#because like i said#it’s all of the fierce protectiveness and desperation of motherhood but none of the power to change or fix anything#and like!#sorry but i am NOT a mental health professional!!!!#i have no idea what to do or say when he talks about his psychosis!#and im so terrified that i’m doing everything wrong#anyways i dont know what to do and i so badly wish it wasn’t this way#truly i cannot love him out of Situations that are kinda of his own making#like truly none of this would have happened if he had just put his foot down earlier but like#something i have learned recently#maybe the hardest lesson of them all#is that No One on this earth can take your advice until they are truly ready to hear it#even if you’re begging them to understand#that you were in their EXACT shoes not long ago and you don’t want them to end up like you#doesnt fucking matter#they’ll listen when they have the capacity to#and you dont get to decide when that switch flips#it’s not up to you#anyways i’m a wreck ive been crying too lol but moreso out of anger#how DARE life treat him this way#i cannot fucking believe how carelessly and selfishly my parents are ruling his life#it’s so sickening and disgusting to watch#and heartbreaking to watch him finally understand it
