more intro volunteer stories

Okay so im just sitting on my own in a corner with the power sources created for the volunteers. Enjoying my last few quiet moments. Not exactly quiet tho, music has been playing for days and the amount of people varies a lot. I probably wont be able to describe a lot in detail since ppl will probs be returning from beer and then ppl will charge their stuff and shower as well. Luckily only several groups of employees are allowed to stay so its not as hell as the next 4 days are gonna be. Im on mobile so no bullet points like i do usually weeeeeeh

So thursday was supposedly the big day for the build up, so it was pretty busy. We had to place boards to cover the floor, as the intro is in this sport facility and ofc we cant damage the floors. I never cant do nothing, so i was always looking for the tough tasks. During the placement i was mainly working with a guy (F) who Ive 'met' before, but awkward me is hard at socializing sometimes. THE MOST IMPORTANT THING IVE LEARNT THIS WEEK IS THAT ITS MUCH EASIER SOCIALIZING WHEN YOU INTRODUCE YOURSELF OR ASK SOMEONES NAME. anyways since I had to work at my parents home as well I stopped on time and left. After working I wanted to go back to my college home, but wanted to drop off my bike at my college city (not the same) so took my little brother's bike as he didnt need it anymore and I lost mine after my intro last year (not theft, removal by city) ANYWAYS I cycle to city when suddenly a pop sound happened. My back wheel literally exploded. Fuck. Dropped it at my college city after some delay and got it repaired.

Friday was such a fun day omg. So me being a super volunteer I like to be on time. but since I was the first person all 4 days I didnt want to make it too awkward and purposely arrived later, turned out to be one minute AND I WAS STILL THE FIRST PERSON. So yeah, at day it was kinda warm and the tasks were tidious so it was a very unproductive period. F also came by and we mainly worked together. It was a bit frustrating that everyone took a break every few minutes and it took hours to only finish one fifth so yeah ugh. Also the plates that were placed the previous day were ducttaped, but they dont stick and its the most annoying task every day bc it has to be redone EVERY FEW HOURS. So back to the original task, which was placing a particular material where the students would sleep (different from the plates) The organisation wanted them done that day but it seemed impossible. They also told us we could leave after dinner as well (which was provided by them). So dinner happened and suddenly some people who work very close with the organisation suddenly had a power boost and felt motivated. Most volunteers had already left but they were kinda replaced by those people. We decided to just finish it so we could reach the goal. So few moments later we were just going crazy with the material. Its physically a very tough job as it involved lots of walking, ducking, pushing etc. F stayed as well so we just helped that motivated group. I mean, they were so much fun to be around so I just wanted to stick with them as well. I FELT SO APPRECIATED BY THEM they didnt want to exhaust me and tried to send me home but I refused.

I passed the 12 hour shift mark and was still working. To celebrate our progress beer was taken out and ofc i had to explain i dont drink ohwell. Worked a bit but then apparently they needed a driver but ofc everyone had alcohol whoops. I was working meanwhile so cue ANNEKE HAS A DRIVERS LICENSE RIGHT??? shit. They didnt want to push me but decided to do it anyways, for the experience. The teacher that was in the car with me doesnt even have his license BUT SO PATIENT AND HELPFUL yes I survived. When I got back they were basically done. I counted the hours and I freaking worked 14 hours HOLY SHIT so with the whole 'persuading me to go home' thing turned into 'anneke youre not allowed to come in before 10' sigh OKAY THEN. Didnt get much more sleep anyways, as I had to pack everything for the week bc it was my last night in my college home.

So on Saturday I came in after 10 (after lots of train issues) and tons of ppl greeted me and they know me now its so great. There were tons of people, so it was kinda uncomfortable. It was already a weird day bc my morning was so messy. After lunch it was clear that there are too many people so they sent tons of ppl home, although it took 3 ppl to persuade me. Would've stayed, but since I was gonna be at a friend I didnt want to make it too late. They know that I put tons of effort for the intro so at least they know I'm just trying my best. Watched 2 movies that night, havent had proper sleep for a week so it was also nice to have at least one good night in the two rough weeks.

