Xanrik headcanons mayhaps?

Elrik and Xanthous like to send each other letters every day whenever the other is away. They keep each letter they received from the other in a special drawer to store it safely or to read them again later (whether they're stressed/in a bad mood or just missing one another and can't visit at the moment.)

(Bonus: Elrik likes to carry Xanthous for fun sometimes, akin to how he did when they first met. He goes into the room and just picks him up because he can.)
