Feeling... pretty not so good today... Like, yesterday my throat just started hurting and I couldn't sleep well at all and now it's still hurting a bit complete with a slight cold and a small headache and that's my cue to have a healthy routine until I feel better enough to continue with my day to day not so healthy routine.

#aria rants #i think... eating hopia de leche with chocolate krinkles is a bad combo #i even drank green tea afterwards! which... i think made that way worse #grrrrr why must my throat treat me this way its always so sensitive to practically everything at this point #like i rarely eat sweets and most eat small bites cuz the sweetness makes my throat hurt if i get too much of it #BUT ONE PIECE OF HOPIA AND ONE PIECE OF KRINKLES IS FINE #that is until i chose to have those two pieces back to back and have tea goddammit #healthy living until i feel okay again booooo maybe i should just maintain the healthy living even after i feel okay actually
