Lou's Patch Outfit References
As a patch artist myself (spoilers for Game Changer Season 7 Episode 1), I love Lou's foreshadowing patches all over this outfit he puts on after the "coolest outfit" segment! Themed patch jackets are so much fun to design and make and I'm surprised Tumblr doesn't have much on it!
So, after he does the "been here the whole time" outfit gimmick, Lou puts this on:
Tumblr media
(his short aren't pictured here, but you'll see what's on them)
Already I loved this outfit, but not even the cut for time episode acknowledged these so I will!
Tumblr media
So he has these three patches here, one for the jet skis he got off craigslist (left), one for a cut challenge of not getting Covid-19 for a year (middle), and one for the yeast starter(right).
Tumblr media
Then he has the penguin (left) for the Sam standee sent to Antarctica, and the pumpkin (right) to commemorate all the pumpkin patch scratch tickets he tried to get the jackpot on for the investment challenge.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
On his left shoulder, Lou haze "Zuri", the name of the lemur he met for the exotic animal challenge, and on his jorts he has a little cloud and orange note next to his name to represent Soundcloud!
Tumblr media Tumblr media
On his right side (really hard to screen cap since he moves around a lot) he has a magician hat full of cards for his magic trick, and a little pin of a lighthouse, though I'm not fully sure what that one is meant to represent? (the hardest to get a good picture of btw) (someone on reddit seems to think it was a reference to a Jimmy Kimmel Celeb he was gonna take a selfie with).
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Finally, he has a cursive little strip that reads "I'm Da Joker" just like his license plate, and his phone voicemail patch depicting the angelic singing that went into the challenge!
Whether it was the art team's handiwork of Lou's dedication to theming his patches, this is an awesome easter egg hunt of an outfit, and it was fun to guess all the meanings of each patch!
Shoutout to this post on Reddit for also picking apart the patches!

Jimmy Kimmel discussed Trump's latest round of pardons for people a lot like him – crooks.
Also featured was a look at Melania's AI book.
And no Trump segment would be complete without a reality-free babble of gibberish from The Orange One himself.

