 (Click for Quality!)
SO! I finally got a proper fully colored drawing of my Obey Me MC! Character info + her relationship with the bros under the cut so I don’t clog up the tags!
Character info first!
Himiko is the third oldest in a family of seven sisters and is arguably the most responsible of the bunch. You could say she’s the Lucifer of her family, but if you’d like to continue living I’d recommend against saying that.

She puts on the facade of a proper and polite lady but deep down she’s hiding a metric tonne of snark and sass, and even deeper she’s hiding a caring older sister type who would take a bullet for you.
You may be asking yourself, why is she wearing a devil horn headband? The answer? Spite. She was wearing it pre Devildom too so it has nothing to do with the boys!

Her family is *incredibly* wealthy, so while she did learn a lot of things, it’s kind of turned Himiko into a bit of a dumbass when it comes to normal everyday household things. Ask her how to understand the political history of Japan and she’ll give you a five hour lecture on the topic, but ask her to cook dinner and you’ll need to call the fire department.

Her birthday is December 25 and she’s 20 years old at the start of the game.
Himiko has… problems with emotional intimacy. She’s never really had the opportunity to really bond with anyone outside her sisters, so the idea that she could ever care deeply for someone that ISN’T family is absolutely terrifying to her. (Welp, bad news for her because she’s about to be forcibly adopted into a family of crazies)

When she first got dropped into the Devildom… Hoo boy… her entire life she had been put on a pedestal and no one other than her sisters had dared to say ANYTHING critical of her in her presence and now she’s figuratively AND literally at the bottom of the food chain… let’s just say reality hit her hard in the face.
Relationships!
Himiko thought Lucifer was the one sane person in the entire House of Lamentation. That opinion did NOT last long. After the first attempted murder and the shit he said at the retreat, Himiko and Lucifer’s opinions of each other were in the gutter. Then the London trip happened! Their opinions of each other rose! Then the first timeline’s Belphie incident happened and oh wow would you look at that, back into the gutter. Damn. FINALLY, after all the time travel shit, they both think of each other as a pain in the neck, but if anything happened to the other there’d be blood spilled. It’s tough when Himiko’s biggest flaw is her own pride and she’s actively needling the Avatar of Pride.
Mammon was Himiko’s worst nightmare made reality. This person, widely regarded as a scumbag moron was supposed to protect her??? Uh uh. No. Mammon thought that Himiko was the human embodiment of annoying. At least till the Goldie hostage situation, Himiko mainly went along with it because she wanted revenge for all the eating-related threats and name-calling. Now, Himi’s way to prideful to ever admit this buuuuuut, she was incredibly lonely during her first week. She needed a friend and she needed one FAST. Before the two needed to binge TSL, Himiko took Mammon shopping under the guise of needing him to carry her shopping bags, and ended up buying him a sick new jacket and sunglasses. You can buy affection right? Apparently. Or was it the compliments she gave him while she was making him try on the jacket? We’ll never know for sure. Listen, just because the two of them want to spend a lot of time together DOES NOT MEAN THAT THEY HAVE A CRUSH ON EACH OTHER ALRIGHT?! HAND HOLDING SHOULDN’T MAKE HIMIKO THIS NERVOUS UGH-
W E E B P O W E R U N I T E! Well, not at first. Himiko’s a closet weeb! She probably teased the crap out of Levi about how much he obsessed over his “totally stupid” anime. It was all fun and games until Levi walked in on Himiko watching Sailor Moon. “YOU LIKE ANIME?!” “N-NO!” “YOU’RE AN OTAKU TOO!” “W-WAIT! NO I’M NOT!” “WHAT’S YOUR FAVOURITE ANIME????” “…Madoka Magica.” Now the two are anime and gaming buddies! At first Levi was miffed about Himiko’s rampant hypocrisy buuuuut they both moved past it for the greater anime good.
Satan and Himiko’s joined energy is too much for Lucifer to handle. The two are constantly pestering him to let them get a cat, and they somehow found the time to collaborate on a 50 slide PowerPoint presentation on why Lucifer would suck 55% more if he didn’t let them get a cat. At first, Himiko was low-key intimidated by Satan, and he generally seemed pretty disinterested in most of the shenanigans she got up to until they made a pact. Now they’re pretty good buddies and think quite highly of each other.
Himiko: The circumstances of one’s birth is irrelevant, it’s what you do with your life that matters.
Satan: Thanks Himiko. That’s nice of you to say.
Levi (whispering to Himiko): Are you quoting Mewtwo???
