Purrnar

Water/Steel type

The water cat pokemon. Purrnar is found in cooler climates. Although their fur is not long, it is waterproof and perfect for diving deep underwater to catch prey. Purrnar is able to use the sound of its purrs resonating off their metallic whiskers to see in inclimate weather or while deep underwater where light can not reach much like sonar. Purrnar have large paws to travel across snowy terrain and web feet to help them swim. Their claws are as strong as steel, and once caught in them, there is no escape. Females have shorter white "boots" on their back paws.

Purrnar have a unique symbiotic relationship with the pokemon Icesky. In the wild, they are often seen hunting together with Purrnar flushing prey out of smaller spaces and the faster Icesky catching them and sharing the meal. This relationship between the two species is so strong that it is not uncommon for the cubs to be raised together.

The youngest of the family Icepaw was named after Icesky and is also their little evil apprentice in training

Warrencry is the clan's local pretty girl that many want. Some (their med cat brother) say that her stripes are where she will get her scars, these 'rumors' are some that she attempts to squash as much as possible.

Quietstrike is one of the most menacing warriors in the entire forest. It's said that the red staining their fur is from the blood of a badger, or perhaps a dog, no one can get a straight answer from them, only a deranged grin

Fogface is a great medicine cat by all means but being plagued with visions at all hours of night sleep can take a toll on a cat, so mew's mostly nocturnal. Any cat who's unable to sleep can go to them and can get something to soothe restlessness or listen to stories, some of which are hauntingly familiar
