Last time I did a workshop with this little pocket rocket she made me feel like I’d been in an all-in bar brawl. Every muscle in my body had been worked over, and I felt a raw strength within me that doesn’t come out to play too often. Not too sure how this old vessel of a body will be feeling after three workshops with @marysia_do this weekend, but I’m excited for the challenge, and even more excited to be embarking on some further teacher training with her later this year.
