ok so my friend and i talk about hogwarts aus too much and i was yearning for a quidditch au and this happened sorry i got carried away lol

ok so daniel is 100% a gryffindor dun even fight me on this its Canon™

ong’s a gryffindor too, and is the keeper of the gryffindor quidditch team

here’s what happened lets go

quidditch season hasnt started but gryffindor are feeling the loss from last year because hufflepuff and ravenclaw were ON FIRE last year (where do they get those active first years,,,, we want sum of dat….)

seongwoo obv be feeling the determination theyRE GOING TO KILL IT!!! FROM THE BEGINNING!!! TO THE END!!! THE HOUSE CUP!!! IS GRYFFINDOR’S FOR THE TAKING!!!!

he also feeling the pressure because gryffindor are forgetting what it’s like to have a house cup win tbh

since he’s the keeper and everything he knows his team need to count on him yknow

he’s always extra early for team practices and spends all his free time practicing quidditch with some new teammate he persuaded one day (read: bribed)

ok so one day after like 3 days of no sleep after trying to finish like 6 diff essays for all his subjects (don’t procrastinate friendos)

boi literally tired as fuck but still has the energy to drag his ass out to the quidditch pitch to practice

that saturday the slytherin and gryffindor captains scheduled a practice match to get into the groove of playing again before official matches starts

ofc he needs to show his best right off the bat

all his classmates tried to hold him back but his excuse was that he gotta train the newbie so he can do his best for the match

also secretly because it’s his last year he wants to show that it’s not been a waste and he’s become a very very reliable keeper and that gryffindor CAN win this year

so yes, he still goes to practice

remember boi on zero sleep and like 20 mins in woojin asks if he’s feeling okay since no sarcastic quips or anything

surprise surprise ong passes out but he like doesn’t go pancake because woojin manages to kind of stop him from doing so

still fucks up his wrist and ankle on landing though but he’s out of it and woojin is prob freaking tf out omg what am i gonna do ???

does the reasonable thing and sprints off to get madam pomfrey

ong has to stay in the hospital wing overnight bc of exhaustion but at least his wrist and ankle are okay right?

when he gets to the pitch they had already begun playing and he sees kim donghan playing in his place and is reassured bc he was a natural even if he wasnt a regular

daniel is an avid quidditch fanboy ok

always on top of quidditch news and never misses a game

this boy is the definition of House Pride he’s screaming the loudest and always gets hella hyped before matches

the type to walk up to people on the mornings of match day and tells them to cheer loudly for gryffindor to give them the support

gryffindor hasnt won a house cup in forever tbh but that doesnt phase him he just loves quidditch and is extremely passionate about the sport and his house so regardless of the result he will always remain their tru no.1 fan

about that practice match

lets be real we would all like to just sleep on saturday morning

daniel? practice match? give him the time and date and he’s there and prepared with snacks and drinks for the players he managed to get from the house elves what a considerate babu

he gets there extra early that morning because he knew there was a new first year playing and he wanted to cheer extra loud to give him confidence awwwwwawaw

but when he sees the team members arrive he notices

that one fourth year boy is playing instead so he gets a little confused

seongwoo has never NOT played in any of their matches so he wondered why he wasn’t this time

he wasn’t even at the practice, even though everyone else on the team was

he went through the possibilities in his head

team drama? detention? OVERSLEEPING??? decided to do a 180 and become studious???

WHAT HAPPENED THAT THEIR KEEPER ISN’T PLAYING

his brain was about to explode but he stops when he sees the familiar boy walk up to the top of the stands and get comfortable

he’s still really confused

why is he watching and not playing??

lmao the practice match started 5 mins ago but he’s too distracted bc he doesn’t know why THE ong seongwoo isnt participating in it

so he just tries to send positive vibes his way lol cute

even if it’s just walking by him in the great hall at breakfast and calling out for him not to slack off in class

or not to push himself too hard in practice

he prob even watches the team practice regularly and calls out “you guys did well today! we’re gonna win this year!!!”

just…. postive ball of sunshine spreading positivity

ong always spends some time after practice to talk to daniel to get to know him

its the least he can do bc daniel’s been so supportive of the team

daniel just hopes the dude remembers to take care of himself better tbh dont we all

ong won’t admit like ever but he 100% looks forward to daniel’s encouragement in the morning pfft

(and also totally wants to get to know daniel more other than him being a massive quidditch fan lol)

since then he finds himself working a lot harder to keep up with his workload in class so he can be on top of his game for quidditch

How I gained it: Since I was a kid, i’ve never seen myself in a skinnier body, i’ve always been that fat chubby lil kid. As I grew up, I had an unhealthy life style, I slept late, I had an uncontrolled eating habit, and i got used to having a big fat body, so that i never thought that I need to lose my weight.