FIXING BIT CITY - PART 1
okay this is a very long post and i apologise - i didn't mean to have this many thoughts on bit city but i do so i would really appreciate if you read through this whole thing and hear me out completely:
so, i think we can all agree that the smosh main channel right now isn't doing so well, this time last year, most of their videos on main had a good 1 million+ views, especially after food battle. but nowadays, most of the bit city sketches get from 400k - 900k on average views, 2024 youtube sucks is the only bit city sketch to get above 1 million views.
i think a big reason for this drop in numbers is for 2 reasons, 1. the fact that smosh put hold on all their other sketches that they were doing on the main channel for bit city, and took a whole 2 month break for it, for the end result being, well, average. and the 2nd reason being is that, well, bit city as a whole isn't the best show and while it has it's strong points, it's not a good enough show on it's own that will make your average viewer want to tune in and it's also just, not, that good. now im a big smosh fan and i only want the best for the channel, which is why im gonna try and break down the reasons why bit city isn't really working and how to fix it, hopefully if we spread this around a little bit in the smosh fandom here on tumblr, we'll be able to spread some news (ill post this on reddit as well).
okay now the breakdown. let's start with the concept of bit city, from what i've gathered, bit city is basically trying to be the 'snl'/late night with jimmy show of smosh, the all in all sketch show that has a bit of everything (like a variety show). now i don't watch snl much but from what i know of it, snl episodes have a typical format that they fall into, they start with a cold open, followed by a monologue, then 2-3 sketches, then commercial break which is where a lot of commericial parodies happen, then a musical performance, then weekend update, and sometimes an addtional performance by a musical guest, and then credits. and you can see smosh borrowing some of those segments for bit city, now this as an idea is great. i think that smosh could pull it off if they wanted to, they have a whole multiverse (literally) of characters to choose from for sketches, they have multiple cast members who are great at hosting and who are able to carry segments on their own, and they have a good enough budget to pull different parts of these segments off.
however, where smosh breaks away from the snl format is the fact that they have structured their show more like a late night show would, having a host and a guest, now this is where smosh starts to lose me a little bit. not because i hate the idea, but because, late night humour is very different from sketch comedy, late night tv's comedy typically relies on topicality (meaning the current things going on in today's society like politics, pop culture, etc.), interviews with guests and recurring segments (think mean tweets on jimmy kimmel), yes they do have sketches, but the format of the sketches is very different. that being said, i think waht smosh was going for in the end, which was a 'late night' esque show where the 'guests' are characters or impressions by the cast, is a geneuienly great idea.
where bit city starts to fail or let me down is the execution, now they cast chanse and angela as the hosts, which i do actually really like since i think they both have a lot of personality, they both are entertaining to watch, and they have a good dynamic which viewers can watch and be entertained by. so i think it was a good choice to have them be the hosts. where i think bit city starts to really lose me is, well, the bits, the sketches.
so far, there have been 6 episodes of bit city, and so far, the bits and characters that have stayed in my head and that i think are truly memorable include the one direction reunion, the "straight eye" cast, the kardashians bit and the ianthony bit (although i personally was let down by that it was very popular in the fandom so im including it), that is it. every other bit has been either average or forgettable, in fact, the only episode of bit city which i think lands on every level is the straight vs gay episode.
why? let's break it down.
bit city as a show follows a general structure, the show opens with a 'cold open' of sort where angela says something like 'XX PERSON DID WHAT?' and chanse replies with something along the lines of 'yeah bitch' or some one liner response, after that they have a bit of bantering between chanse and angela which goes on either too long or too short, before cutting to their first set of commercials, after that they return with their first sketch or bit which is typically an interview or a reunion with the 'guest' being either an impression or character by the cast, in the middle of the interview they cut to the commericals again before returning to the bit again, after the bit hits it's "climax" of sorts, then they cut to a third set of commercials, before returning for either an improvised segment with members of the cast as themselves playing games ie. straight vs gay trivia. or the 'hot goss' section where they have tommy read off a teleprompter some jokes about modern day pop culture before interviewing another guest (sometimes they cut to commercials here as well but not always), before having the show come to an end with chanse jumping over a car.
now, let's go bit by bit (pun not intended) on every part of this show and break it down bit by bit (okay this time intended).
the cold opens - imo this is one of the weaker parts of the show, i get what they're going for with it, but it just feels so dry and bland, i get that they can't do a full opening monologue and they need something to open the show in that way, but eveyr joke in the cold open section has since fallen flat for me, so really, my only advice here is get better writers or write better jokes.
the banter/improvised section - this is one of the better parts of the show which i do like (althooguh i do think that it does in some cases go on for way too long) but it's mainl because chanse and angela are such likable people that it works, recently they've started adding in some bits to this section like the rib cam and the erewhon taste testing, so i think if i have any real advice for this section of the show, it would be to a. shorten it and not make it drag on as long or b. if you're not gonna shorten it, then at least add more improvised or bits like the rib cam to this part of the show, this would be also be part of the show to bring back segments like smoffice or let's do this on a smaller scale (although ill add more about let's do this later) to have somehting entertaining for this part of the show
commercials - the commercials are one of the most disappointing part of the show to me not because they're bad, but because they could be so much more. like the concept of parody commercials in a sketch show is SOO good, for one, it can help point out flaws in advertising and commercial industry in general, but they can also just be the perfect ground space for character building ro for expanding the smosh universe, but every bit city commercial, the the humour jsut feels so, generic? and it falls so flat every time. and this falls into one of my main critiques of the show, which is, so much of the show feels like such average level humour, like this is smosh, the channel which literally thrives off of characters and over the top bits, so why aren't they utilising that? i can't think of 1 commercial which has stayed in my head or which i would call memorable in this show so far, besides maybe the straight vs gay 'straight boyfriend os' commercial (but even that cuold have been better imo). my real advice for the commercials in the show is a. cut it down, don't have 3-4 commercials in every bit city episode (especially if they're gonna be so average), but b. if you're gonna have this many, use them to expand the smosh universe. have commercials like idk, Mr. Pervert's coffee shop, now hiring, or Fred Dart's new single just launched, anything that will actually add value to the smosh universe and not just be some one off. but if they want to do one off commercials, they could also return to their 'apple product commercial' esque skecthes, like the apple vision pro sketch they did? yeah, do that and split it up into 4 parts instead of all at once, and you have 4 commercials for a bit city episode.
interviews - the interview segments have been okay so far. i liked the one direction reunion, i liked the kardashians one, i somehwat enjoyed the old smosh reunion (but im not that much of an og smosh fan so i didn't enjoy it as much as others) and i really liked the 'straight eye' cast one. i think my main critique for the interview sections of bit city is the same for the commercials in that, it could jsut be SO MUCH more. i for one would love for them to maybe do stuff like a 'smosh the sitcom reunion' with all the characters like kevin, krungle, young sebastian, chosen, etc. or a 'chosen special' where chosen gives us a deep dive into being a chosen, waht it takes to be a chosen, who is or isn't chosen, etc. these sketches in my opinion would be a. more funny than just random pop culture references, and b. interesting deep dive into the pre-existing characters of smosh. and that's not me saying that i think they need to completely erase the pop culture elements of the show, im jsut saying, lean into more of the smosh specific character work of the cast instead of focusing more on the pop culture elements, you can still have reunions like the hsm or the teletubbies reunions (which btw i think were top tier smosh sketches) but just don't make that the focus of the show. also i do think at one point having actual guest features for this section of the show could be interesintg, but seeing how things are going right now, i don't think that will be happening in the near future.
improvised 'games'/recurring segments of the show: so far, what i think they're trying to do in the second half of bit city episodes is try to have one of those 'recurring segment' bits like they have on late night tv with the smosh cast, basically where the cast and host s play improvised games, now this isn't a bad idea but imo it is kinda pointless. liek i don't hate it as a segment, but i think it takes up a lot of run time which could instead be used for stuff like, idk, actual sketches? but if they are trying to do bits like this, i think what would be better is to bring back the 'google search history/watch history' sketches they used to do for this part of the show, since it actually fits quite perfectly. also, my advice for this segment of the show to elevate it a bti more is to really lean into the audience participation part of the show, i think they're trying to do that with the 'crew stories' part but so far they're kinda falling flat/hit or miss, so i think what would be better is to do stuff like have audiecne shots liek they do in real late night tv, play games which involve the audience, or if you wanna involve the crew stories, maybe do it in the format of like in the live show for under the mistletoe (or maybe it was UTI i dont remember) where they have one crew memeber or audience memebr on stage interacting with the cast in characters (like in UTI they had lisa's exes) or just have the crew member tell a story from their life and show them in the audience. that would be better imo.
hot goss - now for every episode where they don't do an improvised game or recurring segment, they do hot goss, which i think you can tell is trying to act as like the 'weekend update' of this show btu more leaning into pop culture elements, which, im sorry, i love you tommy, but this segment is very hit or miss. i don't hate tommy as a host, i think he has a lot of personaltiy which makes him likable and entertaing to watch at times, but this segment is just, very glass half full for me. i liked the stephen king's son episode i think that was well done, but i think my real advice for this segment is the same for the rest of bit city which truly is lean more into the character element of smosh, do stuff like 'deep dive into krungle's dating life' or 'GERALD CAKES TELLS ALL' stuff like that. or if you really want a segment to be about pop culture, then i think a better way to do that would be to maybe bring back the teleprompter bits that they used to do in smosh pit weekly back in like 2016 or so, OR, just get better writers (also cut it down - we do not need like 10 mins+ of amanda being chappell roan and sabrina carpenter's agent - which btw is SUCH a good idea for a character, but as all bit city bits, it fell flat).
--> ,however, i think a better way to do this type of 'weekend update' type show is bring back a smosh pit weekly esque segment - smosh weekly or bit city weekly - and THAT'S where you bring in the topical element of bit city, it's a much better way to do it imo. and you can still keep hot goss if you want to for as i previously siad the character gossip deep dives or the pop culture characters, but alos have this weekly show drive the 'topical' parts of bit city.
chanse jumping over a car - really have no commenrs on this one, i like it as a bit, i think it'll get old really quickly, but for what it is, i like it

