Hey everyone!😃 Today we want to introduce you #ideainyou member Serhiy Bobyk, Magento 2 developer.

We asked Serhiy a couple of questions to get to know him better:

➡️ 𝗦𝗼, 𝗹𝗲𝘁’𝘀 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘁 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗮𝗻 “𝘂𝗻𝘂𝘀𝘂𝗮𝗹” 𝗾𝘂𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 - 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗺𝗮𝗶𝗻 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀? My main task is to make Magento work for the customer's business=). Most of my tasks are both interesting and challenging, especially when it comes to algorithms development.

➡️ 𝗪𝗵𝘆 𝗱𝗶𝗱 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗱𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗱𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗷𝗼𝗶𝗻 𝘂𝘀 𝗮𝘁 𝗜𝗱𝗲𝗮𝗜𝗻𝗬𝗼𝘂? I strongly believe in the power of teamwork - and IdeaInYou hires a top-skilled and Magento certified tech team I’m happy to be a part of. This is the place where I can grow and evolve, plus have a lot of fun with a team. 

➡️ 𝗟𝗲𝘁’𝘀 𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿, 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘄𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝗮𝗳𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗳𝗶𝗿𝘀𝘁 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗱𝗮𝘆 𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲? My first day was great. Both the leadership and the team were nice and friendly; they did their best to make me feel the part of the company right from the first day. 

➡️ 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗶𝘁𝘀 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗺𝗼𝘀𝘁 𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗲𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗲𝗿𝗰𝗲 𝗱𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘀, 𝗶𝗻 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗼𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗼𝗻? The most important trait is patience when you are trying to make unworkable things work=). And if seriously, critical thinking, goal-orientedness, and proactivity are essential for tech specialists.

➡️𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗶𝘀 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗵𝗼𝗯𝗯𝘆? My hobbies are fitness and boxing - these are great activities to cope with a sedentary lifestyle and relieve stress.

For real though I want a story where the aliens are attacking and we clearly need to build the giant robots but first gotta get the UN on board and organized to divert A TON of funding without someone tying to veto it, and humanitarians get kind of mad on principal, and then the G8 has to sell these programs at home and it's hard if your country isn't being directly affected by alien invasion and there have to be international meetings and Russia and China grin at each other and the US gets upset and meanwhile international trade gets disrupted as hell and some ambassador tries to shoot spitballs at another and North Korea threatens to use their nukes but no one is clear on whom

➡️ 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗶𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗯𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗷𝗼𝗯? Managing and supporting my team is my favorite part.

Let's do it by Richard Branson helped me to understand what I want in my life. After that book, my life changed and I finally found my professional passion.
