Bueno sí, muy probablemente tiene razón, que me sienta mal porque él tiene amigos y yo no, porque él tiene cosas con que entretenerse y yo no.

Muchos pensamientos han transitado por mi cabeza. ( ). No me los repetiré pues no soy ni quiero ser eso, no lo merezco.

Me quedo con la conclusión final y es que: siempre he creído que soy muy independiente, que no necesito de nadie, que sola estoy bien, y puede que sea cierto. Pero debo recordar cómo soy cuando estoy con alguien, cómo me desvivo por la otra persona, cómo ya no pienso en mí sino en los dos, cómo me marchito si no siento su atención. Y entender que eso es dependencia.

Acción a tomar? Pensar en mí, en mí y en mí. Si te encuentro un tiempo, te lo doy, si no, será luego. Quiero amigos? Los buscaré y fortaleceré los lazos. Quiero ocuparme? Buscaré algo que me haga sentir bien y me haga crecer.

Me voy a levantar, me voy a levantar por mí misma. Y voy a estar bien. Y me voy a amar. Y voy a ser tan poderosa como siempre he sido.

It might look like my form and technique is very poor. However I have to work round a disability that I was born with in both of my arms. I’m unable to touch my shoulders with either of my hands. This obviously gets in the way of many different types of exercises and I have learnt to improvise. I think improvisation is the alternative to giving up. It’s all about finding ways that work for you. There’s no point you looking at someone else doing an exercise you would like to do and you say to yourself I can’t do it. If I can’t do is in your vocabulary take it out replace it with “I can do”. Being positive can create miracles therefore can-do but always overcome can’t do. Recuerdas esa escena en que Cassie le explica a Sid cómo hace para fingir que ha comido frente a su familia cuando en realidad no llega a ingerir nada? Manipular los cubiertos, cortar algunos alimentos, mezclarlos, hablar mucho, hablar todo el tiempo, halagar la comida, tomar un poco del plato de otro y ponerlo en el suyo, repetir y finalmente decir que ha sido suficiente.

Sabes yo siento que puedo hacer eso, que lo hago, pero con el trabajo. Me siento desde temprano, pero estoy cansada, duermo otro poco o me recuesto, vuelvo al escritorio, pero aún no empiezo porque bueno es la mañana, luego aún no porque hay que almorzar, después de almuerzo sí, luego no porque necesito un descanso y ahí empiezo, descanso, me levanto, preparo el espacio de trabajo, pero ahora me ha dado hambre, como algo, me siento, pero debería bañarme, me baño, me alisto y me siento, pero ya es tarde mejor esperar la noche que es más productiva, cae la noche, encuentro algún obstáculo para realizar el trabajo, reviso el celular entre tantos, es hora de cenar, veo algo sólo por un rato, miro nuevamente el trabajo, pienso en el obstáculo, no me siento motivada, no estoy realmente haciendo nada, entonces veo algo que me haga reir un rato, me pongo seria, miro el trabajo, ya es de madrugada, se ha hecho demasiado tarde, pienso que debería trasnochar trabajando duro, pero pienso que mejor no me agoto o al dia siguiente tendré que dormir mucho y sentiré cansancio, me acuesto a dormir. Y repito.

¿Qué hice? Nada. ¿Estuve realmente sentada en el escritorio todo el día? Claro que sí, no hay duda alguna de ello. Pero entonces ¿Qué hice? Nada realmente.
