so, scar goodtimes: (this is more of a character profile... a rly rambly one.)

his parents were... killed, and he is under suspicion for being the one to do it. i am unsure whether or not he actually killed them, but the alternative is that they killed themselves and then he got blamed for it. whatever. he doesnt particularly care that they died; they were assholes. so hes on the run, hopping countries whenever he can. he tries to stay in places the longest he can, but he can never stay too long as it gets unsafe + he gets paranoid. also he pissed off a SHITTON of people during his travels so hes also hiding from them. at some point tho he gets weary of always running, despite being scared of stopping, he says fuck it and tries to settle down someplace, even just for a bit. probably fuckin... germany or something? he IS technically supposed to be the asuka of this au.

so he settles down in say, gemany. tricks the government into giving him a new identity via the loophole of him being born right after the second impact, when the world was in SHAMBLES. he says that he never like, officially registered in the government databases due to the disarray and is only coming forth about it now. the government is like 'okay sus but sure'. mooostly cause hes a viable eva pilot i think. anygays he gets an identity, goes to school, is very Normal, but then he gets approached like 'hey do you want to pilot a giant mech? okay great you have no choice'. he wouldnt have said no either way; nerv being a government facility means that its safe. besides, hes curious.

so he becomes the second child, the pilot of eva unit02. he doesnt find it particularly great but its fine enough. he likes feeling like he actually has power for once in his life. he knows he doesnt, not really, but what matters is the feeling of it when it comes to these things, isnt it?

and if youre going like 'lime, his parents being mysteriously killed and him being on the run is a rly flimsy backstory', my answer to that is that i KNOW. but this is silly au and i can do what i want. all of this is subject to change hjksdfsnamd

also hes trans (because i said so). when he got a legal identity, they were like 'we are not going to call you scar'and he was like 'boo'. and then still went by scar.

hes been in a LOT of countries over the course of the course of his life, which means that hes picked up quite a few other languages. how can he trick convince people into letting him hitch a ride if they dont understand him! so hes a polyglot but like, a really bad one if that makes sense fsjdkfnds. id say hes fluent in english, german, japanese, which are the obligatory languages for this, but im sure he knows several more, even if hes not necessarily fluent.

his whole life, especially while his parents were alive but even after that, hes been told that hes worthless and that he wont ever really accomplish anything. how could anyone like him ever do anything with their life? so yeah, spite. hes decided that no, theyre wrong. even though hes never been in one consistent place for most of his life, hes always been determined to somehow prove them wrong. so that definitely plays into being one of the first eva pilots beside the whole safety thing.

hes... determined. but hes never had many close relationships, having always left before anything true could bloom (boom, the whole being on the run thing is a metaphor now as well cause hes running from himself too haha). he puts up a confident façade to hide the fact that he very much does not know what hes doing. hes trying to prove people wrong, that hes better than what they say, but he usually always leaves before he can do that, afraid of actually doing it. here, hes forced to actually stay. so even if he doesnt particularly want to (he does, he just doesnt want to acknowldge it because surely hes better than personal connections? surely theyre a weakness?), he becomes close friends with grian and mumbo and learns that yeah maybe he doesnt have to run. maybe he can stay put.

and thats it mostly!

yeah thats very understandable!!! and thank you!! after a long time i finally feel at least a little hopeful ab this countrys future but well see. yeah i have the exact same thing but at the same time drying a lot of clothes is Annoying [esp on camps since thats the main place i actually go into the water on] so i often just put regular clothes over a swimsuit. win-win situation. seashells ARE fun to find but i always forget to bring sth to carry them sjdjflksjf plus its pretty hard to find actually nice ones, over here at least. For the yandere with a foreign darling asks; I think it would be entertaining if the reader knew a second language that was similar to Japanese but was slightly off (like how Chinese and Japanese have a similar writing system [kanji] but still have enough differences to have a confusing language barrier if one tries to communicate between the two languages). Could you imagine a reader with intermediary Mandarin Chinese skills attempting to communicate to their yandere (maybe Dabi? Enji in this case could be even more of a nightmare ^~^;) in Japan? A/N: Okay, so i know you requested for enji...but...I've never written for him and I don't have much confidence in it ^^; I'm sorry..but did write it for hawks! ( if you don't want hawks and just wanted enji tell me, ill try my best to write for him. I just need to read more stuff to get to know his personality)

Your parents were very upset, crying and sobbing. They didn't want their baby to fly north east to japan. They wanted you to stay in Taiwan with them. It almost made you take pity and stay, but you couldn't. You had to go to japan, They had the best pro heroes and you wanted a job at one of their companies. Endeavor’s was the one you mainly wanted to get into; He’s your favorite pro hero so it makes sense. Though you aren't fluent in Japanese, you only knew the basics. You were kind of hoping your boss would speak English or Chinese and you can learn more Japanese later.

“拜托妈妈，我得走了...” you start prying your mother off of your arm.

“没有亲爱的！请不要走！” Your mother snaps back. “日本有很多平民！它不安全！”

“妈妈，那真是愚蠢。我会没事的。我有一个足够强大的怪癖来保护自己。” You reassure your mom. Your quirk is Reality Dream basically if you dream it it will be real.

