Hm. I think I'm tired?
#don't you just hate it when you ignore signs from your body for long enough to the point where it mostly stops telling you things?#and then you try to listen again but it stopped telling you anything so you just have to guess?#no? just me? alright cool#tw vent#I can't figure out any other reason for headache though#had hydration#had food#is it the binder?? can wearing a binder for a long time cause headaches??? /genq#i was planning to wear it until Sunday but I'm not as sure anymore