Oscars 2024 & political issues
I get cheesy about the Oscars.
At its best, this is a celebration of humanity, of people sharing their artistic vision with the world, of creating from the heart of what they care about, of reflecting social and ethical crises through the medium of movies, be they documentary, historical fiction, or fantasy.
--In the monologue, Jimmy Kimmel offered support and solidarity to the members of IATSE, the union representing many crew members, which is currently in contract negotiations that are expected to be difficult. IATSE was a key ally to the writers and actors during their 2023 strikes.
--The In Memoriam segment began with a clip from last year's winning documentary "Nalavny" - "the only thing necessary for the triumph of evil is for the good people to do nothing."
--Osage Nation member & songwriter Scott George says about their performance "We're hoping you see us as a people that have survived and that are able to hold on to what we have."
--Cillian Murphy dedicated his Oppenheimer Oscar to "the peacemakers everywhere."
--Nimona director Troy Quane wore a Protect Trans Kids pin.
--Oscar speeches don't often open with the words, "I wish I'd never made this film." Mstyslav Chrernov accepted Ukraine's first ever Oscar and closed his speech with the words "Slava Ukraini - Glory to Ukraine."
--Zone of Interest filmmaker Jonathan Glazer's speech reflected themes from his movie: "All our choices were made to reflect and confront us in the present, Not to say 'look what they did then'; rather, 'look what we do now.' Our film shows where dehumanization leads at its worst.
Right now, we stand here as men who refute their Jewishness and a Holocaust being hijacked by an occupation which has led to conflict for so many innocent people, whether the victims of October the seventh in Israel, or the ongoing attack on Gaza. How do we resist?"
--attendees from Mark Ruffalo to Billie Eillish to Ava DuVernay wore a red&black pin to show their support for a ceasefire in Gaza
--protestors calling for an immediate ceasefire closed a major intersection and blocked traffic near the Dolby Theatre, delaying the award show — and forcing an acknowledgment of the issues the protest centered on.