Then it was today, sunday. Morning was hell again, as my travel app sent me to a non existing bus stop and ended up being really late but M really doesnt mind it. Did some tasks again, picked up my bike from repairement and it was expensive af. Today all employees were allowed to drop off their stuff and after my friend joined I finally got a spot. Finally saw my team for the first time as well, who were supposed to work from wednesday but werent there sigh. Took a break till most people left again so I did random tasks and walked around.

So we have two leaders in my function, only saw one of them once and i mistook the other one for someone with the same name so i saw that guy for the first time as well (or not, i didnt really remember him) he seems to know my work tho altho I have no idea how much he knows. So yeah hours later, Im just sitting here tumblring lol. I dont really have best friends here (most ppl signed up with friends and I mainly talk to organisation) so it's always awkward joining a convo. Smt they just make a small talk or leave me on my own, but mostly the atmosphere is okay. I should shower. Got my shirt, kinda settled in and just mentally preparing myself for tomorrow. Freaking 660 students. Lots of beer. Tasks with deadlines. Gonna be tough.

#StoryTimeWithMy - Me & #HurtBae handle things differently...clearly.

Ok... So I was with him over 3 years at this point. But in recent times, we had had multiple convos about not being together for various reasons...but there was still that lingering love. You know? Where you still speak everyday, still hang out, are still intimate, etc... Still...to the point where one week prior to this "incident" we did a little day trip where we took Teagan out to eat and to Liberty Science Center. You know, regular shit...

So on this day, I spoke with him a couple times throughout the day. I let him know I had made plans in his area later and we agreed to just hang out until my girl got off work. Soooo.... I go.

I get to his house and everything's regular... drinks, music, his friends, their girlfriends...typical weekend night at his place.

Then the bell rings, he goes to open it, and a woman comes in. I don't think anything of it at all...at first. Then I notice all of his friends get weirdly silent (completely out of character for this bunch). The woman is totally comfortable. She goes into the fridge for something, takes a charger out of the wall and heads toward his bedroom. She's out of sight for about a minute and I decide to go follow her.

And there she is...sitting on his bed, phone plugged in the wall, just scrolling through her phone...super comfortable. I do the only thing there is to do... "Oh hi...I'm MyAsia. Who are you? I'm *insert name i dont remember because it didn't matter*. Oh. You're here for *him*? How do you know him...because you clearly KNOW him? I've known him for years." She starts to look worried. She's catching on... (lol, funny now...wasn't funny then)

I go back into the living room. I approach him. I just stare at him. He gives me this look like "Fuck!" but tries to play like he's confused. "What?" he says., I just stare at him...

In that moment, I am trying soooooo hard not to burst into tears because...y'all...she was comfortable there. She wasn't new. She knew where the outlets were in his bedroom. She didn't require an introduction to his friends. She was comfortable enough to go in the fridge.

"Who is she? Why is she here?" He just stares at me with the goofiest "I have fucked up" face. She walks into the living room. It's now awkward af. I. LOSE. IT. I have so many questions and I'm asking them all...in front of everyone...at max volume...without one single fuck to give. Not. One.

His friends start to head to the door. The gf of one his boys stays behind and attempts to get me to relax. Nope. I'm on one. Then something in my head is like "MyAsia, you are making a fool of yourself. You are flipping your shit and he isn't even reacting." He is still in the same spot...looking dumb.

The woman gets her things to leave. I start to leave too. He follows. (I think he thought we would get into something...but no, my issue was never with her.) But in that moment, I interpreted that as him wanting to save her from me. I started swinging. You know when you swing as you talk? Why👊would👊you👊do👊this👊to👊me? Why👊have👊her👊come👊here👊when👊you👊knew👊I'd👊be👊here? He gives me this "I didnt know she was coming" bs...which only pissed me off even more. Now I know she's comfortable just popping up here? Ok.

