#frank.txt#i just gotta keep going outside and then ill gradually become less scared but MAN it sucks.#i can handle like. the Autism Struggles of being outside bc like i got a good mental toolkit fr like. coping w Autism Hell Moments(tm)#bc like idk i just do som box breathing n use my anc headphones if im experiencing sensory overload n stuff#but w ptsd its like Mind Consuming and its like#all logic is out the window and i just go home bc im suddenly very unsafe. its why i travel w ppl usually!#when outside is occasionally unsafe it makes me want to avoid it 24/7 which sucks bc honestly i Like outside and i Like places HFKDHDKD#erm i like going to a little store and looking at stuff . i like to go and purchase a little beverage from a random coffee shop perhaps.#i hope i can get th strength to do that stuff again bc its super silly but man i MISS goin outside by myself n havin lil adventures#now i only do it fr appointments HFJDHD#SORY not rly vent like im ok today! i was just wanting to figure out Agoraphobia Tips bc like#its halloween month and like. i feel bad tht i am genuinely Too Nervous to go out to like. idk a corn maze or smthn festive like tht