Peter White at Deadline:
CBS is halving its late-night output after canceling After Midnight, hosted by Taylor Tomlinson. The network canceled the show, which airs at 12:30am, after two seasons. Tomlinson, a rising star in the stand-up world, said that she wanted to return to her “first passion” of touring. As a result, CBS has decided to move out of programming the 12:30am slot, which was previously filled by The Late Late Show. This marks a major blow to late-night in general, which has seen the number of late-night shows airing across broadcast, cable and streaming, fall over the last few years. [...] During its run, Tomlinson did tweak elements of the show to make it feel more like a late-night show than a gameshow with a monologue, making a rare dive into politics ahead of the Presidential election last year. The show, which shoots in LA, was also forced to pause production during the wildfires that engulfed the city earlier this year. CBS has had a relatively long history of late-night at 12:30am. The Late Late Show launched in January 1995 with Tom Synder as host, followed by Craig Kilborn and Craig Ferguson. But the introduction of James Corden, a relatively unknown Brit at the time, in 2015 gave the show and the slot a boost, particularly in the digital age with viral segments such as Carpool Karaoke and Crosswalk The Musical going viral on YouTube. Corden stepped down to much fanfare in April 2023 after nearly 1,200 episodes. [...] It’s a blow for the wider late-night community for a number of reasons. Firstly, it highlights the difficulty of keeping a late-night show going on a broadcast network in the current environment. This comes as the likes of Oscar host Conan O’Brien, Full Frontal’s Samantha Bee, Hell of a Week’s Charlamagne Tha God and Desus & Mero have all exited the genre, while long-serving host Jimmy Kimmel, who always seems to be one contract away from ending his ABC show, said last year that he doesn’t know if “there will be any late-night television shows on network TV in ten years”. Last year, The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon trimmed its production schedule to air four nights a week rather than five, joining the majority of other shows, while its sister show Late Night with Seth Meyers had to get rid of its live band as a result of budget cuts.
With CBS cancelling After Midnight (@fter Midnight) as a result of host Taylor Tomlinson focusing on stand-up, the network will NOT commission a 12:35AM ET/11:35PM CT replacement, ceding the time back to local stations.
This is part of a trend of late-night talk shows being on the decline.