I start bawling. I am sooo hurt. I felt betrayed. I felt stupid. I had placed him on this pedestal...because in my mind, he would never be "this guy". I attempt to storm out. He stops me. Now he has answers. Now he wants to explain. He wants to tell me that "we broke up already". He wants to tell me "we already decided not to be together". He wants me to believe she just came around in the last couple weeks...this woman who goes in his fridge, knows his friends, comes over unannounced and knows where the outlets are in his bedroom... I. Can. Not. Stop. Crying. I want to...because I feel weak and stupid...but I can't.

I snatch away from him and leave. I can't leave. I have an excruciating headache suddenly. I can't see thru the tears. I was a wreck...smh. I get in the car, drive one block up and park. I call the friend I was suppose to link up with after she got off. I am hysterical. She can't understand me. My phone beeps. There's another call coming in. It's his friend's gf from back at the house. She wants to know where I am. I tell her and click back over. I give a short, prob super inaccurate version of what just happened. At this point, he is Satan to me...so I can only imagine what I said.

Anyway, I tell her where I am and hang up. I am legit hysterical. My head is hurting. I am angry. I am hurt. This woman wasn't new. This woman was comfortable y'all. When he reacted to this whole "incident", he considered her. I saw it. It was too much. I sat in my car just shaking...trying to talk myself out of setting his house on fire. Seriously... The ONLY thing that stopped me was knowing that children lived in the unit above him...the children who stomp around and make so much more on those weekend mornings when he and I just wanted to sleep in. Those loud ass children kept me from making a super irrational decision that night.

I'm startled by a knock on my window. It's his friend's gf. She tells me to unlock the door. She gets in the passenger seat and just sits there, silently. I'm still crying. I can't make it stop. My head is racing. Then the other friend shows up. She gets in the car. We just sit there for a minute. Then my friend who missed the whole thing says "what the hell happened?"... I tell her...and finish with "My head hurts. My stomach hurts. I need a drink."

We all get in her car andride around North Newark looking for a bar. It's dark. It's late. Everything is closed. Then we see this little corner bar that seems to be open. We get out. We go in. There are all Hispanic men over 50 in this bar, y'all. I didn't care. They had liquor...lol I had shots and cocktails with these 2 til the bar was closed. I spilled my little heart out in there...to 2 women who weren't even THAT close to me...but in that moment I appreciated them. They let me vent and talked me down...well kinda... ...Because now, I'm angry AND upset AND still feeling stupid...and I've spent the last hour drinking continuously...

I decide I am going back to his house. They try to talk me out of it...but nah, I'm going back. I call his phone. He answers immediately. I tell him I'm coming back and he needs to be there and alone. I promise you in my head I was going back to that house to hurt him. I considered killing him...in real life. I thought of how I'd do it, how I could get away with it, how it'd make his mom and sister feel, how I'd explain it to Teagan...all that. SMH

We leave the bar and head back to his house. They wont let me go in alone. I ring the bell. He comes to the door. In that moment...something happened to me that I cant and wont ever be able to explain. In that moment, I needed him. So many times before I he had been the ONLY person to see me through bs and tough times. This time was no different. In that moment, I was searching for and anticipating comfort and consolation...from the very person who had just hurt me. SMH Why was I like that?!

I start yelling, crying and carrying on...and he tries to hold me. I'm fighting him...I want him not to touch me and I want him to hold me tighter...at the same... damn...time. Y'all... I was all messed up.

We go inside and he's giving me the same story and I'm so over hearing it. I zone out and I'm just wondering why I'm back at his house...seeking solace in the same man who had upset me in the first place. I got angry. I was back and forth between literally throwing blows and falling into his chest crying asking him why. The whole time my head is KILLING me.

