WOE! JOEUPPET BE UPON YE!

so a few weeks ago now I realized I had the right colours of fabric to make a joeuppet, and i really really like the Joeuppet :DD! so i made one! look! i can even puppet it! :DD

I actually finished it on monday, but taking the photos (i used my school's photo room for this! :DD) and writing the poem (its called sewing btw) and stuff took a bit of time. also I had to rewrite this post because tumblr deleted the draft instead of posting it.

I really enjoyed working on this. i went into it with very little planning, and it truly felt like i was just making something for the sake of making, and save for a couple moments (puppet shoes are a nightmare) this was pure fun.

anyways, as thanks for clicking read more, have some bonus pictures taken from last week's TCG meetup of the not-quite-finished Joeuppet (its head is held on by a sewing needle—not even a pin, a sewing needle!) with my friend @kannaar's teeny tiny plushy cleo

uhh for the headcanon ask game, Zombiecleo? first character to come to mind lol

A) realistically, has that particular blend of patience and impatience where they can spend hours fiddling with the nitpicky bits of their chosen art (armor stand sculpture), but is ready to commit crimes even god hasn't heard of to damn them for if forced to do things requiring other kinds of patience

B) hilariously, I think one of the things that she hates most should be sewing. I know it's frequently fannon to have her good at it because of her patchwork skin, but I like this more

C) soulcrushing. Well, having Cleo get zombified due to a Beetlejhost incident could have lots of angst potential

D) it's not cannon, but if zombies need brains for proper nutrition, she would have to be branching out this season for a new source, since a Joeuppet head would be full of stuffing. If we imagine the server has a plugin to allow bodies to remain after a death so that they and Ren (werewolf) can keep up a healthy diet

do you think a jhost juppet (jhuppet?) would be a typical ghost (just of a puppet) or just another puppet that happens to be translucent instead of entirely jopaque (made from, i dunno, optic fibre or something)?

hmmmmm

well the easy option is that the Joeuppet is already a Jhost possessing a puppet.

but I like the idea of a Jhuppet
