The princes watched this exchange as it went on, and before they knew it you surprised them all by screaming nearly at the top of your lungs for them to leave, how they wronged you, how they didn't deserve to return to your life. They hadn't seen you in such a state of distress before, not even Rio knew what to do in this instance.

They were quickly escorted away as you ran off a sobbing mess, running into the chest of your suitor and legs trembling as they held you steady. Upon seeing your tears, his eyes darken with murderous intent, and a scowl is painted upon his lips as he uses his strong arm to turn your face into his chest as you sob uncontrollably. With a low growl and hands shaking with anger, he inquired;

"Who did this to you?"

He vowed to... 'take care' of this person, at any costs.

Nobody steals the smile of his beloved, and he will make that abundantly clear to any who dare try.

Ikepri Disney songs

Okay so I like finding songs of one artist or genre and finding one to dedicate to each ikepri character but I keep struggling trying to come up with ikepri characters connecting to (specifically) Disney love songs. I'm cool with leaving the love songs area but here's what I have so far if anyone wants to suggest songs or changes I'd love to hear it :3

Jin: Strangers like me from Tarzan - because I think the theme of him learning how to love and actually accept himself is kinda connected to the song. Also I just love him sm

Chevalier: Evermore from Beauty and The Beast (liveaction) as much as I hate live action, this is so good. It screams Chev. He knows Emma is always gonna come back and he doesn't know why but it makes him happy 🥺

Clavis: I won't say I'm in love from Hercules. Is it my favorite song? Yes. Is he my favorite character? Yes. But its so 'Emma being totally in love without realizing it and feeling horribly conflicted about her feelings because of her duty' coded. This is her song to him 1000%

Leon: a whole new world from Aladin. Man. Play the first chapter of his story if you don't already see it lmao. Mr. "Take my hand and I'll show you a whole new world/life" sounding ass

Yves: kiss the girl from the little mermaid. Just the sweetest boy, man. Licht, Jin, Leon, and Rio are DESPERATELY trying to make him make the first move.

Nokto: a girl worth fighting for from mulan. This is where the "not a love song" problem comes in. I do think that if you take away the actual context you can make a connection between the beginning when all the guys are talking about what they want, that's just him messing with other women, but when things get serious its him realizing he doesn't actually want any of them, and that he has feelings he doesn't truly understand for Emma. Kinda a reach but I've never been one for accuracies in things like this lmao.

Luke: I see the light from tangled. Omg. "All those days, chasing down a daydream. All those years living in a blur. All that time, never truly seeing things the way they were." HIM REALIZING THAT HE SPENT HIS WHOLE LIFE WITH NOTHING BUT REVENGE AND HATRED AND AHHH. HIM CHANGING FOR EMMA. HIS WHOLE LIFE HAS TO CHANGE AND ITS SCARY BUT FOR THE BEST

Rio: so this is love from Cinderella? I really don't know for him tbh

Keith's route triggers are now live! As always, make sure you read all of the triggers before starting his route, and have fun! Personal note: Keith's route and character are both written around his DID (dissociative identity disorder) and I've compiled some sources to help understand his disorder a little better! People with DID have been heavily stereotyped and demonized for decades because of horror movies and other media that use this disorder as a trope, so please do some research so that y'all aren't pushing ableism and stereotypes about Keith^^

For some general information, people with DID or OSDD are refer to themselves as systems; in Keith's system, there are only 2 personalities, the host (gentle Keith) and the alter (teasing Keith). Alter!Keith mainly tries to protect Host!Keith from any perceived danger, but there are times when they communicate with each other and work together. Do not be an ableist prick about Keith when his route gets released. The character may be fictional, but plenty of real people have dissociative disorders and they already struggle enough without having to deal with your outdated prejudices about their disorder. People who have DID are not violent, dangerous, or "faking it" for attention.

Ikémen Prince Content Warnings and Triggers

Thank you to @guacameowle​ for letting me borrow the format of their SLBP trigger post for this, and to @hakuoyuki​ (Satomi) who translated parts of the routes and helped me put this list together. Love you Sato 💕💕

Hey everyone! So, my last post about Ikémen Prince was pretty lighthearted and fun; this one is a bit more serious. I’ve been seeing comments from several people about how ikepri is just “Midcin 2.0” and it’s really…… not. So, I’m writing this as a sort of precautionary post for anyone who is interested in playing the game, because I don’t want anybody to be going in blind and getting triggered by any of the content.

Ikémen Prince is by far the most mature of the games, in terms of both r18 content as well as dark themes. Almost all routes in this game deal with graphic war, violence, and blood and gore, as well as having very heavy sexual themes at times. There is also a specific order to read the routes in, based on both the number of triggering themes, as well as how it best makes the game’s lore coherent as well.

The format of the routes is similar to the format for Ikémen Sengoku: the routes are a single story line up to chapter 20, where they split off into the [True love] route and the [Passionate Love] route. For now, I have only included the first three routes that come with the release of the game; as each new route gets announced, I will add them to the list^^ 

Edit: the English version of the game has changed [True Love] and [Passionate Love] to [Romantic] and [Dramatic]. In regards to this, the list has been altered accordingly.
