I THINK.#they both bother me a great deal #but sometimes the writers threw characterisation outta the window for the sake of a gag #arthur would not scoff and roll his eyes at seeing merlin faint!#he would not forget about him at the dolma!#i guess you can make up your own explanations as to why he does both #like “yeah he wasn't thinking straight because he just got gwen back after almost losing her”#“he thought merlin passed out because he was drunk”#or whatever #but i don't think the writers cared #sorry!! i am a normal person #asks