Breaking Point&How I lost it: i’m being honest that I’ve always wanted having a fit body, that i know if i keep going on this unhealthy life, that just wont be right. It’s very difficult to look for clothes i want that fit my size. I was depressed and stressed out of having such an unhealthy lifestyle. I’ve tried so many attempts, diet pills, eating once a day, and finally my colleague at the office introduce me to a gym, and i got addicted to it. I lost around 15 kilos. I know it’s not a rapid progress, remembering that i still had days where i cheat a lot. but the most important thing that starting this healthy life, at least, made me aware the very importance of having a healthy lifestyle. Now i’m focused on having a balanced and healthy life, and started thinking that loosing weight is the bonus.

Things i want to say to everyone: believe. when you start believing, it’s the begin of a big progress. all you have to do; believe in what you’re doing, focused, dont stop (and you’re all set up!)

How I gained it: I’d always been that fat kid in the whole of my childhood, i grew up in a family where food's the thing that gathered us all, and almost all my entire family was obese. actually my mom was worried about my eating habbit, but my dad told my mom to calm down since i was still a kid and was still growing up. as i graduated from elementary school, my weight was 60 kilos, for other kids who were my age, that number wassss massive. then i continued my study to a school where required me to stay at the dorm because of the location, then that was where the number was getting higher to my heaviest. I was very negative, emotional, and wasnt able to move freely regarding my asthma which could relapse very easily. I would start a diet, cheat at the dorm, dissapoint my mom who bought me bunches of weight loss supplements for million rupiahs, and then repeat the process.

Breaking Point: In 2011, I kept getting bigger, and bigger, as the days went through. till one day i weighed my self, i was at my heaviest, 85 kilos. and that time my older brother saw that and snitched to my mom that i was 85 kilos. and my mom looks very disappointed, and told me that all the million rupiahs she’s spent was such a waste. I was insecure, sad, and disappointed at my self as well. I couldnt be like other kids who could mix and match clothes they want easily. and there are some people who laughed at me, and talked things that hurt me and made me even more insecure with my self until finally i was determined to be someone new who will shock them in the future.

How I Lost it: In 2012, where i was about to graduate, i often came back home for an additional class to face the final exam. I tried to start a diet from the scratch, I lessen the portion of the carbs intake, and tried to walk on a treadmill gradually from 15 mins a day, in the amid of the bustle as a senior student. It’s verrrryy hard limiting my portion while living in a dormitory who served us daily meal for 5 times a day (twice, snack), but my resolve was bigger than my appetite. As I graduated from high school, I postponed my study for a year to prepare for the university. In that year everything started which really lighten up my journey. I browsed anything to lose my weight through google, surveyed to many places, and finally registered myself to the thai boxing camp, ALL BY MYSELF. everyone always wonder why i could survive doing all those things alone, i always said if we keep waiting for other people to make yourself better, then you’ll never improve yourself. The first session wasss crazy, I felt like throwing up bcs i didnt get used to workout that hard. but as time goes by, i get stronger, day by day(wkwkwk). then my friend offered me to start a trial at the gym, but instead of taking the offer, i took my mom right to the gym doubtfully because i was afraid if she didnt wanna pay the bill because that time it was a bit pricey for me as a student. and then i had no idea what to do at the gym, till finally my brother introduced me to an online diet guidance called Panduan Diet by Denny Santoso (he played a major role in my diet journey) (it’s not a paid promotion) (i’m 100% being honest), so this diet guidance was sent to my email periodically. which taught me that it’s easier to lose the weight when we lift weight and combine it with cardio, and that we dont HAVE TO STARVE OURSELF TO LOSE WEIGHT, WE HAVE TO STAY HUNGRY, we just need to have a healthier choice of food. I started to loose weight gradually till my my lightest weight was 63, I felt healthier and became a more positive person, i dont know why as i started this new habit, it gave a big impact to my life in a positive way, that you can be everything you want if you work your ass on it! I’ve never thought I could get rid of those kilos, once I thought that today my weight might be hundreds, there are times i gave up, cried myself in my room because my weight didn’t decrease. few years passed, here I am, in an addiction to a healthy life, tho i was stuck for few years in some weights, and there are times where i gained weight and lost my spirit and stressed me out, but i keep going on this long-way-to-go journey.

things i want to say to everyone: You can be anything you want. it’s okay if you’re comfortable if you’re 60, 78, 89 kilos, but me, i was there in a point where I couldn’t accept myself anymore and was afraid of the hereditary disease that i have in my family. don’t ever said it’s too late, start from where you are, start from this very second, start from a little step, start with your hands shaking, just start. stop thinking what other people say, surround yourself with positivities. and DONT STOP.