Suddenly it's silent. For a while there's just me doing that "I just finished crying", sniffling thing lol Then he takes my jacket off of me, lays me down in his bed, takes my shoes off and just cuddles up next to me. He says he's sorry and that he never meant to hurt me like this and this isn't how he ever thought this would go. I fell asleep...in the arms of the same mf who I had just thrown jabs at...the same mf I seriously considered killing just hours before. I woke up the next morning and left silently.

I was violently ill for days. I learned then just how real "mind over matter" is. I had literally gotten physically SICK...because of mental and emotional pain. I also learned that you can not ever view someone the same after heartbreak. I learned that anyone is capable of anything and pedestals are for trophies, not people. I learned that everyone is just moments of hurt & anger away from a Snapped episode so I don't judge.

Fast forward to present time...fast forward pass months of personal growth and experience...fast forward pass a bunch of laughs and tough convos between us over the years... This guy is still one of the closest ppl to me. I still love him to death. I currently consider him a friend of mine. I just know I can't ever look at him THAT way again...and that's ok.

That #HurtBae video struck a nerve with me. No one is above being hurt. But when you're in a situation that is emotionally and mentally draining, get the hell out of it!

I have feelings about the ode to joy and im going to dump them on you

At the time i am writing this part i have suffered through twenty two (22) hours of “ode to joy” repeated in my brains so you are gonna suffer with me now. Srsly, ask @madgronkish i kinda lost it around noon.. Anyways. First thought when i heard it was literally" theyre not going to fucking reunite them to THAT SONG??!?!“ Whilst i was wrong about sherlock driving the car…they still did that. Thanks mofftiss.

Ok now down to business. First off, DISCLAIMER, i am in no way qualified to do this? I dont know much about music and have like half an experience at writing meta? so..sorry in advance, maybe just look at this as inspiration and well..gay feelings bc i have enough of those to go around rn.

So.. for all of you who dont know, ode to joy (originally “freude, schöner götterfunken”) is part of beethoven’s 9th symphony, it is the first ever symphony to incorporate voices, the lyrics mostly come from schillers “Ode an die Freude” and the melody itself has been the european anthem since 1972 (1985 if you insist on EU).

it’s a bit strange how it’s exactly one year since my last post. and i’m here again to talk about how i’m sad. and the thing is, is that i’m probably sad about the same stuff. and all of this stuff is in my control. so it’s on me. it’s my fault. i would be able to fix it if i wasnt so scared. 

it’s my fourth year now and i still dont fully feel like i belong. i have friends but we just dont seem close. and maybe its my fault for never being vulnerable with them because i’m sure thats how you create bonds. everyone has that anxiety over asking people to hang out and it sucks when you’re the only person asking others to hang out. it sucks even more when people think it’s weird that i ask them to hang out. it would be nice for someone to reach out to me every once i a while. like after what happened with ham he doesnt hit me up anymore and its understandable but it still sucks that im the one who asks him to hang out now. & it especially sucks because hes always talking about how ppl shouldnt be afraid to hit ppl up & how he’d hit ppl up that he wants to hang with so like?? damn is that implying he don’t wanna hang with me or what? im prob overthinking but it still sucks bc its been 2 years and while he doesnt say no to hanging out he never initiates it anymore. not to mention the one time i texted him and i got a “who’s this?” because there is something worse than ppl saying no.

and i guess going off of the whole im not that close with my friends. i always get added to group chats way late and it just sucks feeling like an afterthought. and it sucks not being invited to things. like im sure they know id be interested in going to raves bc they know i listen to edm but sometimes i feel like its because im not interested in rolling or bc i didnt drink until sophmore year that maybe they think im some prude and wouldnt be fun to rave with? idk i like the music and they know i like the music and we talk about going to raves together but i dont get invited when they do go. and i cant even ask to go bc they never discuss the specific events they want to go to or when theyre getting tickets and i understand that maybe im not close enough or simply that they dont want me there or they dont have another seat to get there but itd be nice to be included