NATHAN FOR YOU REVIEW
I hate reality shows. Most of them are exactly the same, where it's either a bunch of rich people screaming at each other for no reason, having a bunch of lower-class people go through physical and/or psychological torment in order to get money, or it's some guy being a nuisance to random people for ratings. I've held this belief that most reality shows are trash for years, every since I first watched one of the Real Housewives shows with my mom for the first time.
There are, of course, exceptions to this belief. I'm only human, and I can enjoy a piece of slop reality tv every once in a while. Cutthroat Kitchen is a perfect example, taking the "cooking competition" formula and daring to do creative new things with it while having a charismatic host that clearly loves the show he's on. I can also enjoy a few episodes of RuPaul's Drag Race, Impractical Jokers, or The Great British Baking Show every now and again. And a few weeks ago, I finally found another great reality show: Nathan For You.
For those of you who've never heard of this show, the show follows a formula for most of its episodes: the host, Nathan Fielder, goes to a local business, proposes a solution to one of their problems, and spends the rest of the episode attempting to pull the solution off. The only thing is that the solutions he comes up with are batshit insane, like putting a shit-flavored frozen yogurt in a fro-yo place so that people will talk about the fro-yo place and give them free press, or having a liquor store sell alcohol to minors under the stipulation that they can't take the alcohol home until they turn of age. It's these weird solutions to basic problems that really make the show what it is. In a show like Bar Rescue, the business itself is set up to be the weird one who doesn't have their shit together so that John Taffer can come in like a right-wing angel and show them how a business is run. In Nathan For You, Nathan is the weird one who doesn't have his shit together and that contrast makes the show all the funnier because the business owners sometimes have no idea how to react to his ideas. Sometimes they like it and fully embrace the idea, sometimes they're skeptical, and sometimes they just fucking hate Nathan and aren't afraid to get it on national TV. Either way, the joke is always on Nathan, which is integral to any sketch show involving real people.
I also love Nathan as a host. A lot of hosts in reality shows, even the good ones, feel so artificial and like they're putting on a persona for the cameras and only the cameras, but that's not the case with Nathan. In a lot of interviews, he seems to be exactly what he is on the show: a socially awkward guy who's looking for a genuine connection with the people around him, still aware that he's not that good at talking to people. It adds an authenticity to the show, especially since not that many aspects of the show are scripted, and a lot of the business owners are unaware that this is being shot for a comedy show. I also really like that certain people come back in other episodes, like Brian Wolfe, the P.I. who hates Nathan's guts and got his own reality show, or retired Judge Anthony Filosa, who Nathan comes to in order to get advice on how to do things in ways that can be considered legal.
Now the million dollar question is this: is the show funny? For me, it absolutely is. With how far and how much time, money, and effort is put into every single scheme. It's absurd how far Nathan in all the episodes, hiring so many people, spending thousands of dollars, all so that he can convince people that a normal crowded bar is some piece of avant-garde theater. There are even special episode and segments that aren't about helping businesses at all, just fun little bonuses about Nathan having weird ideas to do on the show, like spending $350,000 and months of work to have an interesting story to tell on Jimmy Kimmel Live.
That's all without mentioning the 90 minute elephant in the room, the series finale, Finding Frances. One of the recurring people to be on the show is a professional Bill Gates impersonator named Bill Heath, who has mentioned to Nathan time and time again that he had a long-lost love 50 years ago who got married to some other guy, and he never got over it since. So, Nathan helps him find this mystery woman and, in the process, gets to know Bill a whole lot more. This episode is not a funny as any other episode of the show, and that's a good thing. Even though there are comedic moments, like Bill singing "I'm a Ding Dong Daddy From Dumas," this episode plays everything pretty straight, with the major theme being about regret and how you conduct yourself in front of others. This episode also gives us the series-long payoff to Nathan feeling inadequate about his ability to talk to people and get a romantic partner when he starts hiring an escort to hang out with him. The final 20 minutes or so are some of the most emotional and heartfelt scenes I've ever seen from any show, reality or otherwise. So heartfelt that I'm not gonna spoil it. You're just gonna have to watch it for yourself.
And I highly reccomend you do! Nathan For You is an incredibly special show, somehow feeling incredibly authentic and real despite being both a reality show and a sketch comedy show, two genres notorious for being painfully scripted. It's one of my favorite reality shows for sure and you'll like it if you'll give it a chance.
8/10, YMS was right, Nathan Fielder should've played the Flash.

