I've seen a lot of Sam ads, I don't know how he stopped lower than all the ones before this one. But you have to remember its Sam. And also its been a while Erin!! Happy Thursday!!!!
Hi again!!!! Happy Thursday to you!
I actually really want to rank all the Sam ads from my favorite to least favorite and this one (and the one from c1 with the Snicker's bar and the coke) would be tied for last place. Below last place. How do I create something worse than last place for that ad.

It's Thursday Erin, I'm scared.
I'm here to provide balance, because I'm excited!

Fjord took Jester's hand because he thought they could die.
If they're going to die, it's going to be holding hands, and that's adorable.

Oh shit, these shitheads are playing without a cleric.
They've got a druid and a bard though! I'm sure they'll do well in spite of no cleric.
Edit: and as a couple people have pointed out, a Divine Soul Sorcerer.

A wizard's hubris is their greatest enemy.

Erin, who was the hardest non LI character to say goodbye to in ME 3?
This is a hard question!!! I can't say everyone, right? Because that's not the question.
I mean. Okay.
After a lot of thinking, I might have to say Legion? Legion going from "We would be alive and we could help you" to "I must go to them. I'm sorry." 😭😭😭😭😭 I just love Legion so much.
But then obviously there are Mordin and Thane and like how can I not say either of them because again. Heartbreak. Sobbing. Etc.
But if we're talking end of game goodbyes instead of storyline progress, I think EDI. Or maybe Jack. Or Miranda. It's about being able to see your impact on the characters and the growth and learning and I just... man.
THEY'RE ALL SO DIFFICULT.

Is it just me Erin, or do you get emotional when you see Mighty Nein fanart and watch old CR 2 episodes? Because I totally thought I moved on, but it still makes me so sad to know that we won't get to see Jester or Cad in campaign form anymore.
I get super emotional over M9 stuff all the time. I was sitting around in public the other day and I saw this really great piece of Fjord art and I said "awwwwww" so loud that I had 4 teenagers look up at me and beg for an explanation and I had to explain to them once again that I am a giant nerd lol. But this happens to me on a regular basis. I get it.
And I know it's not campaign form, but the chance that we'll get some Mighty Nein mini campaigns is super exciting. I'm not expecting anything until there's more emotional distance from the campaign (for the players) but I'm still prematurely excited.

Erin do you get the fear that Fjord is the most prepared to die and sacrifice himself for the party? When he first kissed Jester he said that he wasn't as optimistic about their chances to win, but now he's assuring a worried Jester that they'll make it back. I think Fjord will do anything to make sure Jester survives this, but he looks at himself as sacrificial.
Oh yeah, I mean, that’s a typical Fjord attitude to have though. He’s been like this for a long time haha. He’s very into the whole teleporting himself into danger to save his friends thing. It didn’t really feel like he was going after that any harder the last episode. If anything, him trying to reassure Jester seemed like... so, he’s seeing most of his other friends say goodbye to their families, assume that they’re not going to make it back alive. Fjord has always seemed (to me) like the friend who panics until he sees everyone else panicking around him and that calms him down, because someone has to be chill about all this. And so, watching his friends “panic” for lack of a better word, he’s doubling down in the opposite direction. It’s one of the things that makes him a good leader (I don’t mean of the Nein necessarily, I mean in general, like probably on Vandran’s ship). Keeping it together in the face of danger. And he’ll continue keeping it together for the sake of his friends.

That might have been my favorite CR episode ending ever Erin. That was mental.
IT WAS SO GOOD! I'm going to be thinking about that for ages. Matt really outdid himself.

Did you notice Matt's refusal to elaborate on Sabian basically means we are getting a Fjord/Darktow one shot at some point?
Oh gosh I HOPE

