idk if i am insane here but i feel like . if jamil ever gets over the awkward / hate ur ass phase . he would be more physically affectionate . LIKE okay so b4 when he was slithering away like azul was the one chasing . but after the yeah the regular dynamic of jamiazus silliness i think . jamil would b like *casual poke* and azul would be like waaaaahghhhh (octopus explosion). is this anything .

THIS IS EVERYTHING!!! i think that azul isn't a very physically affectionate person just in general, he's much more verbally affectionate because that's easier for him. easier for him to Say Pretty Words than to actually get close to people.

meanwhile jamil has been constantly exposed to physical affection (the consequences of being raised around kalim al-asim. guy who loves the world). jamil may actually not prefer it coming from other people (the consequences of being raised around kalim al-asim. guy who is notorious for having no sense of boundaries. Lol) but enjoys it when he is the one initiating it. idk how to describe how i feel like jamils relationship w/ physical touch is because he gives off the vibe of repressed touchstarved But hes definitely not actually touchstarved (how many times can i say the consequences of being raised around kalim al-asim before i get shot). i guess what im trying to say is that jamil is repressed when it comes to initiating physical affection b/c he was raised to be very passive and so i think when he gets comfortable he starts clinging. a little.

like the way im imagining this is like he's a snake. he's not actively trying to hug at every opportunity but if you stay still and he feels comfortable around you he will kind of just. Drape himself over you and observe. pulling azul to sit on his lap so that he can prop his chin up on azuls shoulder from the back and watch whatever the other is working on. leaning on azul if they're sitting together. nonchalantly putting his arm around azul's waist if theyre standing. linking their fingers together in a way that's kind of like a loose hand hold. the little things <3