Himiko (whispering): Shut up! It’s making him feel better isn’t it??
If this were a musical, Asmo definitely would sing a rendition of Popular with Himiko. Before the pact was made, Himiko *really* wanted to be Asmo’s friend but would never admit it, his sass was impeccable! Asmo thought Himiko was cute yeah, but nothing special. After the pact, total besties. It takes a true friend or a certified insane person to tell the Avatar of Lust that the shade of blue he’s going to go clubbing in isn’t doing him any favours and he should change into different shoes. The Himi/Asmo duo is to be feared by all who come across them.
For the love of all things good in the world DO NOT LET BEEL AND HIMIKO NEAR YOUR FRIDGE! At the start, Himiko found Beel’s near constant eating annoying as HELL. Like, he’s the avatar of gluttony but all that *gross* junk food must be wreaking havoc on- Holy shit junk food is amazing. After the hiding Luke incident where Himiko’s big sister instincts ™ kicked in and she got between Beel and Lucifer, Himiko had to come to terms with the fact that she may *actually* care about some of the people she had met. After all the other shenanigans, Beel is basically her thousands of years older little brother.
Belphie… hoo boy… strike one: He took advantage of Himiko’s rarely seen sweet side. Strike 2: he fuckin killed her dude! Belphie is yet to hit strike 3. I like to think there’d be a mini lesson between 16 and 17 where the two hash out their issues. After that, their relationship is probably the closest to an actual sibling relationship. They annoy and tease the everloving shit out of each other but if anyone messes with one of them the unfortunate soul will have to deal with the other AND Beel.
I might do the undatables if anyone actually cares and I’m not just talking to a brick wall lol. Thanks for making it this far and reading all my OC brainrot!

Tumblr media
Every year, you and the nct boys have a christmas party/gift exchange
However it got too expensive to get everyone gifts because there’s like 50 of them and counting lmao
So you decided to do secret santas instead and save everyone’s wallets
You draw the names a month in advance to give you time to plan and shop
“Y/N’s turn!” A smiling Jeno hands you the bucket hat full of paper slips
You reach in and grab one, excited to see who you’ll get this year
Your stomach erupts with butterflies when your eyes read over the name
Ten
Of course fate would give you the guy you had a small crush on okay it’s not small why we lying here
So fast forward a month and it’s the day of the party and you’re nERVOUS AS HECK because what if Ten doesn’t like the present? What if it makes him change his opinion of you?
So you get to the party and once you get inside, it’s quite the scene
The place is completely decked out in christmas decorations, there’s a mountain of cookies and enough food to feed the entire continent of Asia, the house smelled like cinnamon and pine.
It was quite lovely but then you turn to your left and then see that chaos
The dreamies were on the backs of the older members, people were slapping other people’s butts, some where slapping each other with antler headbands, and they were all singing to santa baby
Gotta love this crowd
You slipped your present for Ten under the tree and cleared your throat to get their attention
They all stop immediately and squish you in a group hug are you okay can you breathe?
Now that you’re here, the true festivities can begin
The younger members + Johnny all wanted to open presents right away
Taeil said no party pooper
So you all maneuvered into the dining room to eat
Doyoung had put on some christmas jazz and the mood instantly changed
The boys all were chatting with each other, but it wasn’t chaotic, it was almost soothing
The food was amazing and everyone looked so happy and seemed to be having a great time
You glanced across the table to see Ten discussing a book with Lucas
He looked so ethereal, just sitting and calmly chatting, the dim glow of the chandelier made his beautiful tan skin radiant
“Y/N chill you have a mountain of food before you, no need to eye up another meal”
You choked on your roll hearing Yuta’s comment, which made Yuta burst into fits of laughter freaking osaka twerp
It didn’t go unnoticed, your crush on Ten
Almost everyone knew about it, except Ten of course
Hanging out with them sometimes was a pain because they hinted at it way too much and you couldn’t even look at Ten without a huge blush appearing on your face
Half the times they were just stupid jokes followed by obvious winking
“Hey Y/N, how many fingers am i holding behind my back?”
“Three?”
“No, Ten!” *cue aggressive wink*
It was terrible how are you still friends?
You weren’t the only one with problems tho
Ten has to deal with the boys e v e r y d a y
He has to restrain himself whenever they made jokes about him liking you in front of you wat?
The ‘how many fingers’ one was the worst one
He felt so embarrassed when he watched your reaction to Johnny’s terrible gag
So the real question is when the boys are making a Ten jokes, who’s crush are they hinting at yours or Ten’s?