Erin could you tell me the moments in CR history you cried at? For me personally was it was Scanlan leaving, Vex and Vax's talk after the attack on Emon, Molly's funeral, Keyleth reuniting with her mom, and last episode when Yasha was describing her meeting Molly for the first time.
Ooh this is a fun ask! I cry over everything... so I’ll try to limit this to the ones that were like really crying instead of just getting teary-eyed. (P.S. I cried writing this list. Multiple times lol. Vox Machina gives me lots of emotions, okay?)
Campaign 1:
Vox Machina Spoilers
when Vex died and it was the first death we’d seen in the campaign. This was actually the first thing I cried over when I was watching the show for the first time and I thought I was safe, but this hit and NOPE. I was a sobbing mess.
Craven Edge sucks out Grog’s soul and everyone panics and Pike’s freaking out and Scanlan is saying please over and over again. “I love him as much as you do.”
Vex and Vax talking to their dad again. (For personal reasons, their whole thing with him has always hit hard for me.)
Saundor talking to Vex
when they find Tiberius. It’s more reactive crying for me, but they’re all so upset and it makes me upset.
The HDYWTDT on Ripley
Percy’s resurrection ritual. Also Kerrek’s letter to Keyleth.
Grog yelling “Fix him.” when he sees Scanlan’s died during the Raishan fight and I’m actually crying right now just thinking about it lol
just the whole Scanlan resurrection ritual
Scanlan leaving
Vax’s resurrection ritual after the kraken fight
Keyleth being named the Voice of the Tempest
Tary talks to his dad
Scanlan comes back
Vax is Disintegrated while Vex is unconscious and she doesn’t know what happened to her brother while everyone is frantically trying to gather up his ashes and his armor before they get the fuck away from Vecna and Delilah and the Death Knight
That conversation between Vax and the Raven Queen when he makes a deal to come back long enough to defeat Vecna
Scanlan getting Ioun’s blessing
Pike getting Sarenrae’s blessing
Vex getting Pelor’s blessing
Scanlan using his 9th level spell to Counterspell and then Sam losing it at the table for five minutes and crying. “That was gonna save Vax.” And then Liam is crying and he and Marisha are holding hands and Laura’s staring over at Sam and Joe Manganiello has no idea what’s going on lol
The HDYWTDT on Vecna
Vax fading into snowdrops
When Scanlan uses his LAST WISH to bring Vax to Vex’s wedding for a few minutes and Vax gets to talk to Vex and Keyleth.
Campaign 2:
I’ve cried a lot less during this campaign, which is super weird, but I think a lot of that has to do with it being still being actively live. Campaign one’s list is in episode order and this one is not.
Molly’s death
When Jester asks “Where’s Molly?”
When they visit Molly’s grave and even though Ashley’s not there, the way Matt plays that and then Yasha walks off? Pain.
Beau talking to her parents
Jester talking to the Gentleman when he finally admits that he’s her father
“The creature is not willing” and Ashley’s face at that line.
Fjord throwing his sword into the lava
Melora accepting Fjord as her paladin
Beau and Jester freaking out when Fjord dies
The dream where Yasha breaks the chains
EDIT: I somehow forgot that I had a mini cry breakdown when they finally got to Essek again in Aeor. The relief and feeling of finally being safe for a minute??
The moral of this list is that it does not take much to make me cry. Because I only listed the times actual tears were falling, not just the times that I got misty-eyed, which happens at least every other episode.

Fjord is gonna be such a great son-in-law. if the Tomb Takers don't butcher them. I still don't they they can beat Lucien, that cone is too fucking OP. Forgive my fear, sorry.
Lol I still think they’re going to be fine against the Tomb Takers. Essek’s got some sick spells. The cone isn’t actually that OP. It’s the same basic tactic as fighting a Beholder, really. They just need to make sure to stay spread out! The last time they went up on the TT, they were all pretty tapped and the TT were not. If they go in fairly well-stocked, they’ll be good.

Erin quick question, am I the only one that looks back on Fjord and Jester's first kiss as a sadder moment then we thought? I mean it was lightened up by the kiss itself and the jubilation from the Fjorester fandom, but it had some really sad beats to it. Jester just lost 5 years of her life, and it sent a man who wanted to be patient into desperation because he finally realized that he uphold his promise to Marion like he thought he could.
Oh not at all. It was incredibly heartbreaking leading into the kiss. I actually really like to watch Fjord reconcile with his constant need to protect people against the fact that he cannot, in fact, do anything more than be there. And Jester was clearly upset by what took place at the statues for multiple reasons. Both of them being forced to acknowledge their mortality and realizing that waiting for everything to be perfect might mean that you’ll miss out on something entirely. The kiss did lighten the mood, but overall, it was a very heavy moment.
