make steps to help myself.#and even then i still mess up but the point is that they help. and i need to be better about using that tool #anyway thats all #if u read all this im kissing ur forehead #personal
