always curious to me the 'testing doesnt help' thing. i suppose i have to remember theres a difference between structures of standardized testing and the act of just. practicing recall? which i would call 'quizing' myself. but then again i am the route memorization outlier... so...

#some shit #certainly believe me i understand the amount of stress and pressure put on schooling that fucking destroys people. happened to ppl i know.#one of many reasons i dont pursue it for myself.#everything i say in full knowledge i would like to abolish the control had over kids in society yeah?#but EXTREMELY funny i was myself subjected to alt learning structures that de-emphasized u know. big list of things. memorize em #when. oh my god give me my list of things back. SHUT UP. i need that #i simply dont understand the notion that you could learn say. verb conjugation without. just listing them out and drilling them #obviously people do! ofc... but it seems stunningly inefficient to me... like the act needs to go inhand with #learning HOW they work and how to use them. ofc. but to gain the natural recall in them. i chanted them to myself and wrote them down. etc.#in essence ppl sometimes wonder why i can RECALL so much abt the things i like its cause im basically always enacting forms of memorization #and knowledge reinforcement just within myself. /shrug. is that not what other ppl are doing?
