weird trend that i think(?) i'm noticing with younger users, but like. uh. is the younger crowd seriously starting to consider "crossdressing/crossdresser" offensive terminology?? it's not something i've seen happen often, but like. it's enough to make me squint in confusion
bc it's like, y'all. do understand what crossdressing is, right? dressing in a way that goes against what your expected/usual gender presentation typically is? so, just. hypothetically speaking, random example: it's not a word that only means "a man in a dress," that's just the most common assumption when you hear that word
it can be used offensively by fuck-ass bigots to invalidate trans people, but like??? so can literally any other gnc-esque term??? aside from that specific transphobic and/or homophobic context it is a completely neutral word that describes a literal thing some people do??? some of y'all need to start actually researching queer topics and maybe go outside a little more often, i fear

(aka poster series?) and the other one is by engaging in Ideas (generally posts. or memes/incorrect quotes/etc.)#had a really really interesting convo with a friend irl about fanart and fandoms. they were really active for genshin and stuff and so the#experiences between large and small fandoms were fascinating to compare.. i think i prefer the .. intimacy(?) of just doing what i obsess#over instead of looking for the statistics and clout and notes now. the art i make feels more meaningful and intentional that way.

Just got slightly turned on by the way one of my lecturers folded his sweater I'm so cooked
#He folded it so mathematically... it was done in the blink of an eye too. He first made it into a triangle then a rectangle#He did it so quickly that I'm inclined to believe he folds all of his tops like that at home#I wonder if he re-folds things because the triangle or square wasn't perfect enough...#He did it so fast I was amazed.
