How could you use this specific time of the year to elevate your mind ? During the month of December, we have this special link with our roots, our family. Maybe you love visiting your family, maybe you hate that, maybe you don’t have a family to visit. Anyway, you could use this time to explore how your mind could find some light through this.

I personally struggled a lot with Christmas time, everything in this was awful to me. Now I try to see the joy, the love into this event… and I know that I can’t stay more than 3 days at my parent’s house, so I don’t !
A few years ago I started asking questions about my ancestors to my parents, and this is so precious !! My father showing me old pictures and telling me stories about how he remembers his own grandmother… it’s a treasure !!
