Kind of an unhinged one tbh lol, had a lot of struggles with the initial rough sketches as I tried to figure out what I even wanted this drawing to be. One of the recurring ideas was with something relating the parazon with Requiem mods with Styanax Tonatiuh, but it just felt like too big of a stretch and I couldn't figure out the posing fast enough

loren is very bad at being a leader mind u. the hex is even more unstable here than in normal wfverse, loren is persistent but bad at communication so usually they butt heads w/ everyone else and aoi has to smooth things over

i can see arthur’s spiral being sorrow or even envy lowkey… it doesn’t feel right to have eleanor in 1999 without arthur so i can see her as another one of the tenno. he was abandoned by everyone even his own sister yk…

on that note i feel like arthur feels even more strongly that he doesn’t belong in the origin system. but!!!! since he wasn’t roped into the military basically as soon as he was born i can also see him actually having the time to do hobbies…….. i like to think he keeps the cooking/baking and drifter’s reading. maybe he picks up the shawzin too….. i can see him being bored enough to write or compose a few songs maybe (harana…………….)

since loren is valkyr i can imagine arthur being sent back to 1999 in a valkyr instead of excalibur. instead of swordfight they fistfight instead and loren bites him when he tries to use transference on them. cue MASSIVE BONER!

idk how the reactor would go. i want to keep the normal arthur ending but since u know valkyr… berserker… i wanna think they went out like way more violently. maybe getting overwhelmed fighting a horde of techrot/scaldra so that aoi and amir can handle the reactor itself? when they hear the gunshot from amir getting shot they go inside and arthur gets to watch them die to their injuries before he gets shot too ^_^ romance!

Jade Shadows Spoilers

I just finished Jade Shadows and I love it, even if it did baffle me to begin with. And it definitely had a very uncomfortable bit.

Personally, I agree. It was really short. But we've had some mainline story quests that just… are short but still really impactful (Prelude to War and the Apostasy Prologue mainly). This one, just as much as the others, was CLEARLY setting up for a continuation.

Also is Christmas Stalker gonna start slapping us now? Just *sets baby down* "wait here sweetie Daddy's got bills to pay" *DRAWS HATE* "TENNO"

Part of the disappointment I'm seeing is, I think, because people expected it to be more about Jade. But this wasn't Jade's story, not really. This was Stalker's story. If she's the light, this is a story about what follows light: shadows. And what did we learn Stalker is but the shadow to her light?

Look, I'm all for having a childless lifestyle, I am pro-choice, I will never have children because I don't want to, and I have a deep fear of pregnancy and childbirth, too. But damn if I don't respect those who can and do want that for themselves. There's sacrifice in giving that up, but there's sacrifice in having children, too.

I don't think anyone gets to claim misogyny in this case. Warframe has a TON of strong female characters—and make no mistake, JADE IS ONE OF THEM. Does Operator not say that something was killing her, and she wasn't fighting it? She wanted that baby. She wanted it so much she poured every last iota of strength she had into it. And that was her choice, not a choice that was made for her.

Jade… doesn't have any agency? Really? Idk I think there's a lot of agency in a woman choosing to be a mother and holding on long enough to see it through despite everything, just to make sure her child gets to live? She became a Warframe and held on to her love for Sorren/Stalker, and she carried her baby to term? And you don't think she had any agency? Hello? Did we play the same quest?

And sometimes, sometimes, women live and die by tragedy, and the only way their story gets told is through those that follow. DE clearly set that up for what follows, not what came before.

(And isn't that kind of how we learned about Marguilis? We, and the Lotus, and Natah, are what follows. We tell her story. Now Sirius/Orion and Stalker get to tell Jade's.)

On another note, this did not feel like a redemption to me. I see some people complaining in that respect, but fatherhood does not a redemption make. Bad people can do good things, and good people can do bad. If there's.going to be a redemption, this is only the beginning.

Perianth because years, years ago, when I was a little school kid, we learned about the build of flowers. My teacher said something like:

'Instead of saying beautiful flower, we should say beautiful perianth'.

It was rent-free in my head until now. Plants somehow always were an important part of my OCs until... I remember? So Perianth.

Nixie because I found somewhere it's a nickname for Nicol.

So I'm Perianth-Nixie right now.

Of course, Destiny 2, Warframe, and... Helluva Boss. Sometimes I like to draw Transformers Animated.

I don't have OTP canon characters ships now. I don't care about popular ships or who with who ppl shipping. Srl, do what you wanna until you start hating and bullying.

My only OTPs now are Iberis-3 x Shiro-4 (OC x cannon) and ship from roleplay Morgana-9 (mine) x ION-1 (friend's OC, probably you saw him a few times).

