As if appearing out of nowhere ( literally ), a warm embrace from behind soon awaited the ikemen. And it came from none other than his good friend. With a wink, the womanizer couldn’t help but keep that firm hold while smiling brightly. Today was actually a special day and there’s no way that he’ll be missing out right? ❝ Ya didn’t think I forget about today, right Isogai? I mean, it’s yer day! We gotta do something to celebrate, even if it’s just us huh? ❞ First things first, it’d probably be best to let him go before accidentally choking him to death. His hand scratched the back of his neck, actually nervous on the inside about this day since it was sort of hard to get him something. Maybe he would grow tired of the same thing over and over again. Being spontaneous should help out, right? 

The present being grasped behind him was clenched tightly wondering if he should have gotten him something better. After all, his friend deserved it for working so damn hard. ❝ Well I ... uh ... happy birthday, Isogai. Here---I got ya something. And let’s just say we’re gonna head out for a good meal. My treat, course! ❞ Trying his best not to hesitate, the present was handed to Isogai as if trying to force it in his grasp. He truly had no idea how scared he was actually about giving this. What if he doesn’t like it or finds it silly? Not like his laugh really made him upset. Just ... 

Maehara didn’t really understand it himself. 

Inside the box, Isogai would find an emerald locket necklace with an interesting design on the gem. Since his friend had a liking to the color green, he figured this would be nice. But the bright smile somehow shifted into a saddened one since it wasn’t anything that might have made him happy. ❝ Sorry it ain’t much or something ya like. But I thought of you when I looked at it. And it’s pretty cool cuz you can put something special in the locket. A picture or whatever ya like. Anything that means a lot to ya, kinda like yer special girl. ❞ Of course that was just an example but he was mostly kidding around. With his usual bright smile, one of his hands extended out as if waiting for the ikemen’s reply. But mostly it was for the two to leave this place and head for their next destination.

❝ C’mon. Let’s go to the restaurant---I made reservations for the two of us. Hope yer hungry for some sushi, it’s pretty pricey but the best kind! What do ya say? ❞

“Well, for starters, I have a lot of relatives. Most of them are clean, good Mormons – like me, but there are a few…er, exceptions.” Kevin chuckles awkwardly. “They don’t come to the family reunions, though, so it’s okay. Gosh, family reunions were sure stressful with the Price family, but I think that was alright. There’s a lot of us already with just my close family, but these parties are crazy! My mom was always getting in over her head trying to prepare for that many people and I always had to help. If there’s one thing I know about big Mormon families, it’s that they sure eat a lot of food. Well, I guess I know a lot more than that about Mormon families...I know, like, everything actually.” he smiles reminiscently.”I just hope I can make them all proud.”

✧ :Mental or emotional strength

as much as leon would like to pretend hes someone whos strong, can handle anything and shrugs off all the bad comments or handles them his own way, he really is quite sensitive. things get under his skin even if he doesnt realize it, and due to so many years of that, he is very emotionally unstable under the many layers of pretend. he relies heavily on others, but at the same time will shut himself in in the matter of a second. hes a walking contradicting.