Ten glanced over at you smacking Yuta, who was laughing about something, and sighed
Hopefully he didn’t just make another joke, he didn’t want you to feel weirded out by him because of the others oh honey just wait lmao
After dinner, Ten was literally nabbed by the other boys and they crowded around him
“Dude, you need to tell her,” Jaehyun said
Ten’s face goes bright red
“I can’t!” He hisses. “Besides you all have ruined it for me with your stupid jokes”
The boys start evilly laughing
“It’s the perfect opportunity, just find some mistletoe and stand under it,” Hansol chimed in
Ten was flabbergasted, telling you he likes you is one thing, bUT KISSING YOU? Poor baby is tomato red now
Anyways you’re in the kitchen starting the cleanup process as this is all happening
Then the boys appear, all smug, and start to help clean. You wondered what they were up to, but didn’t pry
Soon, the kitchen was clean which meant it was time for presents
You all squeezed into the living room. Some members were sitting on each other’s laps, some were laying on the floor
Jisung started handing out presents, and soon the room was filled with excited shouts, giggles, and ever shrieking
Yuta was Chenle’s secret santa, and he got him a box set of dragon ball z and Chenle lost it
Hansol was your secret santa. He got you a cd of your favorite artist, some chocolate and fuzzy socks
Finally it was Ten’s turn
Your heart was beating wildly as he tore off the wrapping paper
His eyes widened when he saw the box, and when he opened it, his jaw dropped
“What did you get bro?” Mark piped up
Ten tuned the box around and showed everyone what was inside. It was a brand new pair of shoes that he had wanted. They were limited edition and they were the very last pair
“Holy crap.” Everyone looked shocked. “Who are these from?”
You nervously raised your hand, making everyone even more surprised, but probably not as surprised at Ten
“You did this?” He asked, voice trembling in disbelief. Then the most beautiful smile appeared on his face, and he gazed lovingly at you. “Thank you”
You could feel your insides melt and your skin flushed with warmth
After presents, the boys were wandering about the house. You were chilling in the living room with Haechan, Jeno and Winwin
Meanwhile, Johnny, Jaehyun, Kun, Yuta and few others were shoving Ten in your direction
He pushed them away, took a big breath and walked over to you
“Hey, can I talk to you for a sec?”
If those words didn’t scare you half to death, him taking hold of your hand gently leading you into the kitchen did
He pulled you to the side so that you two had more privacy
You were shaking like a leaf, what was he going to say?
“Y/N, I really need to say this, because if I don’t I’m going to go crazy”
Now you’re full on panicking
“I- I uh… well it’s hard to, well not really but…” Ten slipped on his words before throwing his hands up and groaning
“Y/N, just look up”
You looked at him in confusion before trailing your eyes upwards, towards where he gestured. There was some mistletoe hanging from the doorpost
Oh
When you looked back down at Ten, he moved his head forward instantly
His lips met yours and the whole world stopped
The boy you liked was kissing you
Ten was kissing you
His lips felt soft against your own, and his arms gently,y wrapped around your waist, pulling you in closer
When he pulled away, his cheeks were pink and his eyes were soft
“I like you Y/N. A lot”

All dressed up or somewhere to go: The modern choices of a Mexican quinceanera; The celebration of a girl’s 15th birthday is among the most cherished, and costly, cultural traditions in Mexico. But as with many things in this country, it’s changing quickly
MEXICO CITY – The lines were drawn, and the sides were dug in deep, the yawning gulf between their positions near unbridgeable. Gisela Quiroz imagined her daughter Karen Rodriguez in Canada, visiting waterfalls, walking city streets, chattering in newly fluent English. Karen pictured herself in a dress of blue tulle and rhinestones, presiding over 250 guests as a band played in an elegant event hall in their hometown of Veracruz.
Touring the vast, glitterencrusted hallways of the 15Fest exposition in Mexico City not long ago, the family had a conflict to resolve. Would Karen commemorate her quinceanera, her 15th birthday, with a party or an educational trip abroad?
Karen herself observed with a desultory shrug that her parents hold the veto - “they’re paying.”
But as she raked her eyes over the commercial exhibit of all things quinceanera - a welter of tiered cakes and shimmying dance troupes and flocks of live models wearing voluminous sparkling gowns - there was a certain set to Karen’s slender jaw that suggested this battle would not be so easily resolved.
The quinceanera is among Mexico’s more cherished cultural traditions, but like much else in this country, it is changing quickly. More and more girls are opting to take a trip, for example, instead of marking the milestone with a party, for which a middle-class family typically pays the equivalent of about $15,000. A whole section of the recent exhibition at the World Trade Centre was devoted to tour companies.
