I just saw the barbie movie.

Does Allen have a specific Ken he is friends will, like how all the Barbies seem to have a specific Ken they are sort of "paired with" or is he friends will all the Kens

Also why was Allen not made fun of for being a canceled doll like all the other ones (unless he was and i just forgot)