& i have about a hundred thousand insecurities about romantic relationships. bc i made a tinder & hinge this summer and idk what to say when ppl ask me why im on tinder. like im looking for a relationship but its tinder so i just feel that every guy is just looking to fuck. and I have about a hundred thousand insecurities about the fact that i havent even kissed anyone or held hands with anyone and im on these dating apps. and my pictures are decent i’ll give myself that although i do feel ugly sometimes so i feel so insecure about having zero experience but looking like i would have experience. i feel like if i ever meet up with anyone i’ll just be a disappointment. and the fact that people who know im an extra virgin say stuff like “oh just wait for the right person” that just stresses me out bc it puts some weird added pressure that i have to make some big decision to kiss some great person. and half the time i just want to ho out bc why not. but theres a lot to do if my ho phase is gonna be a thing like birth control, std testing, condoms, and overall judgment. but idk how to even get over this insecurity that im not enough for anyone or why anyone would actually like me romantically when i have no experience. and every once in a while a friend would be like why are you on these apps if you dont want to talk or meet up with anyone. and he right. why am i here if im so insecure

& i gotta start applying to jobs and thinking about the future. and getting a masters in something bc obviously now you gotta have a masters. and idk i feel like i dont get stressed about these things bc i just assume i’ll end up somewhere but idk if it pushes me to try my best? like i feel like im complacent & that goes along with my effort in class? maybe it is my best but others are just better

& deadass just remembered that i forgot to scan and send some documents to the bank for the club im the president of. im scared that this year wont be successful or like the board wont be cohesive bc at the first board meeting it felt so sterile. like i had to keep pressing people for details or for them to do their job? kinda. either that or i knew what they had to do and i just keep butting in and remind them about things they need to do? so it feels like im micromanaging??

idk its a beginning of the quarter breakdown but only like the first part bc my housemates came back and i had to suck up my tears lmao

accidental long post

i dont normally put trigger warnings but this post speaks a lot about food/binge eating. and i kinda just went off on one haha. talk of money.

im sitting in the office writing this at work cus my boss told me to do the holidays but im done but i need to vent, the store is abso quite and i just need some time to myself.

i have money! 

oh my god the relief. 

im still gonna be struggling til the end of this month but its not as bad as its been through jan which has been fucking HELL because ive obv been doing my manager job and having all this worry/stress ontop ov it.

i paid my rent +fee and i have enough to cover my bills! !!!!

i bought a bus pass but im gonna probably walk to work when the weather gets less horrible as i acctually didnt mind the walk after a while and i felt a lot fitter adding that exercise into my daily routine. before dropping out of uni, i got quite bad for being the type of person who would go to the gym once or twice a week and justify a lazy existence because of that. the bus is terrible but its the difference of walking 6 miles and being out of the house for like 12 hours a day or whatever and taking a 10 minute bus journey from straight outside my work almost to my front door. 

i ordered new earphones becus mine are not working. they were like 6 quid but so worth it. i went into my favourite cosmetic shop and got some nice stuff for my face as its got so flaky and dry and sore. i bought some new combs, not a great expense, no but the last thing on my list of cheap stuff when i didnt hve any money. my hair is short and tuggy and thisll help. i went into a cheaper cosmetics store and bought a lot of cheap shampoo/conditioner, sanitry products n whatnot. i never used to stockpile these so i ended up at the beginning of jan with nothing, i bought a cheap bar of soap for my body and used some of my flatmates stuff (but its expensive so i did it like once a week max). its so nice to have product. its something i never throught was something id miss cos theyre so essntial but i got to the point where i couldnt really afford them because i had bills going out and had to keep my money for other things.

the front door of the flat is drafty so i got the flat a draft exludor on the way. yay.

