If katara become Aang mom friend in the LA series giving support for dumb momatara points that have been made over the years i will be so disappointed im one of the few looking forward to the netflix series a 3-/4 year age gap should not =katara is the mom friend.. just like a 2 year age gap in the cartoon doesn't mean shes aangs mom friend. shippers have adultfy cartoon katara and have adultfy the teenager playing her i'll never forget some saying a 15 year old looks like a mom to an 11 year old from a few years back. and im just tired of this adultifying of teenage girls its gross this isn't about romance. Katara and Aangs friendship is central to the show any changes fron that and it falls apart same with aang and zuko becoming friends down the line. hopefully both friendships stay in tact