Rogelio Salgado, the director of Ola Tours, who spent some time trying to persuade Ms. Quiroz about the merits of a European excursion (while Karen drummed her fingers on her knees), said that when the company first opened nearly 50 years ago, it was just a handful of wealthy girls who chose Europe. Then the practice spread slowly to the middle class - but today it’s low-income families who are most keen to forgo the “presentation to society” and instead make sure their girls see the world, he said.
“In Mexico today, the poor are not so poor and the traditions are not so traditional,” Mr. Salgado drawled, keeping one practised eye on the crowd as he looked for mothers or fathers who might be susceptible to his pitch.
It runs like this: first, that a party is for just a day - just a few hours, really - whereas the effects of an educational excursion will be felt for a lifetime.
Second: “A trip is for your daughter, a party is for the all the people who are invited.” He means, not to put too fine a point on it, gossip: everyone who’s invited (and plenty of people who aren’t) will talk about what kind of food, decorations and entertainment you have at your party, and how they stack up against all the others; the only person who knows how her trip went is your daughter.
Third, money: His 27-day trip to Europe costs 8,000 (about $12,400). “For a party, you will spend 10,000 or more. For a trip, you know what you’re spending once you sign the contract. For the party, you will spend more and more and you don’t stop spending until the lights are turned off in the ballroom.”
15Fest offered parents a breathtaking array of opportunities to spend money. There were the standards, of course - food and music and gilt-spackled invitations - and also the new necessities. “You have options with photography - you can get a drone to film the whole party,” explained Margarita Leon, who was in charge of sales for 15Fest, “and you can rent a venue that comes with a social-media influencer.” Yes: For a price, an event hall will include a YouTube star or an Instagram sensation who will live-hashtag the party.
But the centrepiece of the event, of course, is the dress (or dresses - some birthday girls will change into as many as five over the evening.) The dress sales stands were the biggest in the hall (they run the designers as much as $35,000 for the weekend exhibit). One had a dozen live models; when a parent signed a contract for a dress, and put down the 30-percent deposit, all of the models gathered around the daughter and one placed a tiara on her head as they chanted in a chorus, “Princesas si existean!” - princesses do exist! Diana Ramoneda, 16, was modelling a royal-blue dress studded with rhinestones. She didn’t have a quinceanera last year, opting instead to take a short trip with her dad on her actual birthday, and bank the promise of a longer one to the Caribbean this year. She has no regrets - “a party is only for one day and a trip you remember forever,” said Ms. Ramoneda, who hopes to go to medical school and become a surgeon. But that meant she never got the dress, and so she was delighted when a photographer friend hooked her up with the modelling gig.
“It’s really not that uncomfortable,” she said, expertly shoving her giant skirt out of the way of a passerby. “Actually, the truth is that I love it.”
Ms. Ramoneda was modelling for Amaraby, one of the highest-end design houses in Mexico. Designer Amaraby Munguia presided over a huge silvery stand, wearing a harried air and dark suit decorated with a rhinestone Napoleonic broach on its breast pocket.
Amaraby (he uses just the one name), 34, saved up to do a course at the Fashion Institute of Technology in New York, with ambitions of life as an evening-wear designer.
Whipping out his phone, he showed off pictures of the clothes he makes that are closest to his heart - angular, stark evening dresses in greys and gilts and whites - the complete opposite, in short, of his quinceanera dresses. “This is the passion of girls in Mexico,” he said resignedly, “so I do what I can to make them look as good as I can.”
He draws customers of Mexican origin from the United States; that Saturday, he had one from New York - a girl who had decided her dress must be embroidered with crystals. It will cost US$2,700. “She had an even higher budget, but I refused to go higher - I thought it was a barbarity,” he said. Amaraby does his best to steer his young customers into dresses that will be flattering. “I give them advice - and they listen - they trust me, because I make them look good,” he said.
“But, look, if a girl has a dream, she will follow it and you have to make it look as good as possible. You do what you can.”
Outside the bank of fittingrooms at his stand, Samantha Gaytan, 14, was frowning at her reflection in the mirror, tugging at the corseted bodice of a peach dress with a vast tulle skirt. She took a few pictures with her phone, then wrestled her way back into the cubicle to take it off.
“I liked it, but I didn’t love it,” she said, when she emerged from the cubicle. Too pink? Too puffy? No. Too minimalist. “I want more,” she said. Her mother, Ana Valdez, nodded with understanding. An Amaraby salesperson assured her that they could make that dress for her - same colour (“it’s coral,” Samantha said firmly) but bigger skirt.
