🐜 POUR AUJOURD’HUI En parlant de douleur...! . Aujourd’hui pendant ma méditation j’ai eu le pire truc: les fourmis dans les jambes🦿!! Je déteste ça!!! . Surtout que ça me coupe ✂️ ma méditation, je dois décroiser mes jambes 🚧, faire bouger mes doigts de pied🦶🏻 , frotter mes mollets 🦵🏻 , inutile de vous dire que compter ma respiration c’est le DERNIER de mes soucis! 🙎🏼‍♀️ . Alors forcément, les pensées c’est « 🤦🏼‍♀️ah! Je perds du temps sur ma méditation, du coup il m’en reste combien? 3minutes... ah mais j’ai toujours mal, les secondes passent... il ne reste que ⏳2’53, ⏳2’45, ⏳2’40.... aaargh! » . Mais avec la pratique, très vite, j’arrête ça. . J’accepte que le temps que le sang 🩸revienne dans mes pieds prendra le temps que ça prendra, tant pis. . Et puis, me concentrer sur le sang dans mes mollets🎯... n’est ce pas être pleinement dans le moment présent?? . Alors j’arrête de regarder les secondes passer, je visualise mes veines, le sang un peu coincé⛔️, qui se décoince petit à petit🚦, a mesure que je retrouve les sensations, je bouge mes doigts de pied💃🏼, je prends conscience de ce qu’ils font pour moi, toute la journée à me supporter (et c’est pas rien! Les pauvres! 😆), leur utilité, je remercie d’en avoir, d’autres n’ont pas cette chance, de pouvoir expérimenter cette sensation de les retrouver après les avoir perdus... . Eh oui! J’aime mes doigts de pied🥰... ET ALORS?! 😜 .