10 – Dr. Peter Hotez warns of a series of potential pandemics “coming down the pike,” claiming it will all “come crashing down” on Trump “on January 21st.”
Is that a threat?
Meanwhile, a mysterious “flu-like disease” has claimed 179 lives and counting in Africa, leaving health officials scrambling for answers as they admit they “have no idea what it is,” The New York Post reports.
While on MSNBC, Hotez named every disease he could think of in less than 60 seconds, claiming all of them could pose a serious threat to public health under the new Trump administration, especially because of RFK Jr. and “anti-vaccine” activism.
This includes:
• Bird flu
• New coronavirus (SARS)
• Dengue
• Zika
• Oropouche virus
• Yellow fever
• Whooping cough
• Measles
• Polio
“We have some big picture stuff coming down the pike... All that’s going to come crashing down on January 21st on the Trump administration,” Hotez warned.

WHOOPI: “Only because you don’t know it was a lie. We don’t know why he changed his mind.”
CHARLAMAGNE: “You really think he just changed his mind over Thanksgiving weekend all of a sudden?”
WHOOPI: “No. I’m gonna tell you what I think. I think he changed because he got sick of watching everybody else get over… because at some point, you get to the place where you just go, so I’m just gonna follow the straight and narrow always ‘cause that’s what’s expected of Democrats.”
CHARLAMAGNE: “But that’s their fault! They’re the ones that go out there, and they stand on this moral high ground. They don’t have to do that.”
8 - The Jimmy Kimmel Show drops a surprisingly funny segment making fun of CA Governor Gavin Newsom.
And get this—Californians were so clueless that they actually believed they were talking to the real Gavin Newsom.

Mexico recently released an 182-page scientific dossier on genetically modified corn and its effects on human health, the environment, and biodiversity, including the biocultural richness of native corn in Mexico.
The summary immediately cuts to the chase that there is “no scientific consensus on the safety of human or animal consumption and the releasing into the environment of GM crops.”
Prepared by Mexico’s National Council for Humanities, Science, and Technology (CONAHCYT), the summary adds, “What there is, however, is a corpus of scientific research that has shown that transgenesis is an imprecise technology with unexpected and undesired effect; in particular, it has demonstrated the risks and harms it entails.”

« Fellas, we gotta talk. A lot of men seem to think that Donald Trump is some kind of tough guy.
He's not.
I mean, look at him, he wears more makeup than Dolly Parton. He whines like a baby. The guy's afraid of birds.
Donald Trump had his daddy pay a doctor to say his widdle feet hurt so he could dodge the draft.
Look at that gut! It's like a garbage bag full of buttermilk.
He sells imaginary baseball cards pretending to be a cowboy-fireman. He’s barely strong enough to hold an umbrella.
Will ya look how he drinks water — like a little pink chickadee.
He’s got jugs. Big ones. Like Dolly Parton.
He cheats at golf, and creeps around beauty pageant dressing rooms.
And you know that little dance he does? He looks like he’s jacking off a pair of giraffes.
He’s moody. He pouts. He throws tantrums. He acts like a 5-year-old behind the wheels of a truck.
He bends over for Putin. He's cattier on social media than a middle school mean girl.
The guy needs help walking downhill. 'Almost there, grandma!'
This November, let’s stop kidding ourselves. Donald Trump is afraid — of rain, of dogs, of windmills, of Meryl fucking Streep, and being laughed at.
And mostly, he’s terrified that real, red-blooded American men will find out that he’s a weak, tubby toddler. What's wrong, tough guy? Did someone grab you by the pussy?
…whiny little bitch. »
— Actor and former pro wrestler Dave Bautista on Jimmy Kimmel Live. That is a world class burn. 🏆🔥
Here's the entire opening segment including Jimmy Kimmel's comments and comedy. Dave Bautista appears towards the end.
youtube
This is just the last few minutes – with all of Dave Bautista's clip.
youtube
^^^ EDIT: HEADS UP! The clip from Jimmy Kimmel which includes only Dave Bautista after a short introduction was removed for copyright reasons by YouTube. However, you can go directly there in the official video by clicking here to save time.
It's difficult to imagine why anybody would consider Trump to be a "tough guy". Such people are either total idiots or as easily duped as those who attended Trump University, took Trump Vitamins, or bought Trump Bibles (printed in China).
If you know any "bro" types who like Trump, send them the clip.
NOTE: I couldn't find a complete transcription of Dave Bautista's remarks, so I did it myself. Hope there aren't any errors. I did NOT include bits spoken by Trump or by Jimmy Kimmel during that piece.