You made it to Japan, You got a job at Endeavors company! He luckily spoke english so you didn't need to learn it right away. But there was always one person who caught your eye, hawks. He just kept staring at you constantly! He wouldn't start a conversation with you, And you swear that you saw his crimson wings in an alleyway near your house. But you always thought that your mom's words were making you paranoid. So you just brush it off and go to sleep.

Until you wake up in a room that's not your own. You are so confused and try to move, but you can't. You look down and see that your ankle is chained to the bed and on your wrists are quirk canceling handcuffs. You start getting scared and start struggling to try to get loose, but all you do is wear yourself out.

You hear footsteps of boots and try looking around for some way to get out. Then the footsteps stop, you look at the door to the room. You see the door slowly open and you squeeze your eyes shut. “私の赤ちゃんの鳥が目を覚ましているのがわかります！” the guy says cooing.

Huh? Oh yeah, you're in japan..of course they're gonna speak japanese. “请让我走！” you don't know why you started speaking chinese, you shouldve said it in english! You had more luck talking in english here then chinese, but youre so scared to remember any english.

“え？申し訳ありませんが、赤ちゃんの鳥、わかりません。” he says walking closer to you, you can tell by the footsteps coming towards you. “请住手！不要靠近！” you start panicking. The man can tell and wraps what feels like wings around you? “ そうそう、私の赤ちゃんの鳥はオフィスの周りで英語を話します！よくわかりませんが、試すことができます。” The man starts talking to himself. You start struggling more with your eyes still closed.

Then you hear the man shush you and say “calm.” he must mean to calm down right? You stop moving around, too scared for what would happen if you didn't listen. “Open eyes.” You shake your head, you dont wanna see who this is. “Yes.” you continue shaking your head. “Now.” the man yanks your hair and you let out a yelp and open your eyes. Your eyes widen at the man in front of you. “Hawks?!” you say confused and mad.

His eyes widened like he had an idea. He grabs his phone out of his pocket and clicks on an app. He types stuff on it and english comes out. “It's okay baby bird, you're safe! You're safe here with me forever!” hawks gave you a smile, but the only thing you can think about is the words “forever”.

No...you didnt want that!

You've lived with hawks for a while now. hawks learned more english and also chinese so he knew you couldnt talk bad behind his back. only bad girls did that. At first you kept looking for a way out, but saw none. With the chain on your ankle and the handcuffs. He always kept multiple locks on each door that lead outside and on the windows, and not to mention hawks is known for being the fastest pro hero. Even if you did escape it wouldn't be long til he found you. You don't remember when you gave up with the idea of escape, but you did at some point. There was no way out.

Hawks realized that and he took the chain off your ankle and the handcuffs, but kept a collar on you that had his name on it but also was quirk canceling. Most days when hawks left you just sat around reading or watching the movies he let you watch, but everytime he got home you were always ecstatic to see him and hug him. Did you get Stockholm syndrome?

Anytime you did something wrong he would punish you. He’d either fuck you into submission or he’d lock you up in the chains again. But when you were a good little bird, he'd let you go outside! You had to be with him and no one could be around, so you would have hawks fly you around in the sky, go on a late night walk, or go to a park that no one has been to in years.

Maybe this wasn't so bad..? I mean you're with your one true love and he wont let anything hurt you! right..?

Health issues or illnesses, if any: He’s been pretty healthy throughout his lifetime. Allergies, if any: He’s allergic to cats but he doesn’t care. He’ll hold one all day even when his throat is getting scratchy and he’s getting a rash. Exercise habits: He’s in the gym every day and he runs at least four times a week at a minimum. The gym is one of his favorite places to be. It’s basically his sanctuary. It’a good thing as he gets to make up for his eating habits. Dietary habits: He eats anything and everything. Gio likes to pretend he’s a healthy guy and he is for the most part but his weakness is food. The boy loves to eat and loves to eat any kind of food you’ll put in front of him. Accent: His accent has gotten much better since coming to Khatanga and having to speak English more than his native language. It’s still there just not very heavy to where you can’t understand him. It’s pretty clear what country he’s from when he speaks, though.  Speech style: Boy doesn’t know what formal speaking is. He’s also a fast talker especially when he’s excited about something. That would mostly be the reason he’s not understood sometimes but he doesn’t much care. And he’s a rambler, talking about anything and everything that doesn’t matter. his name is actually rohan, but he started going by roman in middle school partly as a pun by his friend patton, and partly because “there are like six other kids on our street alone named rohan. i need to stand out! out there in the real world theyll never expect me, the desi kid, to be named roman!”

his parents both immigrated to the US when they were kids and his family followed the ~American Dream~

he grew up in an asian community and rarely saw non-asians until he was in middle school 

he does dramatic retelling of ztv hindi dramas and thats where first he got into acting

he’s short and furious

his grandma always said it’s cuz he doesnt drink enough milk 

he tries to explain to her genetics so basic that even he could understand

his grandma doesn’t believe genetics. it’s the milk.

