one of the most annoying things about writing is that sometimes the solution to a miserably dull chapter/portion of the story is to delete everything and start over from scratch.
#i just deleted 8 thousand fucking words of chapters 14 and 15 of ihiap#and i hate it but i hated the words more#i made a pact with myself that im going to stop posting chapters that i hate just for the sake of updating#and this is how you go almost six months without an update#on the plus side we get 1500 words of Zuko and Katara talking shit about everyone else#i think im going to combine what i was originally going to do for 14 and 15#and also combine what i was going to do for 16 and 17#so i can post two pretty long chapters instead of 4 normal chapters#that means this next chapter will be the last one before things get really interesting and im so excited#ihiap#max thinks shes relevant