Note
The View is fantastic, because the three angriest people on television are named Joy, Sunny, and Whoopi.
I really hope that bakery decides to sue whoopsie for defamation after that cupcake thing bitched about.
I can barely make it through a couple min of any segment of that show, i'd rather watch SNL or jimmy kimmel

TOOZ WRITING PROMPT
Hey y'all! I have got a great fun prompt for you today! You won't believe what I found! Now although the inspiration involves a video of a super young Chris Evans, any muse can be the star or participate. ALWAYS! Because this is just a prompt - you're the writer in control. And I'm dying to find out what y'all come up with. So guess what—
TOOZ FOUND A TREASURE !
How the hell are there still things out there I haven't discovered yet? Am I the only one who didn't know anything about this?
Baby Chris Evans is teaching us about Biodiversity: Wild About Life.
youtube
He's just a baby! So young. What a little cutie!
Now for...TOOZ WRITING PROMPT
One or more of our collective muses has been asked to make a documentary or Public Service Announcement (PSA) to raise the public's awareness about something specific, something important, something ridiculous, something imminent, dangerous, horrifying, apocalyptic, something that turns out to be catastrophic, something that fizzles out, something that is a hoax or conspiracy, something that is manipulative or oppressive.
Did I mention something ridiculous?
We SHOULD each challenge ourselves to write a serious one AND a ridiculous one - a ridiculous cause that is taken seriously, of course. You know, a crack fic: a story that the author must've been on crack to come up with such a wack-a-doodle idea.
Disclaimer: I AM NOT SUGGESTING NOR CONDONING THAT WE ALL SMOKE CRACK IN ORDER TO WRITE A CRACK FIC! It's just a figure of speech. Come on, right?
Ohh but imagine if our muse fucks up the PSA or documentary up so badly that they have to go back on the air and recant parts of it, if not the entire thing.
This could be the most important thing they've ever done or said. The most important fight they ever signed up for. Their message may successfully change the world, or save it.
Or maybe their message was completely wrong - the wrong information, the wrong choice, the wrong course of action. (Is it too late to save the world, or stop the broadcast?)
This could be absolutely humiliating. It could ruin their reputation and any future career. And say goodbye to any chance of a proper private life after this. Will the public even notice or care?
The Captain America PSAs always send me into giggles. I've included several video links. I'm dying to find out what y'all think? If any of you have more ideas. SQUEAL!
youtube
youtube
Of course, it's adorable when Sam & Bucky argue about Steve's PSAs.
youtube
And I couldn't help adding a couple more.
youtube
youtube
These aren't all necessarily PSAs, but just inspiration. Especially seeing our muses with kids makes me swoon.

I ran out of room for videos.
If anyone has more inspirational videos, please share!
This post got accidentally posted almost two weeks ago before I had actually finished it. Yikes! I wonder how often I did that?

I was able to see Charli in Detroit, and while I had a decently good night, I really have to contend with how it's just not the same for me anymore.
The show itself was mixed. Partially bc I'm not very into Troye. he tries to play off this suave smooth masc persona, grabs his dick a lot, just couldn't vibe with it much. So they switch back and forth, and every Troye segment I'm just waiting for Charli pretty much.
But Charli isn't that great of a performer. The whole performance felt like it existed on the basis she was already iconic, that we're just supposed to cheer at every little pose she does. She just stands around a kind of sings bc she's in her popstar moment. I like the songs, but I felt the stadium sound design wasn't quite as good as it could have been.
She used to hit more for me. Her Jimmy Kimmel Bounce performance I'll link here is so full of life!!!! A naive young Charli just having fun with the SOPHIE-produced party fest she made. No planned choreography, and no calculated posing and strutting, she is just feeling it and doing what she wants. Think of the boob jiggle gif when she performed Girls Night Out, it's so fun !!!!
When I saw her for Crash, the best moment was when she played Gone. Her "hyperpop" music felt a little more chaotic, a little more explosive, a little less refined - you'd get an absolute bonkers electro moment so it kind of didn't matter what she was doing.
Biggest regret is not seeing her during her mixtape or Charli era. Hifn probably went hard, too bad she did that in a total of three cities .-.
