This is sufficiently epic that I hardly know where to start. The tl:dr version at its briefest:

Plagiarists at a supposedly London-based institute steal a well-known medieval scholar’s blog posts and images and take credit for them. Scholar discovers this and proceeds to call them out. Plagiarists double down and deny, issuing legal threats and telling the scholar his blog has no value, ha ha. Scholar continues to produce increasingly detailed receipts. Others join in the hunt and find (among more plagiarized docs and images from other sites) that the institute is a Potemkin structure built of stolen and falsified material.  More receipts emerge through a whirlwind of squawking recriminations and hijacked and badly shopped stock photos of people, buildings, signage...

(shaking head in utter bemusement) It just keeps getting more complicated by the moment as the fake institute starts trying to vanish its online naughtiness in real time, while infuriated researchers document the alterations and vanishings. ...Just go over there and look for #ReceptioGate tags. Fujimaru sat in his chest with a sigh. "I have seen emissaries from the neighboring countries. What is the word?"

They looked quite uncomfortable. He pressed his lips thin. "If they are wishing to pull back on their agreements then tell me do not dally!!"

One of them at up. "It does not seem as if they wish to negate any contracts of obligations, though they do express their concerns with the recent events. Many of them have inquired as to the princess' safety, and we have--

"WHAT BLOODY CONCERN SHOULD THEY HAVE FOR THE BOY SUDDENLY??" he roared. Weeks later and it was still such a sore spot for the king. "To think those wretched Dukes and princes would suddenly give a care for the damnable child now...." He heaved a larger sigh, sitting back and rubbing his face with his hand. "Forgive the outburst. Have you told them where the boy resides?"

They all looked at each other. "Y-yes... they are all aware of the princess' location... but have not asked anything else. The rest has been as normal, with our trade routes flowing as it always has...." The men silently watched the king walk away, clearly to down another bottle of sake in his commiseration, and they heaved a sigh of relief.

He can't know of the letters forwarded... the messages and invitations for Sakura should he deem them worthy of accepting. Fujimaru would lose it if he knew.
