making granblue cu a (half) dragon was a genius move tho cuz now they got an excuse to have her get tutored by scathacha. I have to wonder if she’s going to play any role at all in the inevitable future showdown with true dragon medb since they very unsubtly hinted at medb’s influence being the reason she grew her dragon traits in the first place, and while she’s a good lot sweeter than her namesake she’s also rowdy enough to jump off a tower to try wrestling a dragon out of the air. it’d be unsatisfying to have the situation resolved by a new face though so she’ll probably help but I doubt she’s the actual key to medb’s defeat. obviously granblue takes the myths as a loose guideline at most but I think it’s interesting to have naoise play a large role in fending off medb when originally it’s his death that spirals into medb invading in the first place. 

also super funny how in scattans 5* she’s so scared of what will happen to naoise now that he’s pumped full of her blood but in wind naoise fates she theorises cu-chan grew her wings and tail because a true dragon is trying to take control of lesser dragons and naoise’s situation doesn’t get mentioned at all. like don’t even worry about it lmao

granblue cuchan is cute and i like the her and she’s not any more glaringly different from her namesake than any given angel or dragon knight but making cu chulainn a little girl and ferdiad her older brother figure slash surrogate parent has got to be some kind of homophobic

we’re so close so fucking close on getting the payoff for years of irestill buildup it’s literally been 2 years since scathacha’s 5* and they first told me there is now a very real possibility of naoise turning into a monster they can’t keep leading me on forever they have to deliver eventually. irestill is an island of monsters and naoise turned it into one.