Last year I really got into motorcycles and after riding a couple on back roads, I want to get one this year. I like the look and feel of an older motorcycle. I want to get something from the 80's. So far my most favourite bike I've ridden is a 1979 Honda with a 125 motor I believe. I don't care for speed, I like cruising. I'm more into chrome and chopperish feel. I'm a full time college student and I found that they offer motorcycle driving training there in the summer. Since I'm a student I will get a good discount. On top of that the parking at school for motorcycles is only $20 a month whereas I pay $7 a day for car parking. I live in Ontario, Canada which probably has the highest rates in the country. I currently pay $100/month for secondary. It used to be $150 but since I've proven to be accident free, they brought it down for me. Primary car insurance on the other hand is more like $300 or more per month for me. So do I have a good case here? 1. Older bike which won't need full coverage 2. I own the bike 3. Parked in a private underground garage at home 4. Parked in a private, security controlled lot at school 5. Already have driving experience and clean record I get my full driving license next week and I am in the process of registering for my M1 What could I be looking at paying? Missing Out on My Good-bye

I spent my entire youth in the company of close friends. My family moved from city to city chasing my dad's dream. He did very well for himself and he made sure that I was fed, safe, and educated. I was such a good boy, In every picture I see, because I honestly cant remember that far back, I am smiling like a goofy kid. As they years go by in photographs I can see my smile fading. I dont know what started it, but I can remember the first day I went bad. I was 17, it had frozen and school was canceled. My dickhead boss that paid me $1.75 per hour called me and said I had to come to work. I knew I was supposed to go in, but for the first time I chose not to do something I was supposed to do. I didnt call or try and make up an excuse, I just didnt. We didnt have cell phones then so getting a hold of someone who wasnt at home and didnt show up to work was impossible. I sat in my beat up ford escort in the parking lot next door to my job and smoked cigarettes and listened to the radio for about an hour. Then I went home, and on the way I felt anxiety about how much trouble I would be in when I arrived and my dad had found out I didnt go in. Walked in the door, mom said some greeting but didnt look mad, walked past the office and dad didnt say a word. I went upstairs and sat down at my desk and I remember every time the phone rang, Pins and Needles. But my boss didnt call. I ate dinner, showered, talked on the phone, and then went to bed. I remember thinking, man that was sooooooo easy, I got worked up for nothing. That was I guess the beggining of my downward slide. There is this mental structure your parents can discipline into you, a fear of failure. If everytime you fail they yell at you, the anticipation of being yelled at prevents you from giving up. However, once you cross that line and you realize that there isnt really anything wrong with saying fuck it, its all a social mind fuck, failing isnt scary. And boy did I test the limits, the next day I just didnt go to school. I left like I was going to school, but stopped in a neighborhood nearby and smoked cigarettes and listened to the radio. Wrote myself a doctors not and signed it with my own signature, and then walked into the school, gave the note to my assistant principle and then walked out. The note said I had contracted a serious illness of a personal nature and that I would require an undetermined number of days off school, and that my school work and lessons were to be collected every week and that I would study from home. And they fucking bought it. Both my folks worked so all I had to do was waste time until they would be gone come home and get on with doing what I wanted. Fuck me, what a dumb ass thing to do. The longer I didnt go to school the more difficult it became to go back. Sure I was picking my work up but I hadnt done any tests or in class work. I kept up in all honesty every few days I would hit the books for an hour and get the basics. About 2 months went by, I was stressed every day I was sure my house of cards would colapse, but it didnt. Not because I was a genious, which I sure thought, but because nobody really knew or remembered me. A transfer kid from another state, no friends, no memories. I remember the day it fell apart, I did what I had done for 5 months, school was going to be out for summer so I needed to get back in. I had already thought about how to rejoin the school, I was just going to go to class early one day and sit down like I had been going the whole time and wing it. But every day came and went and I just hid from my own stupidity. So I left, drove around wasting time, parked my car in the driveway, walked in the back door and up the stairs and I heard my dads voice and froze. He was home sick, and I was busted. He looked at me and asked why I wasnt in school, I said something like I hate it or I dunno. My dad looked at me funny, like I wasnt his kid, shock