hello! for lackadaisy and the lovers, i saw their job posts on social media (twitter/insta) and reached out to their emails with my reel! as for advice, honestly i don't really know haha i'm pretty new at this too, but don't lose faith if you don't get replies from job apps (it's really common, it's not you, job searching just sucks), and know your worth/set fair rates for yourself! feel free to message me if you have any other questions :D
