#im just saying the rise designs + rise characterizations are rly good#they each felt like their own characters and not some cookie cutter like; heres the same personality in varying degrees#i love 2003 turtles and most of the other iterations of turtles and in my own kinnie canons / headcanons theyre somewhat mixed up#like certain things from 03 i attribute with my rise leo kinnie and w/e#idk i just have a huge soft spot for the rise versions and personailities#i think donnie was kind of boring in some of the older versions so for him to have this snarky little goblin energy makes me chuckle#and smile#because he still at the end of the day cares about his brothers and cares about whats going on but has#a hard time like#processing and expressing it all#personally to me he feels a lil autistic coded and it makes me (:
