thinking about that post about how being in your 20s is so wild because everyone is on such different timelines and you have no choice but to accept it. really feeling it today.

#my best friend of 10 years just got engaged and im so happy for her #im also looking at myself (playing bg3 for hours after work and happily single)#then i turn to my other friends #one just moved in with her gf & are thinking of adopting a cat #the other spent a month with her partner going to raves across europe #it feels so weirddd the passage of time is unforgiving #then i also know some 35 yr olds who spent their weekends partying until dawn LIKE #so tough to not feel the pressure to go forward in life according to someone else's pace #all im learning is that comparison does no favours #🌹
