In Every Universe: Caught

Spooky season is the perfect time to announce a lil mini series I’m doing with my OCs where I draw them in different AUs ☺️

First up:

Rishida in this cute mermaid AU with a twist. The fisherman goes out hunting, but is caught instead…very similar to the real thing right? 🫢😉

“Which one of your OCs is the best cook?”

Without a doubt Hein is the best cook out of the W&D gang. As an Essence he was trained to be perfect in just about every field (fitting a servant).

And as Ishida says Hein is “quite the culinary artist” 😊

That being said, Ishida and Ryuji are actually decent cooks as well.

Myya & Kai-Arris should not be let near a kitchen. It’s in everyone’s best interest that they stay far, far away. 😂

Takashi shows promise and would do well enough following a recipe with some supervision. 😆

Day 4: Youth

Headcanons about Sora ~

[Sora is Ishida’s baby sister who is killed by an assassination group that was sent to kill Ishida. She is just 6 years old.]

Sora has a hard time saying Ishida’s name so she calls him “Ee-dah”

She often likes helping her brother make potions and cook dinner and will stomp and pout if he doesn’t let her.

When Ishida over uses his magic and faints Sora will get water and one of his elixirs and sit by him rubbing his head until he wakes up.

Sora has her own bed, but always comes to sleep snuggled next to Ishida.

As a baby, when Sora cried, Ishida would calm her down by waving his hand in front of her and letting magic sparkles rain down. He would also sing to her the same lullaby their mother used to sing to them.

Ishida doesn’t sleep often and when he does it’s usually at his potion desk or kitchen table. Each time he does though he always wakes up covered with a blanket.

Sora loves Ishida’s magic and often asks him to teach her magic or perform a trick.

When Sora asks where her and Ishida’s parents are, Ishida says that they died and is visibly upset, Sora never asks again.

She often asks Ishida who he is going to marry one day. She tells Ishida she hopes he marries someone who thinks he’s as beautiful as his magic and is as grumpy as he is in the morning.

Her favorite game is hide and seek.

When the assassin breaks into their home demanding to know where the caster is, without hesitation, Sora grabs the potions Ishida keeps stored and starts throwing them at the assailants and around the house. She knew they were looking for Ishida and that it was her job to protect him and the house.

Ishida calls Sora “his light” and a song that reminds me of him and Sora and his lullaby to her is:

Ishida — trust is earned slowly & even then it’s never truly gained. He’s always waiting for the moment of betrayal. He expects it.

Myya — be open minded and accepting/understanding of others.

Kai- Aris — literally anything. He’s very trusting. Too trusting.

Uma — worry more about trusting Uma than her trusting you.