ive consumed more food/calories in the past day than i probably have in a couple of years - apart from at christmas. last night i bought a milkshake after work. it was thick and tasty and amazing. on my walk home i also bought a bottle of irn bru, which wasnt as good cus i forgot they changed the receipe but ive not drank fizzy drinks regularly in a 

i thought it was gonna be enough to fill me up but my body suddenly decided it really wanted to binge and treat myself.

i odered a med pizza with two sides and cookies when i got home from work. i just stuffed my face and ate it all. it was glorious. i went out with my flatmate a bit later and i bought quite a big shop with fresh food but also a lot of tinned/frozen things bcus i know i will be poor at the end of the month. i binged on salad items at like midnight. i ate two eggs, a whole freaking cucumber and pack of tomatoes, along with half a red pepper, a carrot, some spring onion and spinach. fresh food never felt so good. i had fruit and a bagel wiv creme cheese for my breakfast this morning. ive not had breakfast in about 6 months because when i started uni i got so stressed i couldnt eat in the morning and then i couldnt really afford to. and i gave myself some money today to get some lunch. i planned on buying one of those salad meal deals but i ended up at subway, i only got a 6 inch tough cos i think i may have died if i got anything bigger. i did however get 3 cookies on offer, ive only ate one as of yet but the other two are staring me down right now. i was so tempted to go to mcdonalds but i would have binged too hard. my poor stomach which i mentioned before had became a lot flatter probs due to lack of food/a lot of walking is so bloated.  i was wearing quite a loose fitting shirt to work and you can just see this big round boi now. customers will think im pregnant fuck me. but its a good bloat. but as i also mentioned ive gained a bit of weight and in the past 24 hours ive probably put on about a stone haha. i probably lost around three inches from my tummy in the past coupla months and now its about 6 inches rounder haha. 

i honestly dont regret it. i think if this was a regular thing and i did stuff like this a lot i would probably be different and feel horrible but it was great. i loved all this good food. 

im gonna go back to reasonable spending now/eating now. i have some spicy carrot soup i made a fortnight ago in the freezer so im gonna heat the rest of that up tonight for me and my flatmate, if i even feel up for eating and tomorrow i will probably enjoy a cheeky but healthy fruit salad for my working lunch.

sucks my brother took out a loan but im splitting his repayments and we can both afford to pay it off, im sure you can even pay it off wholly early (for a fee though) so i could even do that in a few months time cos i already know ill be due a tax refund, i paid so much tax @ my last jobs before i quit them for uni and ill be taxed here but i didnt earn over the threshold due to my break and il be due loadddss back, so we will see.

im gonna donate at the end of the month to some people on here, im not gonna really examine who ‘deserves it most’ and just do it randomly tbh. thanks to the people who donated to me, it e a lot but it did help as i mentioned before.

sidenote - i dont have an eating disorder. i just binged today and yesterday because ive not been able to enjoy the food i like. 

ive always had a bit of a weird relationship with food because ive never been thin and have had some disordered tendancies but nothing thats effected my overall health massively. ive been on countless diets thrughout my life. i dont particularly act like that anymore cos it can be dangerous. id only go on a ‘diet’ if my health was really bad, if i was terribly overweight or if another health condition made me alter my diet. ive also a lot of reckless times where ive just not thought about what ive eat... queue the time i ate a whole selection box and half a tub of ben and jerries for my lunch or the time i only ate a loaf and a half of bread in a day and though ‘ah this is enough calories its fine’. but i think thats moreso bpd. if ive been having a bad time with my mental health i wont care about whats being put in my body. but its not been driven through a desrie to be thinner/bigger ever.

 ive been poor recently and not been living on the best of foods (will probably explain why ive gained weight) but i have been mostly cooking from scratch using frozen meat/fish/veg and tined foods (thank god for bootstrap cooking, am i right???), on occasion i bought fresh veg or meat but thats it. the rest of the food i was eating when i was poor and well still will be eating for the next month was and i try to limit this because i know its really unhealthy has been instant ramen/noodles/soups/rice, breaded frozen meat and frozen garlic bread and chips. snackwise its been like those 10p packs of buiscuits and ive also been baking when i can mostly using my flatmates stuff. if my flatmate was making food and had excess id sometimes have some if she offered but thats been it.

