I will say that in any setting with kemonomimis/beastmen/ any ppl w animal characteristics, the concept of animal ear and tail accessories gets weirder. But twst went "but its cute :0" so they just like.... ignored that it could b weird. Theres city wide events were ppl wear bunny ears and tails, and a fox beastman gives fox tail accessories to ppl. Epels traditional outfit his grandma made him has bunny ears and tail too. So maybe everyone is ok with it and finds it cute idk.