Samantha is expecting 200 people at her party, and she and her parents are in agreement about the event. “It’s also about the process behind the party,” said Ms. Valdez, who is a secretary at the American Express headquarters in the capital - about outings like their visit to the expo. “You visit lots of event venues, you see lots of dances and performances - you do a procession in convertible cars, in your dress, on La Reforma [a central boulevard in the city] and it really cements your friendships.” She’s been saving money for the party for the past six months, and her brother will help pay, Ms. Valdez said.
Now, Samantha has 10 months to plan. “You have your dreams and expectations and then you have to make it happen,” she said, the businesslike tone creeping back into her voice.
At the next stand over, Brenda Meza, 13, was gazing wistfully at a dress made of rainbow tulle. At US$1,250, it will gobble up a chunk of the budget set by her mother, Elizabeta, a bank clerk. But her aunt Guadalupe Meza was egging them on. “She’s only going to turn 15 once in her life!” she said. “Our daughter is becoming a woman!”
Brenda will wear the rainbow dress only one night, but her aunt pointed out that she still has her own, from 28 years ago, in her closet, and it makes her happy every time she looks at it.
In the Meza family, the conflict was not around whether to have the party, but what kind it should be. “A lot of my friends don’t want quinceaneras - because they don’t want their family and their friends in the same place,” said Brenda, who has blue braces and lanky limbs. She wants a Harry Potter theme, and there is a debate about music: Brenda wants English pop, her aunt said with an eye roll of her own - Justin Bieber and the like.
Brenda, protesting, attempted to explain: Parties these days aren’t about the community and society, they’re about being with your friends. Her aunt tsked. Elizabeta interrupted. “What matters is that she’s happy and has fun.”
The Quiroz-Rodriguez family, meanwhile, was touring the booths. Karen, in a jaunty headband with a bow, was developing a negotiating position - party and trip. A small, affordable party. She had spotted “a reasonable blue dress with a reasonably sized skirt.”
Her mother, however, was unpersuaded. “Three weeks in Canada would be cheaper than a party - there is no cheap party.”

"You visit lots of event venues, you see lots of dances and performances - you do a procession in convertible cars, in your dress, on La Reforma [a central boulevard in the city] and it really cements your friendships." She's been saving money for the party for the past six months, and her brother will help pay, Ms. Valdez said. Now, Samantha has 10 months to plan. "You have your dreams and expectations and then you have to make it happen," she said, the businesslike tone creeping back into her voice. "She's only going to turn 15 once in her life!" she said. "Our daughter is becoming a woman!" Brenda will wear the rainbow dress only one night, but her aunt pointed out that she still has her own, from 28 years ago, in her closet, and it makes her happy every time she looks at it. In the Meza family, the conflict was not around whether to have the party, but what kind it should be. "A lot of my friends don't want quinceaneras - because they don't want their family and their friends in the same place," said Brenda, who has blue braces and lanky limbs. She wants a Harry Potter theme, and there is a debate about music: Brenda wants English pop, her aunt said with an eye roll of her own - Justin Bieber and the like. Brenda, protesting, attempted to explain: Parties these days aren't about the community and society, they're about being with your friends. Her aunt tsked. Elizabeta interrupted. "What matters is that she's happy and has fun." The Quiroz-Rodriguez family, meanwhile, was touring the booths. Karen, in a jaunty headband with a bow, was developing a negotiating position - party and trip. A small, affordable party. She had spotted "a reasonable blue dress with a reasonably sized skirt." Her mother, however, was unpersuaded. "Three weeks in Canada would be cheaper than a party - there is no cheap party."

