#im sobbing they fuck me up so badly you have no idea#anyway guess i did wonder what would happen if i fucked up enough to put a sprite with no terminator#I Know Now#kinda as bad as i expected i guess i would be disappointed if horrors did not manifest at any moment#i'm kinda shocked that overwriting the next sprites has only been corrupting a couple tiles#final conflict hacking#eyestrain#update: thinking now i don't think the terminator was the problem it would have found the terminator for the next sprite pretty soon#the problem might have been garbage mistyped addresses#since the beginning of the sprite is supposed to have info on how many times to run the decompression algorithm#it must have tried to unpack like. the whole rom as a sprite#or something