Warframe is now in my top tier. I still like Destiny 2, but I feel burned out, and I don't like how the stuff going last time around Bungie and the gameplay. Expect this: I play a lot of The Sims 4 cuz I like building homes. Honorable and Important mention is Cult of The Lamb.

I talk a lot to myself when I'm alone. Usually, it's self-hate talk. Also, I talk a lot to my pet.

Not really 😭 I just don't have the energy to do both a warmup sketch AND the proper drawing. If i feel a bit overwhelmed by a "big idea" wip i do sometimes open a different file with small random doodles tho, maybe draw like 5 new lines and then move on lol. Like those:

I keep making new little spotify playlists bc i NEED music for drawing, so i'll just show that. Depending on my mood and drawing (sometimes i take inspo from specific lyrics) i can listen to one song on repeat for like 2 hrs.

Newest addition is "party of your lifetime" which is a modern "oldschool" style pop boyband song from Warframe (sci-fi action looter shooter game) bc it's gonna be a theme for... an in-game boyband of infested hive-mind boss monsters. Idk how to explain Warframe even if i tried lmao

💐 Do your drawing suit your aesthetics?

Kinda yes? But my taste in art and aesthetics is pretty broad i'd say, so my art just doesn't really capture ALL of it. I can't do soft brush strokes for example, or super detailed stuff, but my art fits the simplified, strong strokes aesthetic. Also i draw ganqing the way i like, trying to give them a feeling of just normal aged adults, bc i don't rlly enjoy certain anime styles that are very prevalent in genshin fandom, naturally 😅

Maybe lively and dynamic, just less stiff. I'm better at poses than before, but there's still so much room for improvement. I wish i was bolder/better with colors in general, tho i ended up actually rlly liking my last colored piece! Also i wish i was playing around with different textures more, maybe eventually i'll manage but it's just rlly hard to get to it. All the fun textures are hidden in art programs i don't know well :(

Reference for my Rainworld oc, Lost! He's an idiot kid I made for one joke but now he lives in my brain. I think I made this reference for him last year? Idk I don't remember. I'm just now realizing that Lost snuck into my V2 characterization lmao.

Elysium art of various ages! Made between 2021-2023 I believe. This is the oc I made before I knew what Ultrakill was and everyone thought I was making an Ultrakill joke. Tbh if it wasn't for the fact that I MADE Elysium and have their early sketches I wouldn't believe they weren't an Ultrakill reference either. Speaking of which, here's some animations from when Elysium was both a quadruped and a model of robot instead of an individual. These were both made for a class in 2021.

VERY old art (2020 I think? I wasn't using my screen tablet yet) that I normally wouldn't include if it weren't for the fact my friends would explode me if I mentioned Elysium and Lost without mentioning Nerve. She was an anxiety-ridden warforged cleric who got tragically sent to the vampire realm. Whenever Nerve comes up in discussion one of my friends brings up how I made him cry with her final speech. I don't remember tf I said lmao.

Art of my His Dark Materials OC, Zurial! Art would have been made 2022 onwards. I made her WAY back in 2019 before Hazbin Hotel even had a pilot but unfortunately now she looks like a Hazbin angel and I feel weird drawing her. Which is really unfortunate because I love her dearly, she's one of my favorite OCs. She's also the only oc I have who I've made a plushie for. Why did my character design have to accidentally look like the works of famous youtube animator Vivian Medrano T-T

Here's Niphit, one of my Warframe OCs! Some of y'all might recognize her as my AO3 pfp, but her design has changed since then. The bottom reference sheet is her most recent design. She's kind of conceptually similar to Baeri/Sleet/-31 from SftBT, in terms of hacking shit and having a snout and teeth. Biggest difference is that she is a whole ass hivemind, usually pretty harmless, and also considered pretty young.

Shameless CR:K fanchild OC. Her name is Golden Parmesan Cheese Cookie (Parm or Parmesan for short) and she's also, like, an AI copy of a dead person. Or a dead person's soul trapped inside an eternal simulation? Either way she's got SO many issues. I have a massive chatfic wip from when I decided to try writeing something with her.

Okay I know technically this is a Homestuck OC but I like to say she's a Hiveswap OC. Because I played Hiveswap and loved it but never read Homestuck. Anyways her name is Vintan she's a yellowblood.

Whoa an original character! Yeah this is Corion, they come from my brain. I have a whole story concept about post-apocalyptic robot cowboys (and human cowboys) that I've done a couple doodles from but never written down. Corion serves as a sort of living taxi, guiding or carrying people across the wasteland. They are a secondary protagonist, I don't think I have art of Pike and Amelia, the actual protagonists. One funny fact about this universe is it contains a character named V1 (pronounced Vi, still written as V1) who I can no longer use for obvious reasons.

But yeah! Ramble over! Not anywere near all of them I just wanted to talk about my brain children XD