50 Road Trip Ideas For Kids
This summer we're carrying our 5-year-old and 3-year-old on a road trip around Donnelly, Idaho, for a family reunion (never heard of it? I had not either until I married my husband) . It's all about a 9-hour drive in our house ... our children get pretty tired after about 90 minutes in the vehicle, so I'm somewhat nervous. I asked a number of our Facebook subscribers to discuss some of the travel secrets and the reply was really amazing I needed to discuss some of the wonderful ideas with you! Our sister Kristen is really traveling across the nation now, shifting her family from Missouri to Utah. They've made the long driveway a few days before, so she's a Road Trip pro! She also gave me a few thoughts and actions to keep children occupied. These notions are for children of all ages- a few are clearly geared towards older or younger children, so select what works best for you and your travel companions. Moreover, in case you've any road trip hints, I'd really like to listen to them! Don't hesitate to talk about them in the comments below or on our Facebook webpage! 1. Print this adorable state license plate test listing and find out who will cross all of them off the quickest! 2. Purchase some of those Window Markers and allow the children go to town on the rear windows. Wipe them clean with a brush. 3. Utilize an empty DVD case to package a little pad of paper and coloured pens inside. The hard case also creates the best writing surface! 4. Offer your children glow sticks, glow bracelets, or glow bracelets when traveling at night (I discovered a lot at the dollar store). They'll love how they shine and it's similar to a personal night lighting. 5. Perform with the Lines and Dots match (you may print off it here, together with directions about the best way best to play if you do not understand). 6. To play with the Lines and Dots match in5, then you will likely need a clipboard or difficult surface for your children to write on. Bring stickers and mark and allow the children decorate their own clipboard (I discovered some clipboards in the dollar store). 7. Make these simple Pencil Pouch I-Spy bags until you depart. 8. Have a little child that's too little for an I-Spy tote? Give them a particular "I-Spy Mission" It is possible to print off it! 9. There are sites which will enable you to type in your starting destination and destination and it'll tell you all of the fun and interesting places to stop along the road! You may try google maps or mapquest.com for entertaining thoughts. 10. Proceed to the regional library and take a look at some audio books on CD. The children really like to follow along with the book and Mother does not get car sick attempting to browse to the children! A household favorite for the sister's Harry Potter. 11. Wrap a few little toys or trinkets from the Dollar Store. Wrap them older wrapping paper and allow the children choose one every few hours. It is good to use as incentive to help keep your children great in the vehicle! Our mother was able to do so when we were small and I still recall how excited I'd get about unwrapping something! 12. In the check out in the shop, buy among these candy-filled toys. They're kind of pricey (I never allow my children buy them), however for extended trips, they're wonderful! We've purchased a candy-filled camera and if you push a button, then a tiny candy pops out. We also have purchased a digital sucker spinner plus a battery-operated enthusiast that has been full of candy. These toys amused the children for 40 minutes! Certainly worth the two or dollar to purchase them! 13. Here's a fun website with a Lot of printable Mad Libs for Kids. Occasionally we do so as a family and my children really like to decide on the craziest words that they can consider. 14. Create a Stained Glass Window Picture. 15. Gather a Craft Kit until you leave and allow your kids' imaginations go wild as you push. 16. Purchase a cheap cookie sheet and make this Magnet Board about the Go! My children like to play with magnets. 17. Using the exact same cookie sheet, you may use it like a difficult coating for coloring (the advantages maintain the crayons from rolling out), enjoying Matchbox cars, Legos, or storing other tiny things from falling onto the ground. It is like their private play surface. 18. Buy some cheap magnetic letters and figures in the dollar shop and allow the children spell words onto the cookie sheet. Additionally attach pom-poms to magnets to get much more entertaining magnet toys. 19. Bring a few pipe cleaner and then allow them to use it to flex it, make contours with it, mold stick folks with it, create jewelry, etc. 20. Pack some tiny snack bags with Froot Loops cereal and allow the kids rope it to the pipe cleaner (it is simpler than dye). Doubles as a snack! 21. Make this Homemade Gak until you depart. It truly takes just two minutes to throw together, does not leave a mess behind, also provides a lot of entertainment! 22. Print this off Traveling Scavenger Hunt-- this really is one for preschoolers and one for older children. 23. Create some enjoyable record folder games and place them together in a binder for easy journey. 24. Locate some toy catalogs or magazines. My children LOVED searching through all of the advertisements at Christmas time filled with toys. This is an enjoyable you can subscribe to free of charge. 25. Buy some Fruit By The Foot bites. I understand they aren't wholesome, but my children love they're so long and it takes them forever to consume it. Additionally, it is a special treat they understand they simply get for particular occasions. 26. Print these off adorable paper dolls until you depart. If you wanted to, then you can attach them into magnetic sheets and then use them in your own cookie sheet. 27. Buy a fresh coloring book and crayons. Oh, the energy of a brand new coloring book! 28. Bring a roster of aluminum foil and allow the children make animals, individuals, shapes, etc.. Just do not let them pack it into chunks and begin a projecting fight. 