Dear Charlie,
Nov 9 2020, 11:26pm
Charlie, I’ve missed you. it’s been a while and I really do apologize for that.
Things are changing Charlie.
I can’t really tell if it’s for the better or the worse but things are looking up so I think it’s for the better.
It’s currently November 9th 2020. A few years back I thought I would be sitting in England by now. I’d be with R and I’d be studying and have finished my A levels.
However that didn’t happen, instead, I’m still stuck at home. I’m still busy with school cuz I failed a year and now I’m considering not even leaving where I am. To be completely honest, feels like I’ve gone through 3 personality changes as a whole, within this year and everything has completely changed yknow?
I don’t want to go Charlie.
it feels like things have finally settled in. I met a group of friends that have become dear to me. I’m dating someone. I’m struggling with school but exams are over now so that’s good right?
to be honest, I don’t really know where I’m going with this letter, I don’t know how to word all the things I wanna tell you all at once but I miss talking to you so this is gonna be one hell of a long catching up letter.
firstly, between the times of now and a few of my last letters, I’m glad to say that I’m not exactly addicted to xanax anymore. I’ve cut it out completely and I’m really proud of myself for that.
while I still smoke weed on a regular basis, I think that dropping my other drug habits did me good.
ive become more open and honest with my friends and I’ve changed alot.
second, I’m thinking abt cutting my ex off.
I never really mentioned an initial or a name for her when I spoke about her before, she was more known my “girlfriend” but, for the sake of simplicity, I will use a name. I’m going to cut off my ex, Caitlin. While I know it sounds quite direct and strange, I just honestly can’t stand being around her. she treated me so badly in our relationship and I honestly feel like she doesn’t even deserve to be around current me.
I’m doing so much better and fuck her for even trying to mess with that.
thirdly, I’m in a relationship that I’m genuinely happy to be in right now. I’m gonna refer to them as ghost. Ghost and I have been together already for a month and a bit and I can’t explain how much better I feel in this relationship. They treat me so gently and so well Charlie, it’s not something I’m used to. They’d do anything for me and honestly? I’d do anything for them.
to continue on this point, they’ve got the softest lips to kiss Charlie, they’re so soft and whenever we kiss, they run their fingers through my hair and tug it gently. everytime they do this, my heartbeat goes crazy.
fourthly, I’ve lost weight Charlie. I’ve currently lost 16kgs which is about 35 pounds if I calculated that correctly. I guess I can’t really say that I lost weight healthily, considering my eating disorder took a turn for the worse during lockdown. But I feel more comfortable at the weight I am right now. I’m going to continue losing weight til I’m happy but for now I’m genuinely so happy. I feel comfortable in clothes, I feel like I can wear cool things and be okay and I feel like I’m not doomed to wear the same hoodie and ugly cargo pants every single day because I’m too fat to wear anything else.
fifthly, I’ve become more comfortable and able to express myself through fashion and, it’s fucking amazing. I dress up more and the more weird looks I get from old white woman, the more I motivate myself to dress even more crazy.
And finally, I’m with a friend groups and surrounded by people I’m happy with. I’ve got Ed, JB, cassie, LD, fairy, KI, DN, TR, AVR and a bunch more. It’s a big friend group but I’m genuinely more comfy surrounded by these people than anyone else. I feel safe and happy and warm.
I feel safe.
that’s good right?
I think it’s good. I think it’s fucking great actually and hope things just continue looking up from here
love,
GB
p.s. go listen to kids by current joys. it’s currently my favorite song

And in the fourth volume of the critically acclaimed comic series, these “plans” are plentiful, horrifying, and only half as terrible as usual! From taking over a local restaurant to proving to Dib that he’s the master of fear, ZIM will rule the world, one way or another! Or not at all. Or only on Tuesdays? COLLECTS INVADER ZIM ISSUES 16-20!

JEFF STEINBERG: CHAMPION OF EARTH
JOSHUA HALE FIALKOV (W) • TONY FLEECS (W/A/CA) • LUIGI ANDERSON (C/CA)
Have you ever wondered what could have been if Kevin Smith directed Men in Black? Us either because that’s kind of a dumb thing to wonder. Besides, why obsess about “What ifs?” when you could be reading the defining sci-fi-rom-com-dram-actioner of our time! From the writer of The Bunker and the artist of My Little Pony—wait, really? Okay, I guess we’ll go with it—comes an alien invasion the likes of which have never before been seen by human eyes.
The space invaders are real. They’re here. They’re mean. And they’re standing in judgement over the citizens of Earth. The human race’s final exam. They’ve chosen a single champion to test and, unfortunately for us, it’s none other than Jeff Steinberg. Romantically challenged idiot, video store clerk, constipated, confused, distractible. In other words, the planet is totally doomed.
