this is just a quick comment I wanna make, but forever didn't suddenly woke up one day and decided he wanted to dig a hole around his base- the hole around the base had been planned for a while, it's in the concept art richas made of the base and when he showed his base to philza he mentioned he would dig out around the base. so what I'm saying is that when you talk about this action of his you shouldn't bring up the hole itself that much, but much rather the timing and how he acted about digging the hole!

phil’s only been eating the salmon wet food (a problem bc there are three kinds in the variety pack) and the issue might actually be that she is a much more social eater than i expected, she’s fucking chowing down on a tuna blend bc (i assume) i am sitting between her and the door (where the other cat lives) (never mind that mack is still terrified of phil even though she’s been here three months)

#reset the office/phil’s room im anticipation of the job application week to come #there’s some stuff i’d like to hang up and the doors/baseboards to hit with a melamine sponge #as well as i think finally do the last round of mold remediation in this fucking main bedroom bath #and then i will have to paint over the three inches above the baseboard i ripped the paint off #also figure out something with the walk in closet which has become something of a dumping ground #these are all problems for future Kay #the main surfaces are wiped down and it is vacuumed and dusted and the litter is taken care of #and the toys are cycled out and the food and water bowls are clean #i have been doing one-sixteenth of a task every five minutes (different task each time)#but i did go food shopping and laundry is in the machine (including sheets)#HOOO boy i am having a bad brain time #phil #very little of this ended up being about Phil actually

when ppl say it's wrong to read cory/shawn as queer bc guys should be able to have close friendships without being gay

why can't it be both?

but also mainly for me i read them as queer partly bc of their obvious love but also bc of how their relationship is kinda dysfunctional. not that they have to be dysfunctional to be gay. but just their characters have so much comphet. and it is often played for laughs but cory and shawn actually do not have the ideal friendship every likes to paint it as. not that their love is less, but if you really watch every ep you see how many episodes they talk about not having other friends and actually not being allowed to have other friends. cory especially seems to be extremely jealous of shawn having other friends. and this would be seen as a normal friendship plot that we see a lot in media. except in this show it's never actually framed as bad or something to mature past but actually excepted as good and just the way cory and shawn are and how close of friends they are.

I cut out everything for my silly little Hickey doll and he's so much bigger than I originally planned... hes long...

Im gonna be making at least four of these guys (ie. my other favorite little guys) but theyre gonna hang out on the terror shelf. These are mostly for the challenge of making them but it's also nice to have a little guy, yanno?

yayy today was so productive