29. Create a trip laptop. Give every kid a new laptop and allow them to draw pictures, add decals, take notes, tape or other paraphernalia out of your journey. Insert pictures you took out of the camera at the conclusion of your trip for a fun keepsake. 30. Perform Road Trip Bingo. Have small prizes for the winners. 31. Create your own Dry Erase Board working with a cookie sheet bring along a few dry erase markers and a rag to use as an eraser. 32. Employing the Pandora App, hear some child or family-friendly channel with songs your entire family will enjoy. We adore the Disney station. Or find some interesting kid-friendly CD's you will all appreciate. 33. Play the match 20 Questions for a family. 34. Create your own binder of action pages. Fill in a 3-ring binder with clear plastic sleeves. From the sleeves, place papers that are blank, and some basic games (hangman, tic-tac-toe, word searches, locate the hidden images, and connect-the-dots). Utilize a 3-ring pencil bag to maintain the dry erase markers and a rag to use as an eraser. The children can doodle and perform for hours, then wipe the sleeves clean. 35. Another special treat my children like are Ring Pops. They last forever and the children love wearing them in their palms. 36. Perform Automobile Color Bingo-- this bingo game is very good for all ages! 37. Leave your home until the sun comes up (we wish to pull out at 5 am). My children usually sleep until I'm, therefore I'm hoping that we'll have at least a fantastic hour or two of driving until they wake up. 38. Give each child an cheap disposable camera (or even perhaps a kid-safe or older digital camera, even if you own one) and then allow them to record the vacation and road trip. 39. Buy some decal books or action books in the dollar shop. My children are obsessed with decals- they adore sticking them in their entire body. Give them a few new decals and let them go mad! They might also wish to place the decals on a laptop or onto paper. 40. Create some paper bag puppets place on a puppet show. This website includes a slew of ideas for paper bag puppets. 41. Create your own Hedbanz match. We play this game in a great deal of family parties and it will be a fun game for all ages to perform in the vehicle. You essentially draw a card and without looking at it, place it in your "headband" (we've made headbands from posterboard and tape the card onto the front). You must then ask other players queries regarding what's in your card (and they could simply give yes or no answers) and attempt to figure what it is before time runs out. It is sort of a fun spin on 20 questions. 42. Perform Can You Rather. Below are some humorous adult-based queries and below are a few funny questions for children. After requesting my daughter a few of those questions, she likes to formulate her own inquiries and gets the giggles so bad that we must quit playing. 43. Create a Cootie Catcher! This one includes fortunes and this one is blank so that you may create your own. 44. Create Road Trip Behavior Clips. I adore the concept of rewarding good behaviour! 45. Check out these Travel Tickets and Benefit Tickets! Give each kid enough tickets in a little baggie (one ticket for each half hour of driving). Collect a journey ticket each 30 minutes and if the tickets are all gone, you've arrived! In addition, I love the concept of this Reward Tickets and trading them for novels, playtime about the iPad, a brand new toy, a bite, etc.. 46. This is an enjoyable game for mom and dad to play with in the front seat while the youngsters are active at the back ... it is a Road Trip Questionnaire. Off it and get to know each other better than you ever thought you did! You might also ask your children these queries. 47. Perform this Road Trip Scavenger Hunt! This is only one of the most creative ideas I've observed. A few of the things that you search for are comical! 48. Offer your kid a fresh bunch of mark and allow them to go to town on coloring this Intricate Coloring Page. I'd have loved something like that when I was small! 49. Perform Alphabet-athon and find out who will find the maximum points. I've not ever heard of the game (it is sort of like Scattegories), however I understand that we'll be enjoying it (at least me and my spouse will!) . 50. Create a Traveling Heal box to maintain the snacking and mess to a minimum. Hopefully my children won't eat all their meals with the very first hour! Ha ha! Well, here's hoping your road trip (and mine!)) Is a success! Happy Traveling!

Wanting The King's Possessions, Who Died In Luxor City
the world’s richest necropolis, which is located only with the teb site of the Nile River, Luxor, Ancient Egypt at the same time in the capital. If you dig other pieces that they encountered in the city where the land fruitful, throughout history, hidden in the belongings of the dead, and found asked.
to see the history of Ancient Egypt, the Pharaohs made on behalf of the temples and wander around to have a king for a queen located in the underground tombs to see Luxor, Egypt is a sine qua non of the route.
theft of life after death after death
in our culture is meant to have a certain amount to people that there is a pattern in the nature of valve said: “the money you’ll take to the grave?”. The answer to this question no one can say “yes”, a single community, except for the ancient Egyptians.
actually, not exactly like this story. All humanity, the behavior and beliefs of people of the culture, of course, made his mark in the history of Ancient Egypt. There is life after death and the burial of the dead along with mindset for the goods, arguably the richest of a time at the Luxor and “underground resources” are made with city. This city at that time almost buried valuables after the belongings of the dead… every King and Queen wanted to…
before Christ to the west of the city, the place where the desert begins, which is relatively mountainous made under the place of the graves, the graves found in gold, jewelry, headbands and various things it wasn’t too difficult to explore. Discover as theft increased, and increases as the precious lost history of Egypt. The belongings of the dead from the Luxor this time, wishing to became thieves.
