#whiskywednesday and coming in at no 4 of my top 10 #whiskies I drank in 2020 is this #glendaloughwhiskey 25 year old #irishwhiskey. Initially this #whiskey is matured in heavily charred ex #bourbon before being transferred into an #olorososherry cask, and then finally aged in a virgin oak cask. It’s got so many layers of flavor to it, a perfect sweetness and a nice bit of spice.