In 2005, as part of our divorce agreement, my ex and I decided to keep the same auto insurance but under separate policies. We had been with this company for years. My policy was on auto pay meaning that the payments were taken directly from my account. He walked in to pay his. About 6 months after the divorce, I was pulled over for a routine traffic stop and was told I was driving an uninsured vehicle. Without insurance, my registration was also invalid. Both tickets totaled 1K. My car was taken into impound. I checked and found the officer was correct. On good terms with my ex, I told him what happened. He said for the past 6 months, each time he went in to make a payment, the girl HIS was already paid. Realizing what had happened. They were applying my payments to his automobile. I was furious. I notified the agent who initially did not want to accept blame, but since the payments were automatic and my account number was on each payment they took, they were responsible. The error was compounded by the fact that the cancellation notice went to HIS address (how dumb was that!) So I had no way of knowing that I was cancelled. I was without a car for 2 weeks and lost my job. After much haggling and many sleepless nights of wondering what to do without a job or a car, the insurance company finally admitted blame, paid the impound fees of $1,250.00. The agent also said they would handle the 2 tickets totaling 1K. FAST FORWARD TO 2010 in my state, the county did a scofflaw sweep and I was summoned to court with over 5 thousand other delinquent drivers to address unpaid tickets. The order was come to court by April 30th or be arrested. Realizing this had to be a mistake, but fearful of the law, I stood in line for over 5 hours in blazing heat, then sat in court another 5 hours waiting for my day in court. I was immediately threatened with arrest because the 2 tickets were not paid. Up to that moment, I had no idea the insurance company had not paid the 2 tickets. This time, not only was my insurance and registration cancelled, my license was suspended due to the age of the infraction (5 years). In front of the judge, I called the agents' office only to be told by the secretary that they had no intention to pay the ticket. Paying to get the car out of impound was enough. When the judge heard this she was shocked and let me off with a promise to pay in 5 days. She made me promise not to drive. With no way to get home but drive, I took a chance, and was pulled over. The officer informed me that due to the vast number of outstanding cases, tags bearing our county name would be targeted for a while (talk about a police state!). I showed him my documents from the court and headed home. This is a nightmare. Would I have a case if I filed suit against my insurance company for failing in their fiduciary responsibility to a 16 year client in good standing? By the way this company is one of the largest in the country.""

Does a full license reduce insurance premiums over a provisional license(NOT learners permit)?

In my state and probably many others now as well, there are three License tiers: Learners Permit, Provisional Drivers License, and Full License. Learners permit is pretty much self explanatory, you have to drive with a parent/guardian only and must hold it for 9 months to get to the Provisional License in the middle which allows you to drive fully unsupervised after you turn 18 with many restrictions before 18 but still carries increased penalties(what they consist of I am not sure but they are nonetheless there only for Provisional Licenses) even after you turn 18, and then after you hold a Provisionals for 18 months, you can finally get a full license. Obviously not having increased penalties would be nice but I'm wondering if Full License status would also reduce insurance rates since it shows that you were able to hold a Provisionals for so long without moving violations and are therefore not quite as problematic of a driver as someone who has not yet passed the 18-month probationary period required for a Full License. Clarification on what a Provisional License is for my age(20): The Provisional License is for all intents and purposes basically the same as a full drivers license after you turn 18 with the exception of enhanced penalties for moving violations which remain possible until you get a full license. I feel good and bad about this law. I'm conservative. I don't entirely agree with the law. But it's good that people are able to get on an affordable insurance plan if they have a pre-existing condition rather than being left out to die. I have always been told that when I turn 25 my auto insurance should decrease significantly, I was wondering if someone can give me an idea or (if you dont mind) let me know what you were paying <25 and what your paying now at 25>.