  Region TEB
TEB Region, visit graves of the Egyptian Pharaohs and their ancient home to the temple that was built on behalf of the world’s richest sites. The area to explore on foot quite hard. Distance between you have a lot of historical artifacts. Therefore I suggest you take them on a tour.
the Kings get here
if you have an Egyptian King himself unique among the detective Nero, so I will say in advance that will be buried in the valley of Kings. Limestone hills and secluded location for that period, selected as a burial complex, this valley is rich in the aftermath of that would make thieves, of course, was unknown. That is the only point which we have not discovered this artifact smugglers # Luxor Tomb and I can’t think of treating others you plan.
Mazar separate, you have to buy a separate ticket for visiting the other graves that I would like to state. The student of all the museums on the card, half-priced let me remind you that.
  the Queens get here
there is also the valley of the Kings valley of the Queens or not? Of course there are. Many can be found the grave of the wife of the Pharaoh and his child where this neat area primarily draws attention to the motifs on the external façade. Scattered valley of the Kings is quite simple to navigate compared to this structure, which is within the “most beautiful tomb in Egypt’s history known as” II. Rameses ‘ ex-wife, houses the tomb of Queen Nefertari.
to overthrow the kingdom
one of the facts that surprised me during my trip to Egypt I learned at the temple of Hatshepsut. The first Queen of Ancient Egypt, Hatshepsut, throughout his life “the king” as he wanted to be known she was a woman. Moving for it like a man, beard and dressed extends this “young man” our sister, what you want success over the years and today, as King took his place in history. The male statue, we can think of the statues in the temple. The symbol of life and stability, the ankh, in the chapel of Hathor columns in the Temple you can see and EIA.
Hello, we are too big and the statue
The largest temple in Egypt (currently destroy this temple) at the main entrance 2 18-metre two colossal sitting statues, according to belief, were the Guardians of the temple. Eyes and face Non-of these sculptures in the north (left when looking from the front) The remaining statue Sunrise “sing” on”, it is believed.”
Luxor
established near the Nile in Luxor, the heat in my mind, date, and brought to you by the dusty air of the desert took place. There is limited number of your topic in the city center. The temple of Karnak and Luxor Temple, as well as if you have time, you can go to the mummification museum by keeping your expectations low. In the evening of the cornice to be made to feel the atmosphere of the city on the street wouldn’t be too bad of a walk.
the temple under sand and silt
so I haven’t been to the temple of Luxor, which is an open air museum. Spread over an area wide and long, the temple, on the front of II. Rameses, built by the first monumental gate is gaining importance. The most interesting information about the temple of sand and silt of the area in 1881 under a pile of it stays and then re-discovered. The Sphinx at Karnak Temple in Luxor from the temple I think I follow, you can go to the most important monuments in the city. Alone, it is worth noting that this road were very sketchy. Walk through the village I passed with insane courage. If you want a taxi.
the temple of Karnak the temple
Karnak by Pharaoh throughout history many additions and changes have been made, 19. dynasty (the genealogy of the Pharaohs numbered) in the period of 80 thousand workers bread and butter. Egypt’s most well-known one of the Pharaohs II. Hipostil made by Rameses the Great in the entrance hall, the statue of one of the girls is quite remarkable. The sacred lake in the temple of the priests of the rites first, it was a clean building. Karnak Temple is the most attractive and glamorous to the point, no doubt, Great Hipostil Hall. Almost 134 gigantic columns extending from the ground to the sky that contains this unique Hall able to shake off the shock of stopping by If I’m sure.
  accommodation and food and drink
I can recommend the Bob Marley House Hostel for accommodation. In total for 3 nights 30 – $ 40 A figure paid. This price include breakfast. Thebes organized a tour to approximately 50 Egyptian pounds. A pretty good price. Alone some rooms have air-conditioning, without bear in mind that. The internet was a problem. The staff and especially the owner is a good man.
I have two different suggestions about cooking. In The First Table. Kosari, you can eat at the table. Service and ambiance is nice. Kosari is about 6 TL. The other Jewel of the Nile. I need to say that this is a more European Environment. Corn is usually because it is close to the Turkish cuisine, the choice is yours. You may prefer to Bar The King’s head pub. When I went I didn’t go because there was nobody else in there.
