Currently watching: The Office with my wife while we drink coffee together. We don't always get to spend mornings together, but I'm grateful for this chill day today! ^-^

Last movie / tv show I watched: Overlord IV, but I'm already on the last episode. >> I also finished The Apothecary Diaries and Delicious in Dungeon in record time. Netflix is the bane of my productivity.

Spicy / savory / sweet: I'm definitely tied between savory and sweet. I like to chase one flavor with the other. :p

Relationship status: Married! Our 2-year anniversary comes up this September.

Last thing I googled: Book Cover Maker. I keep recycling my book ideas in the rock tumbler that is my brain. >> And I wanted to try designing something.

Current obsession: Hm...hard to say. I flit between them. I think I'm currently between obsessions. I'd love to obsess more about gardening, but alas, money. :/

James smoothed his beard in thought. Usually, he just didn't think about it. It was a reality that he couldn't change, so he just accepted it and refused to mull over it.

"I suppose so. Each person handles it differently though. I've met a few people that were more horrified than I was. I'm glad to be able to still use a hand. It has some upsides and some downsides. I can't grow a new hand though, so I just take it as it and try to make the best of it. I like pulling the tray straight out of the oven." He smiled. A little mischief possible only due to prosthetic and it's limited sensors.

the idle threat is undermined by the way neopolitan limps slightly alongside yang, a hand pressed up against their side as though the stitching on the wound from tyrian's blades could suddenly come undone. as the distance from ironwood's office grows, tension visibly leaves neopolitan. with bloodshot eyes, their head turns to look at yang.

'so you all got your licenses while i was gone. anything else i missed?'

resistance. hands and limbs are pulling her back, away from the threat. it jostles her out of her mantra, the glow of silver eyes fading from surprise and shock. the weight and strength around her is strong—yang.

' what are you doing?! ' she's not strong enough to fight off her sister's pure, raw strength, and her semblance only manifests in short bursts of rose petals that fall from her form rather than allowing her to manifest into them. ' i got this! we're almost DONE! '

Their team work has deteriorated with time as feelings began to interfere . most from the older side . unfocused , fearful . being aware of lose & death has it consequences . her sister actions exaggerate this mentality . hence . their life take precedence over this monster.

She’s no huntress in this moment , no aura left . just Yang on sheer adrenaline muscle bumped . Hand grip her sister by the waist . abdomen rest on one shoulder as she picked her legs away from the grimm . one thought in mind

A gasp escaped parted lips, her once relaxed posture stiffened at the sudden touch before the blonde spoke out. It wasn't ideal, but she released a breath and tried relaxing again knowing that it wasn't him. "Hey!" She snapped, wiping the cream off her face with the back of her hand. "Yeah, well...." She tried to come up with something clever and failed. hmph! She folded her arms across her tiny frame, clearly annoyed with the blondes antics.

She said turning her head to look at the blonde. "You just need to keep it from taking control." Weiss stopped her mindless fiddling, stretching out her fingers on top her dress, placing one hand on top of the other. "Besides, nothing you say is going to change how I feel about you. You're my friend. We all have our demons. They don't get to choose how we define ourselves."
