Cyberdelirium is a digital poetry collection that reflects on a nostalgic vision of the 90s internet—an era defined by hope, freedom, and personal expression. This was an internet of people, not things, where users could shape their own corners of the web with a sense of individuality and creativity. The collection explores how different web aesthetics from that time influenced our perception of digital spaces and identities.

Presented on two iMac G3s within a staged artificial environment, the interactive poems invite viewers to explore the nostalgic allure of the early web while engaging with its history. Each poem is a fragment that probes the tension between human connection, expression, and the increasing corporatization of digital spaces.

Cyberdelirium asks viewers to consider how our relationship with the internet has changed over time—what we once worshiped as a tool of freedom and expression has, in many ways, become a space of identity loss and control.

Cyberdelirium underscores that the early internet was a fragmented and multifaceted space—one where individuality flourished, even as the seeds of the current, more centralized internet were being sown. МАНИФЕСТ ИНТЕРФЕЙСА ИНТЕРФЕЙС КАК ИСКУССТВО, ИНТЕРФЕЙС КАК КУЛЬТУРА, ИНТЕРФЕЙС КАК КУЛЬТУРНЫЙ КОД — Искусство, как одна из высших форм понимания, познания всего, вселенной, существования, бытия. Основа всех моих работ об интерфейсе, это моё восхищение скриншотами фильмов и интерфейсов которые я делал сначала бессознательно а позже весьма осознанно. Дань уважения феномену новой реальности и новой культуры о коих и пойдёт речь далее. Интерфейс это форма реальности созданная на основании нашего опыта для улучшения опыта и замены опыта относительно действительности в которой мы живём и как её понимаем. Интерфейс, или форма реальности нам нужна для того, чтобы не быть дезориентированными в пространстве. Это неотъемлемая часть нашего механизма приспособления. Например цыплята которые были впервые выведены в космосе, не смогли приспособится к невесомости и они погибли. Так и для нас важна среда в которой мы существуем, но мы можем и хотим её преобразовывать. Существует среда а соответсвенно и интерфейс среды физический цифровой и возможно трансцендентный. Например интерфейсы могут быть в телевизоре, компьютере, интернете, телефоне в прицелах танков и самолетов. Но так же сама идея интерфейса иногда напоминает элементы архетиктуры или инфографику. Знаки вообще и кнопки являются главным элементом интерфейсов, хотя и не всегда они присутствуют. Я рассматриваю явление как культурное. Интерфейс безусловно важен как технический аспект, но более он интересен как предмет сам по себе. Он является частью нашего быта, не только функции искусства самого по себе без связки с его технологической функцией. Он является элементом массовой культуры так как присутствует везде и для всех, но так же является нефизической оболочкой нашей действительности, такой же как окружающая среда и семиосфера или пейзаж и обои. Screen as Memory Machine (2024)

This piece is an interface turned inside out, a feedback system where text windows become both the message and the medium. I wanted to see what happens when the act of writing, editing, and remembering meet on screen, when the workspace stops being functional and starts being performative.

It’s an attempt to materialize the sensation of digital thinking. The way we work, delete, rewrite, get lost in the tabs of our own process.

The system performs remembering. The system performs forgetting. The system is just me, opening another window.