I guess. So he grabbed me by the arm and said your going to school. I knew it was going to be bad, I tried to have my dad drop me off, and he just drove right up to the front door and said that we had to explain the situation. I will admit for a teenage fuckup I was sharp. I told my dad that I went to the nurses office and that I had an illness of a personal nature and got a pass to leave for the day, and that if he said I was better and returning that I wouldnt get in trouble. We walked into my principles office and he looked at me like I remember you, but I dont at the same time. My dad said my son is feeling better and can go back to class. Principle said okay, well we are glad he is feeling better, thanks for letting us know, dad said is there anything else that needs to be done, principle said nope, I got up started to walk out thinking I was the greatest schemer of all time. And then my principle remembered who I was. He said wait, how many days have you been absent and started punching keys, my dad said oh he was just out for the first class today , hes feeling better, and that was that. I fessed up before they delved any deeper, I remember feeling so calm as I explained everything. Loosing my job, thinking I would just take a week off, and the days turned to weeks and then to months. The strangest thing happened, my principle got up and calmly shut his office door and pulled the blinds closed. He sat down right in front of ne and my dad and said.. This is not going to work out well for me, for you, or you. Thats right, there is a law that says I had to go to X number of days in a school year and I was way short. I hadnt really thought that when I sold my principle that lie that it was his job to catch me. And that he failed to notice or check back on the situation. He was trying to be a board member of education or some crap. He blatantly spoke of how he would not get the spot if word of what I had done got out. He then asked to speak with my dad alone and I was happy to get out of there. I ran out front and started chain smoming cigarettes. About 20 mins later my dad came out. He said alright, you are supposed to go to class, if anyone asks you were sick and are better now. And I thought to myself wow thats it. My dad must have seen me smile and said, your going to be sorry. I had to stay at school for 5 hours every day after classes. I had to do anything they asked, like clean desks, or log books, fill oyt paperwork, clean stuff, repair stuff, paint stuff. Anything they could think of I had to do. I had to take a series of tests for each class to prove I knew the material. And then after school got out for the summer I had to do so much work. I became an indentured servant to the school from 8 to 8. I managed to fullfill the requirements my principle laid out and they gave me a diploma and let me walk. At home it was more of the same, grounded no phone, no tv, no outside. I had no friends, and a sense that I was separated from those around me. After that I was never the same, I fucked up every opportunity I was given and nobody cared. I failed out of college, wasted a lot of ny dads money,. Tried to go back and wasted my own money. I jumped from job to job, never really got any respect, I have never owned a home, found a girl worth marrying wbich almost saved me but she died in a car wreck, and we had no kids. In the fall of my life I just now realized how far from the beaten path I strayed. I have no friends, or love interests, no skills, or education. I am addicted to drugs, and lieing, staying up late and good at going unoticed. I cant go back and fix my life, and I cant move forward in my current situation. I try and get a job that pays enough to support myself but nobody will hire me, its as if they can see through my paper lies and dont want me. I think I am going to end my terrible run of things soon I am so tired of being a failure. My dad looks at me like I am not his son, he stopped trying to motivate me a long time ago. Everyone that is a part of my life wontvlook me in the eyes. I see pity and sorrow in the faces of my life. This situation is of my own doing, and I blame nobody but myself. I honestly just dont want to be alive anymore. Watching everyone around me getting married, and promoted, becoming a dad, creating something, matterung to someone. All I feel is pain and remorse, and a feeling that I missed out. I think its time for me to depart this hell my life has become and get some answers to some questions I have been wondering about for some time. I thought about something today which I think is what will give me the strength I need to accomplish what I am planning to do next. Its been over 3 years since I felt the touch of another human beings skin on my own. No hugs or kisses, no hand in hand, no arm around the waist. I go to sleep alone, wake up alone, and the only people I communicate with are on the web and dont know me. My biggest regret is that I really wanted to be someones dad. I wanted to provide what my father gave me to a copy of myself like he did. But that time has cone and gone too. My advice to anyone who reads this is to make sure anyone you love knows it. You can never tell if you are saying your last goodbye or not.
