IDK which one of you keeps feeding my shizaya obsession but thanks for the good work as always.Send me a ship and I’ll tell you:

who holds the umbrella when it rains Definitely Shizuo. It seems like him to not forget his umbrella since he wouldnt want to ruin his bartender outift. Also, he’s taller, so he gets to protect him and the flea from the rain while also subtly enjoying to show off how much taller than Izaya he is.who is the grumpiest in the morning Izaya. I truly believe Izaya is more of the “Dont talk to me before I have my coffe” Kind of person. I dont think he even realizes it, though. He’s just always, conveniently bitter when its like 8 am. Shizuo is the one who notices it.who worries more when the other is sick/hurt Shizuo. Izaya does gets concerned but he always has this Faith that whatever happens, Shizuo will pull it off, he’ll handle it. Shizuo, on the other hand, always gets surprised when he realizes how Fragile Human Beings can be, which Izaya, ultimately is. 

 Worst comes to worst, they can always go to Shinra.who plays pranks on the other >>> IZAYA, now come onwho is always the first to suggest cuddling on the sofa >> Shizuo. He’ll be very passive Aggressive about it, actually. He’ll aggressively cuddle Izaya while Izaya is on his office trying to work, still sitting at his work table “I’m trying to work Shizu-chan” “You’ve already worked enough for today” “… got it got it, lets just go to the couch then, this isnt working, this is a small chair.”

who insists on creating nicknames for the other>>> Izaya does this in like, canon. But I feel like Shizuo could slip off whatever terms of endearment you may choose, sometimes, on the middle of a sentence, like “dear” “sweet” or “darling”.Sometimes IRONICALLY. At the beggining, accidentally.who drools on the other when they’re asleep >>> SHIZUO. He’s also probably really heavy.who says ‘I love you’ first >>> Listen, anon. My entire life is to consider different AU’s in which each one of those two could say “I love you” first, but… U KNOW WHAT I THINK, ANON?U KONW WHAT I THINK? … IZAYA.If we’re considering a canon-based setting, he’s probably the closest one to ever be able to say it.
