#i went home w sooo much rapini#both the shit we cooked and a bundle of fresh to make later#also a ton of canned goods from the amish discount store#i need to start going there but it’s so hard when i don’t live nearby anymore#but it’s really worth it with how much shri and can get and how much money i can save#i live in my hometown but i cna barely afford to live here anymore cause of gentrification#rich bitches from the mainline are slowly taking over and i fuckin hate it#either get drunk at the italian lodge and smoke shitty weed like the rest of us or get the fuck out#on the bright side i can get an acai bowl within walkin distance of my house#but also i gotta be around ml bitches constantly and it’s kinda fuckin unbearable#can’t fucking stand ml bitches#i will only go to the mainline to visits one specific japanese specialty grocery store#and that’s only cause they have shit i can’t get anywhere else#and even the fact they don’t take food stamps is so telling#last time i was there i got into a convo w the cashier about how terrible it is to work in the mainline and how much we hate rich people#look what i’m sayin is living where i live (my gentrified hometown) i will take any and all the free food i can get#food stamps are endlessly helpful but still#can’t hurt to stock up on non perishables#i know what it’s like to survive on nothing but expired canned goods#and thusly i will always have a back stock of non perishable foods#if at all possible#p
