do u ever feel like a little insane seeing yourself trying to make something from memory knowing it's something you can't really see again and don't have a picture of so it just feels very. hm. heart wrenching perhaps.

#static.soundz #if you are wondering yes. grief inspired post. im coloring a comic i made last semester about grief in regards to my dad.#so im coloring him in right now in an outfit in my mind. that is honestly bits and pieces of many of the things i know him for.#and it's just very interesting the feeling of trying to grab these colors from memory. is this the right green. the right blue.#was this actually a t shirt he wore outside the house or was it one for just at home? what color t shirt did he wear the most outside #are his shoes this gray? or were they lighter. were they darker. more warm or cool toned #it's all just fuzzy. it's just barely there. but i know it's him when i see it. i know these are all the essence of things he wore.#even if the shade is off. it's what lives in my memory when i see him.#i miss my dad.#ask to tag