his cousins back in india rave about cricket and soccer to him

he doesn’t get the appeal of either sport, nor he understand the convoluted system of cricket

once he was old enough to realize this, he began to despise how even though the constitution says freedom of religion, public schools still make the kids do christmas activities and thanksgiving and easter activities that are mandatory. bc if it theres truly freedom of religion, then shouldnt public schools, a governmental, public organization be fully secular??

he is very upset at the christain centric & abrahamic religion centric  view of the world that the schools teach, and how they dont even talk about anything that isnt an abrahamic religion (not even in history class!)

on diwali in high school he sneaks into the administration room and takes over the school PA system to talk about diwali and hinduism and how the world isnt just abrahamic religions

even if he is a partial disgrace for his bad grades, his commitment to kathak, ztv impressions, and indian flute saved his reputation (and also those skills landed him a professional theater role fresh outta high school)

he’s also the biggest defier of the “indians are good at school especially math” stereotype because someone once asked what 2+3 is and he said 1

it wasnt his proudest moment, yet he was proud of himself for breaking down stereotypes, one dumbass moment at a time

speaking of stereotypes

whenever people are racist he just shouts at them and insults them with his Superior Confidence and also to defy stereotypes that indians are just socially awkward nerds who cant defend themselves (looking at you big bang theory)

once he was walking with a friend and they were talking in a mix of hindi and english and some jerk asses laughed at them and were like “hey curry munchers!” and then bowed in a super offensive way while saying “namaste” and pronouncing it horribly wrong

he responded by yelling back at them “we’re in america! speak english!” and that shut them up. 

he pretends that being called racist stuff doesnt hurt him, but when he’s alone he lets it show and oh boy

oh fucking boy is he sad because he hates himself and actually lets everything thats said to him get to him even though he doesnt show it and his self esteem is very fragile

he is absolutely in love with vardaan arora’s music, mostly because he is also gay and indian (and very attractive)

despite his huge resume and experience and overall amazing ability to act, he is yet to get his big break because he declines most major roles he gets because he refuses to portray racist and stereotypical depictions of indians

and also because no one is really race blind and they wont hire an indian lest it become an “indian show”

SORTA BIO THING:

[ MISCARRIAGE TW ] kyong daehyun was born in daegu, south korea on the 22nd of february 1997. they were sort of a miracle baby bc their mom went through two miscarriages before them ( she’s rh negative & the babies were rh positive n ,,, i wont explain the biology behind it, im sure yall know that ). they’re an only child. they’ve always wanted a sibling ( an older one ,,,, they always want the impossible things smfh ). so yeah, they were a bit lonely while growing up

they were a very weak child who’d fall ill quite often (their family used to call them aga/aggie/babybc of it … sorta stuck with them to this day ), so much that it affected their education. the poor bean skipped a lot of classes, so eventually their parents decided it was best for them to leave school. they were homeschooled !! altho they now have incredible work ethic bc of this, they didn’t have many friends while growing up :( they sorta didnt even get the chance to develop n test their social skills. they came in contact with their parents, nannies, parents’ business partners, etc … long story short, they were surrounded by adults. this made them VERY mature for their age, even back then.

the greatest discovery of their life was the internet. they had little interest in sports & going outside, so they’d spend their free time glued to the screen of their laptop, either watching movies, youtube videos & tv shows or getting to know strangers from across the world thanks to various websites & apps. they’d often stay up all night n ruin their sleep pattern in order to talk to their friends from other timezones. they made them so happy. so. happy.

their parents sort of made them pursuit a medical career, though, they literally have -10 interest in it. not 0. -10. they just want to make them proud, ok ?? especially since they’ve always been an incredible student n studying came easily to them. they were praised while growing up, so naturally they started thinking they were exceptional as well.

COLLEGE ! they. hate. it. hate it. like, they are fallin apart n are like “wow so what is this, i thought i was smart ?? they told me i was the most intelligent kid in the world wHY cant i do literally anything now w o w im so average yUCK”.  i mean, they still get good grades, but they ARE struggling.

Good going, Agreste, he thinks to himself. Over enthusiastic and weird. He tries not to think about it too much and goes back to physics. Physics with its constant equations and complex numbers and waves and waves and waves and waves. It gets a little easier when he’s able to connect it to something he knows. He can hear frequency in his music and beats when he tries to tune instruments. He finds his fingers itching to spread across the black and white piano keys and lose themselves in the music.

By the time Nathalie is calling him for fencing, he’s mostly forgotten about the conversation he had with the stranger across the sea. Not entirely, it’s still in the back of his mind, but he’s moved past the disappointment of likely never speaking to them again. While he’s fencing, his mind has no room for those thoughts and he throws them away. He won’t be needing them again.

When Adrien checks his phone after practice for schedule updates from Nathalie or texts about the weekend from Nino, he finds a single text in French at the bottom of his pile of notifications.

He can’t stop himself from smiling as he opens it. He’s not exactly sure what time it is in France right now, he assumes it’s fairly late and doesn’t expect a response anytime soon, but he replies quickly anyway. His reply is short and simple, but he doesn’t know what else to say, so it’ll have to be enough for now.

Maybe this is a one time thing. Maybe it isn’t. He’d like it to be the latter, but right now, he’s just winging it.
