How should a perfect morning start? From a cup of coffee, from the kiss of a loved one, from the joyful laughter of children, or a puppy licks your face? Sofia Richie Bari Set @revolve @houseofharlow1960 #revolvearoundtheworld 💕 I like to wake up early in the morning, go on an empty stomach in a gym, do 15-30 minutes (depending on my mood) morning warm-up. Then drink a glass of water with aloe vera, slowly prepare breakfast and drink tea. Write "morning diary page" and enjoy the sun rays from my flor-to-ceiling windows in my apartment in Miami. If I travel I try to keep this morning routine, not the fact that it works, but I try. What is your #idealmorning ? _______________ С чего должно начинаться идеальное утро? С чашки кофе, с поцелуя любимого человека, с радостного смеха детей, или от того что щенок облизывает твоё лицо? Мне нравиться просыпаться рано утром, идти на голодный желудок в тренажёрный зал, делать 15-30 мин ( в зависимости от настроения) утреню разминку. Потом выпить стакан воды с алое вера, неторопясь готовить завтрак и попивать чай. Писать «утренние страницу дневника» и наслаждаться лучами солнца из окон в пол моей Маямской квартиры. Если я путешествую я стараюсь сохранить эту утреннюю рутину, не факт что получаеться, но я стараюсь. Какое твоё #идеальноеутро ?
